I just finished my regional work and I'm in between jobs now, but planning to work full time) I like to go on walks on the beach, daytrips, going out for drinks, events and catching up with friends. MY DEAL BREAKERS: - NO KIDS!!! - Give a heads up when you have people over. (NO UNACCOMPANIED GUESTS in the house!!!, and staying over no more than 1 night in a row, I'm okay with hook ups) - Respect eachothers privacy and space - Clean up after yourself - Quiet hours (set together) ⏰ (We all need sleep) - Cleaning schedule 🧽 (common areas, once a week) - NO smoking What I'm like as a housemate: I'm overall pretty quiet and keep to myself, but also like to chat. However I'm not much of a talker in the morning or after work and like to just eat and relax when I get home. I'm more chatty on my days off. Looking for a housemate who sometimes likes to watch tv together 📺, or go out for a drink but this is not a dealbreaker. A quirck I have is that I don't like sharing the kitchen while I'm cooking🍳, I don't take hours but if you could just give me space while I cook, that'd be great. I’m a 30yr old who works full time in government works from home and occasionally travels for work. So I would need a space for a desk. I’m a country gal (Mildura) enjoy a beer on the weekend and exploring melbs! I keep to myself during the week and am super clean and tidy! I do have an 4 year old tonkinese cat who’s she’s house trained (inside outside cat so using outside as the toilet) and isn’t one to tear furniture or get involved in the kitchen or dining table. She also can’t be with other animals as she is a covid kitty so very shy. I’d need to be close to public transport and a small yard at least for my cat. I’d love to arrange a viewing if possible 😊
