Hello! My name's Clare, and I've recently moved from Tasmania up to Newcastle to study honours in Psychology at UON. While I'm living here I'd love to get out and explore the Newcastle area, I love surfing, camping trips, beers in the backyard and cooking (recently getting into sour dough baking). I'm friendly, clean and considerate and ideally after housemates who are occasionally keen to hang out and share a meal.
Hi! I’m currently in my 2nd year of my law/business degree at UON and currently working at the Australian Tax Office in a permanent ongoing role and as a Student Ambassador for the univeristy. My general hobbies are eating out, exercising, going to the movies, going to the beach and visiting places like art galleries. Otherwise I generally stay focused on studying and working but I love a good chat and a drink. Looking for accommodation close to the CBD, access to public transport and would prefer to live with other students but that’s flexible. The only thing I’ve had people complain about when it comes to living with me is that the food I cook for myself is too spicy.
I’m an easy-going stay at home kind of a girl. I’m a nerd who’s super into sci-fi fantasy, reading books and board games so I’m not exactly going to be throwing raging parties. I’m currently studying at uni and am looking for cheap accomodation.
Hey, I'm looking to move down permanently to Newcastle this year and I'm looking for a place with some friendly people and a nice place I can settle into. Looking for work in hospitality, I'm a relaxed kind of guy who writes music, loves petting pooches and meeting new people.
Hello, I’m Caitlin, a full time student at UON and a casual waitress. I am looking for a place for me and my kitten Luna to move in for the new year, somewhere preferably with pets allowed and not so much of a party house. I’m a friendly, bubbly and kind person. I love anything to do with nature, being at the beach or in the bush is where I like to spend most of my time, when I’m not a uni or work. If you would like to ask me any questions feel free. Caitlin (:
Hey I’ve just moved from melb to my dads, things are working well with him due to my sexuality and therefore lifestyle. I’m really chilled and laid back, I am clean and I like to have my things in their place and left alone. I work in an engineering company so my hours are very long and am hardly Home however when I am I like to relax in my room and with my partner on weekends. I don’t mind having some drinks and chat though I’m a too myself type of person. Looking forward to meeting like minded people :)
My name is Chloe, I am 19 years old, I am working part time at a fast food restaurant and doing uni online studying criminology. I am quiet and respectful, I do a lot of things on my own but also don't mind talking a bit, but I respect space and time. I don't have my own transport so somewhere close to the bus routes would be very handy for me and on my days off I love to go to the beach, go shopping or go read somewhere quiet. I need to find a place in the Broadmeadow (preferably) area ASAP as I start work in the next 2 - 3 weeks and my plans fell through, and I currently live in Port Macquarie as I'm moving to Newcastle for more opportunities so I don't want to be stuffed around. I am very reliable and trustworthy and a bubbly, happy person to live with. :)
Hiya~ My name is Kailah. Or KK for short :) I recently moved to Newcastle looking for a room to rent. (Long term if possible) And plans to Study once I have accommodation. I'm a very friendly , tidy and clean person, and have no problem doing my share of the housework. Always keen for a chat every now and then, but happy to keep to myself if need be.
I work full-time on the railway based in Maitland, enjoy running in my spare time. I don’t smoke, rarely drink and I respect personal space.
I'm Scotty, I'm about to move to Newy for uni (M.Architecture) but looking for somewhere chilled to live. I'm pretty easy going, usually up for an adventure, can cook, tidy, enjoy a chat over a beer or wine and eat enough cheeses to make myself lactose intolerant. I'm looking to come down and check out a few places soon so would love to stop by to say hello :) please let me know if you're interested in meeting up
I'm a 19y/o male starting uni at the end of Feb. I'm an easy going social guy, clean and tidy. I don't go out much, definitely wouldn't be bothering the house with any parties/super drunk mates. I work at Bunnings a fair bit and will continue it around my uni timetable. It's a well paying job and i have a lot saved up so paying expenses won't be an issue. I love soccer, the gym, the beach and going on roadtrips.
I am moving to Newcastle from Sydney for work. Will be working full time as a Dentist and looking for a room with own bathroom with minimum 2 month stay; ideally 6 months looking to extend based on work contract. Looking to share with easy going, friendly professionals or students. Usually keep to myself but am sociable when not tired from work.I love the beach, cooking, baking, reading and just lounging about.
I am clean and tidy...get along well with everyone. I like to socialise and also enjoy time on my own. I work full time for Port Stephens Council. I enjoy the beach, going for walks, yoga, meditation, swimming, the gym and bike riding. I love to cook and eat healthy meals but also enjoy a night out for dinner and socialising. I don't smoke, rarely drink and I like a range of movies (except horror 🙄), listening to audio books (whilst driving to work) and Netflix. I like to be open and considerate of others and communicate well. I appreciate like minded people.
I would love to share a place with someone who is interested in art and music. I play guitar a lot and paint and like people willing to have deep conversations about that kind of stuff. I use earphones when I play so dont stress :) I'd need a space to paint though. I'm pretty introverted but love a drink. I'll be starting work as a painter in Newcastle by February.
Hello there! From Woy Woy, Central Coast. I'm a UON physio student looking to move in asap. As I have part time work and commitments back home, I will be traveling to and from the property for the late weekdays/weekend. I'm easy going and clean and more than happy to complete chores and contribute towards the cleanliness of the house. I play basketball, tennis (not that great) and piano with keen interests in movies, music, NBA and video games. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you for your time and consideration 😊
I am a clean and respectful woman that is looking for some good people to live with. I work at a Steiner school as a teacher's aide and my hobbies include swimming, sailing, walking, reading, textiles and watching a little netflicks :)
Hey, I currently own and operate a personal training business and am also a Work Health Safety Manager for a Geo Tech company. I definitely value respect and kindness for other people as well as cleanliness and consideration. Health and fitness is definitely my thing, having a good time is also just as important to me. Essentially after some easy going people who don't mind some banter and a beer or two. Let me know if you'd like to have someone like me share with you Vin :)
Hi! I'm Indiana, 20 years old and about to begin a teaching degree at the University of Newcastle (Callaghan campus) mid year. I'll be packing up, leaving my full time office job and moving from my hometown in the Northern Rivers in mid to late May or first week of June. I am a respectful and tidy person to live with, quiet and low key but enjoy good conversations and socialising. I've been raised to always clean up after myself and to contribute to housework, which is what I'm looking for in potential housemates as well :)
