My lease is ending in 2 months, so I’m looking for a new place around Broadbeach, Surfers, Mermaid (any surrounding areas are fine). I’m flexible with location, as I have my own car. Moving date is also flexible.

I work from home during the day and sometimes at night.

I like a good balance. I respect personal space, but I also enjoy spending time with housemates and building a genuine friendship at home.

I keep things clean and tidy, and I rarely have guests over. A deal breaker for me would be a messy house or a place that feels like a party home. I don’t mind friends visiting here and there, but I prefer a calm environment without different people coming and going each week.

I’ve got a flawless rental history, with every bond returned. Ideally, I’d love to share with one other housemate. My budget is up to $350/week.
