We are having a room available in our big property in Brighton East. It's a five bedroom house with huge bedrooms of around 30 sqm. each. There is a queen size bed, working space, and still plenty of room to do yoga, put in a couch and a TV or whatever you want. There are three bathrooms with each having a separate toilet so it does not become crowded in the morning. Still there is a big common living area where we are about to assemble a pool table.
We are looking for a flatmate to share our 3 bedroom house in Brighton East. It is on a large property with a back yard, front yard, side yard and a swimming pool. There are 2 spacious patios, one out the back and one out the front. There is also a spacious lounge/living room and kitchen as well as a separate powder room. Your room includes a built in wardrobe. There is a mattress available but you are more than welcome to bring your own bed should you have one. Also linen can be supplied if needed. There are 2 bathrooms in the house and you would have your own bathroom. It is a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, there is plenty of parking right out front. If not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well.
Cozy, comfy, cute and quirky home in Hampton. By the beach and close to parks, shopping strip, buses and trains and only 26 mins away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Los of cute cafes and shops nearby.
Location, location, location. 1 min from station. 1 min from cinema, cafes, restaurants. 10 min walk from beach. Very attractive home with trees/nature coming into every room. Very light, airy, spacious. Own bedroom.
Hi, my name is Efekan, 25 year-old civil engineer from Istanbul, Turkey. I'm here in Melbourne to work&live for at least 18 months.
I am a friendly and outgoing, very honest and reliable. Also, hardworking and commited to studying and willing to take up full responsibility for everything. Here to pursue my degree in IT.
Howdy friends, My name is Emily, I'm 19 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Management at Deakin in Burwood. My landlord has just given me notice so I'm looking to move into a new place within the upcoming uni break (I *may* possibly find time to move out sooner, so if you really love me let me know and I'll see if I can swing something!) I work Monday-Friday mornings in Hughesdale and could not possibly fill my time with more AFL than I do at present. I play, umpire, watch, and work at Etihad and the MCG so it's pretty full on but I do really love it. If you also love the weird ball sport we will get along splendidly. What I was mainly trying to get at was that I work enough to pay my rent and bills on time (my landlord can attest to that) but now you know a little about my greatest hobby. I'm either looking for an existing sharehouse or to start a new place with similar friends. I can only sign a 6 month lease because all things going well, I'll be taking off end December to the USA for a trimester abroad. I'd potentially be open to resuming a lease at the same place upon return if we get on like a house on fire (pun intended but can we not burn the house down for real that'd be alright). I drive so the place needs to have some element of parking, off street would be dandy but I'm not fussed. I also love PT and convenience so I'd love to be close to a train station/bus route that takes me to work/uni, but I'm good with logistics so I can always sort something. I can't afford more than what I'm paying now, so the most I could go to would be about $200pw including bills (or less excluding). Location doesn't bother me, I have quite a broad scope. The above listed suburbs are a general reference so if you live anywhere in the vicinity of the inner-ish south eastern suburbs please sing out! Keen to find a new joint with a rad fam. Look forward to hearing from you soon xo PS. the pet is a maybe and it's a frog. I haven't gotten her yet, I've been trying to get her for a year now but getting her set up is more expensive than I'd accounted for. She would live in a tank in my room/communal area if allowed and I'd be completely responsible for her. Your pets are fine with me too!
I'm honest, friendly, easy to get along with though I do tend to keep to myself and always clean up after myself. I'm new to house sharing but due to how my life has played out lately I really need to find some sort of accommodation that has some security behind it and not find myself having to move again in a couple weeks or months time. I have been doing domestic cleaning for myself for quite a few years now on a casual basis plus I receive Newstart benefits as I don't earn enough through just cleaning. I am constantly looking for full-time employment and have been doing some small courses to hopefully help. I don't own a car, therefore I do walk a lot and also rely on public transport.
My name is Cindy and I am French. Planning to leave all my life in Australia, I am working full time in Melbourne and I love my job! My name is Mersi and I am moving back to Melbourne after having being on the Gold Coast for the last year and a half for work. I work as an event manager and when I’m not working I love going out for coffee, going to the beach and just hanging out with mates. I consider myself clean and considerate of other peoples space. If you want to know more about me just ask!
I am a French student, who will spend 2 months in Melbourne from May to July. During this period, I will be doing an internship in order to validate my school year in International Trade in France. I am an easy going guy who wants to meet new people and loves discovering new cultures, new ways of life, ... I am already sharing a flat in France so I am respectful toward my housemates. Otherwise, about myself, I like photography, sport, travelling, and so many others things.
I am a young professional - VCE English Teacher- looking to find a place in the East. I have relatively busy working weeks, so after work I like to go to yoga/Pilates, cook dinner and relax. In my spare time (when I’m not marking essays), you will find me running, cooking, reading, sharing a glass of wine, eating out and exploring all Melbourne has to offer. I love cooking, so you will often find me in the kitchen and working my way through new cookbooks. I am an independent person, but I’m hoping to find someone who will also double as a friend, who can share the occasional meal, glass of wine and gym session with! I am house proud; always happy to clean! I have plenty of experience in share houses and I would consider myself a very respectful housemate.
