Hi there, I’m currently looking for a place to call home for Roxy (my puppy) and myself. A little bit about us: I’m 33yo, working full time in hospitality (trying to stick to daytime hours as much as possible). I’m clean, tidy, eco friendly, almost vegetarian, and been living in share houses for many years. I’m quite sociable and always up for a chat but also independent, respectful of other people space and enjoy some time by myself as well. Roxy is an adorable little Beagle, she’s just over 1yo, still a bit of a pup but well house trained, obedient and really chilled. She’s very sociable and gets along with absolutely everyone: dogs (big or small), cats and people, she just loves to make friends! We’re looking for a place long term north side (Thornbury, Northcote, Coburg, Brunswick, Preston, Reservoir) within a budget of roughly $180/week and a decent sized backyard for Rox to play. If that sounds like we could be a good match, please hit me up. Thank you. Joannie & Roxy 😊
hi! i'm a third-year phd student in human geography at the university of melbourne looking for a room in the inner-north. i'm originally from melbourne and am returning home after a year in canberra (where i started my phd) and seven months in china and the uk (for fieldwork/research). i've lived in several sharehouses, for around a year each and hoping to find a place to stay for a bit longer this time. alongside research, i make observational-style documentaries, go bouldering and rock climbing a few times a week, cycle a lot and come with a relatively extensive record collection from which i like to play (albeit not loudly). i'm pretty low fuss - i tend to be at uni during the days and climbing or with friends in the evenings, although i'd like to start to cook and bake a lot more. having moved around quite a bit, i'd love to find a place that feels like a home big plus if you're into films, climbing, fermenting, social theory, have a dog, or floor-boards, or various other inner-north cliches. but ultimately my favourite housemates have been so for just being kind and humourous people, so just that would be sufficiently fab. my move-in date is flexible :)
I'm Yana, 27yo allied health practitioner. I'm looking to rent with 1-2 other young professionals late 20's-mid 30's around Essendon/Brunswick. I'm mature, clean, tidy and quiet at home, and I'd love to hear from you if that sounds like you too.
My name is Jirat Pasuksmit, male, 26. I'm a tidy, enjoy socializing, drink sometimes, respectful to other's personal area, non-smoking person. I am currently an Android engineer in Agoda Services, live in Bangkok, Thailand. At the 25th of this month, I am going to continue my study for Ph.D. Computer Engineering at the University of Melbourne. I have to be there at least 3 years in Melbourne, however, I still not decided yet how long will I stay with my first tenancy (probably a 12 month).
I'm looking for 1 to 2 tenants (and open to couples if it's the right fit) to join me in a super nice, brand new townhouse in Brunswick West, (right near the 55 tram line to city, parks, shopping etc from now). The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely kitchen with decent living space over two levels. The house is bright and warm with some awesome features: front garden, built in robes for all rooms, fast NBN connection, off-street park if you have a car, A/C in all bedrooms, big bath, tank water, shared studio space, security systems etc. One small, friendly corgi x sheltie (pictured) will be living at the house, so dog lovers are a must - apart from that all are welcome to apply. Photos from REA's listing, not my furnishings - will update with new photos soon or message me and I'll take some with cellphone. I have quite a bit of furniture / art / plants and appliances, but we can coordinate if you have your own stuff :)
Hi. This is Miree Han from South Korea and 30 years old. I'm a furniture and interior designer in Korea. These days I'm working with hospitality agency at the moment but my goal is working with design company in Melbourne. I love art, design and music. I like to take a picture by my film camera. I'm looking for nice and cozy room with cool people!
Hello! I am a young hospitality worker from Eltham, I am vegetarian and also don’t mind a bit of cooking. I play a bit of music in my spare time as well as having a fair interest in most creative endeavours. I’m a lover of ideas and deep thoughts and love spending time outside. I have a 3 year old border collie called Gnocchi that would need a decent backyard and a park nearby. I’m fairly quiet but don’t mind hanging out. I’ve never lived out of home before but I’ve been self sufficient for a long time: financially, washing, meals ect. Would love to meet some like minded people!
I am a 29 year old male (almost 30!), I have been overseas travelling for the last 7 months (London, Scotland, Sri Lanka, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, India, Vietnam) and prior to that worked full time looking after the South Island of New Zealand in sales for a safety company. I am currently in Melbourne looking around and sorting out a place to live as i have accepted a job with the same company in Melbourne. I enjoy running, hiking, surfing, motorbikes, reading, camping trips and having a laugh! looking for a more mature flat but one social enough for the occasional shared dinners and drinks together or adventures. I am clean, relaxed and easy going, if you have any questions just let me know :) Thanks
Hi hi! Currently a resident of Brisbane, hoping to change that. Looking to find some friendly faces in Melbourne to co-habit with. I study online and work full time - when I'm not doing that I don't mind a bevvie or 5 and watering my plants. I like to keep tidy, and clean my space on the regular. Fan of both nights out and nights in. This is sounding like a Tinder profile whoops 😇
Hello there I am looking for a place to call my home. Firstly, i must say i come with a doggo, her name is Charlie, she takes a while to warm up to new humans but is a wonderfully house trained little dude. If you do not accept doggos, unfortunately i am not the person you seek. I am a 34, i work full time in Coburg in Logistics. I am also house trained, love a good wine and chilled evening in. Also love to get down and dirty in the psy scene around melbs and in the bush. Can cook, can garden and have a super hearty laugh when jokes are thrown at me. Let me know if i sounds like a person suitable for dwelling. Jenna
Hey there, I'm currently searching for full time work while I spend some time in Australia. Originally from New Zealand/UK. I'm a very chilled out guy, friendly, communicative, considerate and responsible. I like to think I have a decent sense of humour, although I really probably don't. Enjoy being social and going out, but I'm not a crazy party animal to say the least. I really enjoy exploring new places (both in and around the city), going out, or just chilling out with a coffee and a book. Wanting to take up a sport of some kind, although not sure exactly which one yet. Looking for some friendly and considerate flatmates to be able to just relax, unwind, and chill out with :) Also, I'm open to a shared twin room but preferably no triple room.
