$250/week•39 year old man
Hey my name is Jason, I'm easy going, I don't smoke, rarely drink. I'm a tidy person who will clean up after myself. I go the gym, i run. I Work. I do own my window cleaning business. I'm looking for a furnished room with a queen bed in it. My own bathroom, but not a must. Off street parking would be ideal. Thanks.

Hiiii! I’m a 35-year-old female with a young, positive vibe, new to Brisbane and looking for a room in a share house or apartment close to the city and Newstead area, also considering the Woolloongabba area, but open to options. I work from home and live a pretty balanced lifestyle—into health, fitness, personal development, socialising and creative things. I’m clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I don’t smoke, drink socially, and I’m always up for a good chat/time but also respect personal space. I’ve got a storage unit in Perth with all my furniture, so I’m flexible on furnished or unfurnished. Also very open to teaming up with like-minded people to find a new place—ideally apartment vibes with other females, but again, I’m flexible, including the length of lease and move in date. If you’re after someone grounded, friendly, and easy to get along with, let’s connect!

Hi, I'm Jo. I'm employed full time with the public service. I took a transfered to Brisbane January '25. I'm currently renting in Kelvin Grove while searching for something more permanent. I expect to be in town approx. 2 years. I have some flexibility around move in date but would want to be settled by the end of the Easter long weekend at the latest (so let's say Saturday 5th - Monday 21 April). I may WFH occasionally but I'll be primarily office based in the CBD Monday to Friday. I like to swim, cycle, be outdoors. Currently have a cycle commute with great public transport for rainy days which is my ideal scenario. I feel like I'm winning at life when I sneak in a gig or a catch-up on a school night. I have way too much experience living in and running sharehouses. I like to retreat but love a good chat. The best sharehouses include at least one music nerd, one plant collector and a push bike gang imo. Each to their own though. I'm happy to contribute to a communal pot for household essentials but mostly prefer to arrange my own food. I'm be travelling fairly light and would prefer a furnished space. Off street or free on-street parking is a must, as well as a secure spot for my pushy. Open to teaming up with the right person.
