(Please note the figure I have listed is for rent before bills). I have lived in a studio apartment for three years. Prior to that I was a long-time house sharer with good references, and quiet habits. I do paid work outside home for about 20-25 hours per week I work from home part of the time as an author, so I am looking for a bigger room with a wardrobe, preferably built in robes and room for my own desk, and room mates who only party on the weekends. I like to be considerate , and clean as I go in the kitchen. I am willing to participate in a cleaning roster as required. I like to mow lawns and weed too. I enjoy music ( of most genres) ; reading; walking; art and museums; travel and will be undertaking another course of study later in 2025. I am someone who tends to clean if I'm stressed...or just go out for a walk
