I'm a fairly quiet and happy person. I love the surf, fitness, bike riding and I part time Dj. At the moment I am building market style websites for a new business. I have a good record at getting leases to whole properties and would like to team up with other proactive people to get a long term house rental in inner Newcastle soon. I'm really after a place with some nice liveable qualities. I'm not too sure what else I can say about myself, a bio can only cover so much, but for some extra info - I like a casual feeling environment at home. I currently live in Charlestown in 4 bedroom house on a lease. All my references are good, and generally I'm known to be honest and reliable. My current housemates are in their 30s and are all non-smoking non-drinkers (2 females and 1 male). We're all pretty clean and everyone pitches in to keep the place looking smik. I like the people I live with, however, my bedroom in our new rental has developed mold. For me the only fix is to move.
