Hey there! I'm Dani and currently I'm living on the Gold Coast looking to move to Newcastle for a new job from Dec-Jan. I'm flexible with my moving date it just depends on what I find during that period. About me: I'm organised and m Monday to Friday will likely be keeping to myself. My work (law lecturer) can be very busy. However weekends are my free time so I'm always up for a cheeky wine and beach sesh! I'd love to live with people I can get along with and hang out with from time to time. I enjoy keeping for and go to the gym regularly. To live with: I'm a clean, relaxed and friendly person to live with. I'm also someone that respects people space and times the place needs to be quiet. Easy going and will help clean without being asked. Makes a great platter for the occassional wine night also! 😊
Hi, I'm Bec! I’m moving back home to Newcastle after 3+ years of living in Perth and abroad. I will be working part-time as a Customer Care Manager and studying at UoN. Whilst I’m honestly a bit of a Grandma these days preferring a night in over going out, I still enjoy the odd glass of wine on occasion, catching up with friends/family, beach adventures, exploring new places, hiking and seeing a movie. Other interests include music, reading, pilates and averagely playing social netball. I’m considerate and respectful of others, tidy, reliable and pitch in to do my share of the housework. I also have 2x tortoiseshell fluff balls, The Bubba and Moo. They are extremely well behaved cats, cute, clean, indoor-only (prepared to be flexible on this) and have excellent pet rental references (5+ years). We look forward to meeting you! :)
I work at the Port of Newcastle as Security. Previously working as a nurse. I like kayaking and eating pub food. I like watching and playing soccer and i like to cook. I currently live on the Central Coast and have for all of my life. I am very tidy and like to be organised. I enjoy socialising and having a drink but value my down time as well. Im looking for a place to live thats preferably under 15 minutes drive to work
30 years old easy going Registered nurse. Non smoker and only social drinker, not a big party person. More into sports and outdoor activities. Also love to watch movies and read books. I am an rider as well. Fluent in Russian if u need, not sure how it can be helpful.
Friendly and easy-going couple. We are both avid travelers who have recently returned from a year over in South America. Mitch is a winemaker and will be working in the Hunter Valley and Nadine will be in hospitality management in Newcastle. We are quite social, love meeting new people and having a chat over a glass of wine and/or beer. Outside of work, our time is spent having BBQs, getting into the surf, cooking, gym, going on walks or just relaxing. We are respectful of people's personal space, values, and interests. In terms of furnishings, we are happy with either furnished or unfurnished. Very house clean individuals :)
Hi Everyone I'm introverted but friendly. I'm looking for modern place. I have furniture, but I can sell it. Open to a room, or finding a place together. I own a house, but it's not available at present. I'm project manager in IT for a mining company. Don't worry - I have people skills :-) I'd prefer a place where we don't have friends over a lot, or without asking. That said, I would like to be able to entertain more - but more just dinner parties or lunch on the weekend, including friends with kids. Just something relaxed, not a party as such. I'm not a particularly girly girl. I won't be hogging the bathroom putting on makeup or straightening my hair. I'd prefer a remote garage and an ensuite. Flexible on price depending on the offering. Open to all Newcastle suburbs East of Warabrook, Lambton, Kotara. Consider CBD. Needs to be easy access to work at Warabrook, but also city lifestyle.
Studying at UON, currently living on campus but wanting to move off. Generally pretty quiet. I like to think that I keep pretty clean, especially in shared areas. Home town is 5 hours away and will likely go home in the uni holidays, but would love to know I have somewhere to come back to every time. Will still pay rent even though I am at home.
Hey guys, I'm looking for a reasonably modern/renovated home with a yard for Luna and I - Luna's a 7 month old Belgian shepherd and loves dogs almost as much as she loves people. I'm also in the process of speaking to agents and viewing properties (aiming to be close to the beach and within 15min of the CBD) and finding a couple people via team-ups who are happy to live with Luna - so let me know if you're interested. I'm currently working as a project accountant and aside from the standard spiel everyone puts up about being into fitness, casual drinks and generally being normal i'm also big on movies and usually prefer a night in over a night out these days. If you've got any questions, feel free to flick me a message and I'll do my best to reply asap. Cheers
Hey everyone, I'm currently studying Physiotherapy full-time at Newcastle Uni, and working part time. I spend most of my time at the gym, rock climbing, or at the beach :) I'm looking for a relatively quiet place, but love a chat and am down for a bit of socialising too. Ideally hoping to move in late November, as my current lease ends early December, but am willing to pay a few weeks rent to secure a place that suits.
Hi everyone! My name is Zahra, I'm 21yrs old, studying floristry and working hospo in the mean time. I'm looking for a new house to call home, preferably around or under $150 but up to $200 a week. I moved out to Wallsend with housemates from my previous location but I don't drive and find this area makes it difficult for me to get to Sydney for my classes + work and the shops. I'm open to moving anywhere closer in to Newcastle and can move in whenever suits you (with a week or 2 notice). I have a 3yo cat with me as well, his name is Kitty. He's super friendly, really loves new people and the most trouble he'll give you is being too affectionate. I'm a very clean person, I enjoy keeping things tidy and am capable of cooking, cleaning and looking after myself and my cat. I spend a lot of time doing my own thing be it study, work or just enjoying me time, but I'd really love to move into a home where I can consider my housemates my friends. Please contact me if I sound like a suitable housemate or you're interested in teaming up for a new place!
Jess, 26. I'm at UoN, studying IT/business. I enjoy technology, coffee dates, photography, walking. I have a pet cat, Pocket (9 yrs) that would be tagging along - will be your best friend if you are a human. She hasn't been with other animals, so would like it to be a one pet household. I can be quiet, also outgoing at times. I am always respectful of others space and very tidy/clean. Always willing to help out others and have a chat - but realise we all need our downtime. I am wanting to possibly find 2-3 other people that are keen to team up, preferably around the same age group.
