hey, I’m Jirah a 28yr old woman. I’m moving from Adelaide back to Brisbane, where I was born and where all my family are. I’ll be arriving on the 15th of October and am currently packing up my rental and condensing everything into a couple of suitcases. I am very happy to do inspections via video call. I hope to have somewhere I can call home before I arrive. **Also, please be aware my response rate is low from when I was renting a room out of my rental** I have a reliable income paid fortnightly. I tend to set up rent through automatic payments and am never late. Graphic design is something I’ve always done on the side. I am hoping to go back to Uni start of next year to study Architecture. You will find me to be respectful, easy-going and tidy. I like to go to bed early and wake up early, after the first couple of weeks I will be out of the house quite a lot. I enjoy my alone time but I’m always up for a chat or coffee when the moment feels right. I love swimming every day, so somewhere with a pool would be ideal. Interests: Climbing, painting, longboarding, guitar, singing, board games, busking, and attending concerts (occasionally). I’m a lesbian, I don’t party but I do smoke (hoping to quit next year). I have a condition called POTs (essentially allergic to gravity 😂) which I am medicated for. These days it only affects me during flare-ups, when I just need to rest for a couple of days. Brianna and Vi

Life vibes: We're both teacher aides! Brianna works with high school students and Vi prefers primary school :) Brianna is also studying at QUT. We don't drink much and prefer a cozy night in. Brianna has her license but doesn't currently have a car, and Vi uses an ebike and public transport to get around. Interests: Art and crafts- we like to paint, watercolour, draw, colour, knit, and collage (Which we'd be more than happy to share and swap supplies for). We also love nature and birdwatching.
