As a housemate I love a clean house, and appreciate that our common areas are for everyone to access and enjoy. With a busy schedule myself, I appreciate it when we can all go after it when we need to, and then come together to enjoy the small moments between real life. (I love an inside joke.) I’ve been living in Kelvin Grove for the past 1.5 years and love the area. If you have an outdoor deck/area of some kind, I’d love to know about it. :)