Friendly, social, considerate, super clean, no smoke, no drugs.. full time IT job, I always pay rent and bills on time.. Shared-house trained, will participate in house keeping... No dramas 👍 👌 On my free time, I go to gym, meet friends, go to movies, do some sports. I also enjoy having a chill time with my housemates, and during weekends I enjoy cycling around or visiting a local cafe for brekky.
Hey guys my name is Blair I’m a 30 year old female who works full time in the dental industry. I’m clean and tidy and respectful of others space. I enjoy socializing with friends , going to the gym , hiking and travel . I like going going out on weekends but also enjoy down time. I’m easy going and down to earth with a good sense of humour. Look forward to hearing from you. From your future housemate :)
Hey, I'm Shaun. I'm looking for a quiet, peaceful apartment somewhere in the Moonee Ponds area. I grew up in Melbourne and have just returned after travelling the world for 4 years. I'm currently studying to become a Psychotherapist, and work part time in Moonee Ponds. I'm typically quiet at home, very tidy, organised and respectful of other housemates. Most of my study will take place online so I'll likely be home during the day, burrowed away in my room. In my down time I typically read, write (fantasy/sci-fi), workout at the gym and play video games. I'll be bringing my Nintendo Switch with me if that's at all a selling point :) I'm looking for a home with mature housemates who are also tidy and quiet, yet hopefully friendly enough for a casual chat. I need a room (preferably unfurnished) that can fit a queen sized bed and a desk. I typically cook a lot so ideally I'll have my own space in the fridge/freezer. I'm drug free and very open minded, so happy to live with LBGT+/vegans/whatever other labels one can come up with. I'd prefer to not live with smokers, noisy pets, and do not want a house that constantly has guests coming in/out or hosts a lot of parties.
I’m friendly and open person. I work full time and try to keep my surroundings clean and tidy.
I like traveling and have lived in Japan for a few years where I taught at a university. I'm now working for the justice dept and completing a diploma in Japanese part time. I speak Japanese pretty fluently and am pursuing it more so I can use it at work. As well as studying and working I try to keep active. I go to gym and play futsal twice a week. I'd like to live with people who share similar interests. If you speak another another language or are interested in international culture we'll probably get along. Other hobbies include music and snowboarding (when I can). I'm usually pretty quiet but also happy to socialize with sharemates. I'm clean, sociable, easy to get along with and hoping to find people who are the same.
Hi there, I am Hilary :) If I am your housemate, you will live with a responsible, quite and not a party person(but still like socializing with others and enjoy talking). Also, I keep things very tidy and clean in the public area. My plan is to live in minimum 6 months if possible. Looking for somewhere clean and someone nice and mind liked to live with. Some words about me(If you read here, I guess you are interested in me, thanks:)): I m accountant, who just moved in Melbourne from France. As new in the city I’ll be out a lots visiting Melbourne, and when I’ll be home I’m super happy to have a nice conversation whenever we have a chance :) I like spending my time on cooking, watching movies and working out, just a little Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello bede!!!! So my name is Jahan,,, I'm Swiss-Iranian (but born with australian passport lol) currently doing my masters at Monash University with my thesis on the Middle Eastern experimental music scene. I also work part-time as a translator for refugees and an indigenous language centre and sometimes make shitty diy art out of construction material,, its super important to have a sharing and social community in the house you live in but im generally pretty relaxed i feel.!:)
Originally from the UK and now living in Melbourne on a 4 year sponsored visa, having spent the last 3 years living and working in Austria. Currently living in Kensington and a returning Flatmates.com-user as my current landlord is moving back from overseas and wants his house back! Looking to remain in the area as I love it here! I'm fairly well-travelled and will be coming from shared accommodation, so I understand how important it is to be a clean and respectful housemate. An outgoing person and like to stay active whether it be in the gym, playing sports or out on a hike, etc; but also appreciate my own and respectful of others' downtime and space. I work full-time as a Project Manager (8am-5pm) so weeknights are pretty low-key between work and keeping active, but it would be great to meet housemates keen to enjoy the odd meal, gig, pub-trip, etc together! If you've any questions, please feel free to ask!
