**This more of a Teamup** Hi All, I’m searching for a new housemate. I'm moving from my studio and currently looking for a 2bedroom, 2bathroom apartment or townhouse. I'm really only looking for one person, however I'm open to a couple. I’ll be offering the Main bedroom with ensuite. Plus, a couple of places I have in mind have two car spaces. But, if there's only one space, that would be yours's. *Your rent will average $400 depending on the property. *Must have full-time, secure employment **Non-smokers only** *Sorry no cats. I'm allergic. I will need you to sign the lease with me. However, I’m happy with a minimum stay of 2-3 months. Its easy to transfer you off the lease if you require a short stay (no charge to you). That being said I'm definitely open-minded to someone who might want to stay longer. Ideally we will hit it off. Areas I'll be applying for are in Robina, Broadbeach, Main beach, and neighbouring areas. I would love to be on the beach for those early morning and sunset walks. So would consider areas as far as Currumbin or Kirra I need to move into a bigger space. Would love to maybe even get a little dog. However, I'm going to be both studying and working part-time this year. So, I need someone else who is solid, working fulltime, who can happily cover a good portion of the rent. This definitely won’t be a party house. I like a calm, positive, high vibrational, clean, and relaxed home. I am a Christian. Very open-minded. A young 45 year old. Originally form Victoria. I travel to Melbourne now and then to visit family. I like keeping healthy and active. Love the outdoors, the ocean, comedy, and music. I’m a morning person and a night owl. I enjoy singing and face timing with my nieces. I burn a bit of incense and bake occasionally. Currently, I’m working on building a new small business for myself. And lastly, I've house shared in easily over a dozen homes. So, I'm very used to living with others and clear on my boundaries, and expectations of what works. Other features I'm on the hunt for are: -Aircon -Dishwasher, but not a must -Balcony/ies, and light filled spaces -Close to shops and most amenities, ideally walking distance. Or a nice little bike ride. -Ideally 2 car spaces but a least one with other additional, good street or permit parking -Reasonably modern -Laundry -Ideally partially furnished -Great neighbours and management.
