Ideally, the place has garage access where I can store my tools, which I use for basic maintenance, plus miscellaneous items I like to keep stored neatly. Outside of work, I like to stay active and am currently training for half marathon in October. Most running and a bit of training when time allows. Nothing too intense, just something that helps me clear my head. In my downtime, I spend time at the aquatic centre, going to a gigs, spending time with friends or in the garage shed. Sometimes I'll head off on a random adventure that comes out of nowhere, which keeps my life intresting YOLO! I'm Clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. After cooking, I always clean up straight away, no dishes left in the sink. If you are a shift worker, then my stealth ninja mode turns on. The habits I picked up in my first share house, and it's stuck with me. I also enjoy keeping the lawns tidy and have my own whipper snipper, so happy to help tidy the bush and the lawns. Moving to Victoria and looking for a new fun sharehouse! Previously a high school teacher, I'm incredibly organised (I'll never do my chores late). I am also scrupulously clean (I recently spent 4 hours cleaning a bathroom just because I wanted to)... but I'm not the type of person who will passive aggressively do your dishes because they annoy me. In fact, because I've traveled all over the world I'm used living in a variety of conditions (a highlight is living in a cabin with mushrooms growing from the ceiling) and have had lots of experiences in different share houses. I can also sleep like the dead under any conditions so I won't ever complain about you making noise. I like a household that randomly does nice things for their roommates (e.g. makes an extra chocolate brownie to share, does extra dishes for them with non-passive aggressive undertones). I do occasionally get social fatigue and need my own space, but that is what your own room is for. I will also respect your space when you need it, but I'd love to have a chat when you when you are feeling social. Hobbies include: hiking, travelling, swimming, live comedy, cycling and watching classic films.

Ideally, somewhere within about a 2-30 minute drive of Moonee Ponds (that’s where my office will be). I’ll have a car so parking is a must.
