Healthy and fit guy who enjoys sports in his down time. Very organised and tidy person who enjoys those around him to be the same, but can accommodate to those who aren't. Enjoys technology, cooking and music when he has time for it. Working full time/Studying to complete his pharmacy intern year. Good with paying bills on time, and generally pretty easy to get along with.
I work and study full time however if I'm not doing either of those I love to be at the gym or out with friends. I've been in share accommodation before and really enjoyed living with different types of people. As much as I love my privacy I also love getting to know my house mates and having the odd big cook up together or drinks after work.

pretty easy going and get along with others well. I have a slight ocd problem when it comes to tidiness and cleaning... I consider myself to be a trustworthy person which is an important factor to consider in a house mate. I'm also very respectful towards others and would like that to be mutual. I'm an artist so my work hours are all mixed up but will be out of your way most of the time giving you space and privacy.

You will have your own fully furnished end of the home with bedroom, small living room and bathroom. I am planning to include a small kitchenette which I hope will be finished by Xmas. I am a quiet yet friendly housemate. I respect ones need for privacy but would like to get to know my housemates. I like to live a healthy lifestyle by cooking good food, riding my bike and swimming. I am domesticated too - I am neat, clean and tidy! I am a kind, considerate and warm person. I work in Border Protection, have a passion for cycling and have lived in the Northcote area for most of my life. I love what the inner city has to offer.
Looking to create a new share or join an existing share with other positive, balanced, responsible flatmates who can cook a little, garden a little, are clean and dont take themselves too seriously. Cashed up as I work five days a week and also have a scholarship which funds my postgrad studies. Enjoy living in a decent home environment where everyone has their own lives and interests, and sharing an occasional meal together. This time around I'd like to live with people who are interested in creating a home environment and who also have a community outside of the home. I want to live somewhere with people who have their act together and expect a pleasant home environment together with mutual respect. After a larger unfurnished bedroom for QS Bed, plus a desk OR to bring furnishings into the living spaces if creating a NEW SHARE. Fridge washer microwave etc- most of the basics. Alternatively could look at storage if joining an existing share. Cat owner so after a place with an enclosed yard, not in a busy street and would prefer some room to grow us all veggies or at least a few potted herbs. Both myself and The Furry One would need a long term standard lease agreement. Bond and references available. Fitzroy North, Clifton Hill, Carlton North, Northcote, Ivanhoe East, Elwood, Elsternwick, Bentleigh, Brighton, Hampton preferably, but within about 20mins of the CBD.
Professional female working in the communications and marketing, looking to find a cheaper place than my current unit. I have a great sense of humour (quirky), fairly neat and tidy sort of person, good with money and enjoy films, books, and art and culture around Melbourne. Can also cook! Would like to share with a similar sort of professional female, not really into the party scene any more but wouldn't pass on a good night of wine etc. every now and again, and am dog friendly too (allergic to cats unfortunately). Like my own space, including cooking etc., but also would like to share with someone friendly to catch up on the week/day :-) I have a large-ish queen sized bed and matching sides and tallboy so would need larger room rather than smaller.
Enjoy movies, cooking and keeping active riding, swimming and running. Maintains balance with meditation. Working as Executive coaching. Looking for next contract in IT Project management, after having renovated a house this year.
We have a great spacious room to rent which is available from 11th November 2016. We are moving out as we have purchased our own property. The room has air con and ducted heating, 2 built in robes and a big ensuite with double vanity, shower and toilet. Our other housemates are great fun and sociable, we have lived together for the past 18 months and it's been really enjoyable. There is a small outside alfresco area which is covered so it is good for any weather. We split bills evenly as and when they come in. The house is in a great location, close to Macedon shopping plaza and Doncaster Westfield. There is also a bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into the city. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions and we look forward to meeting you :-)
Lived with my best mate in the suburbs for the last 5 years and he's finally decided to bail out and live with his girlfriend. I work in Carlton so I think it's time to move into town! I'm a full time accountant, study a bit (CPA) and also part-time musician/singer. Do play guitar, piano, and sing quite often so be aware of that. People do tend to enjoy it, but if you like you're quiet, probably not the right guy! Don't cook so don't really make too much of a mess, unless it's toast. Don't mind a bit of quiet company, or loud works too, but either way, would love to make some new friends and give the city life a go!

I'm hardly ever home and I'm clean. I have enough good quality furniture to fill a 2 bedroom apartment. I come with 2 very friendly Burmese cats. I have 2 jobs so I'm not home much. I am a smoker and don't pry into peoples lives. I respect privacy but i am friendly. I also prefer off street parking.
I am a 40 year-old male working full-time at a university looking for a place for myself. I work weekdays and on the weekend, I may catch up with my daughter or go to play soccer etc... My length of stay is flexible. I would prefer a smoke-free, pet-free, and clean place.

House is suitable for uni students or those working full time. Air conditioner and heating. Nice outdoor area. Fast internet. Fully furnished living areas and kitchen. Bedroom is unfurnished. Looking for long term term lease. Currently renting a granny flat in Box Hill North at $190/wk with excellent references. Single. Very quiet but sociable. Neat, tidy, clean.
I'm a social person but do prefer my own space. I come with two loving cats that are my little companions. I have a busy working week and like to chill on my days off. In the evenings I like to watch a little TV or movie. I have one grandchild and often see him on the weekends.
I am a friendly, respectful and tidy person who is a Health Promotion Officer. I respect each others space and down time. I love a good tv series and enjoy baking! I am not a party animal but do enjoy socialising.
My name is Marina and I'm an easy going 22 year old girl. I am currently looking for long term accomidation in a private room. I am very considerate of others and their privacy and I will always pay my rent on time. I like to go out most weekends and have the occasional drink, but I'm also quite a home cat and like to have a nice quiet night in. I love gaming, movies, music, drawing and spending time with my friends, these are most of my hobbies. I do smoke but not heavily and only outside so I dont bother anyone. I love to cook and I'm happy to cook for myself and others on most days. I do have a car and will be looking for some sort of on street parking. Im also always willing and happy to help with cleaning up the house when required. So, if you think I'd be a good fit for your house please give me a call, as I'm looking to move by the end of September :)
Double north facing room with own door to bathroom 1, Large window, carpeted, Double built in wardrobes Close by to the best nature walks in melbourne, where the Yarra River meets Raffey's creek. I've seen platypus a couple of times every week for the last 2 months from this bridge pictured.
After a long time finally me and my brother Vasishth have found the perfect place to call home in the beautifully green Templestowe lower and are after somebody to share the space with. We gonna start from scratch as the house comes unfurnished but our vision regarding what's gonna be is pretty clear. A peacetul, respectful and conscious driven home where creativity through the arts and deep conversations play a fundamental role. The house: Situated in a quiet street close to few parks and all the amenities you need, a bus stop only ten minutes walk and about forty minutes drive to the CBD, this house has 3 bedrooms with timber floors and wardrobe incorporated, a medium backyard with a pool(!) plus space for a veggiepatch and a generous frontyard. No pets allowed sorry, we do allow smoking but it will probably only be outside. About us: I (31) am an italian cabinet maker. Working usually long hours I enjoy the rest of the day playing lots of musical instruments of every sort and chilling in my beautiful silence. I need a lot of time alone but enjoy a chat and a laugh along a glass and some good food here and there. Not a party animal anymore but still love a good party at home with the right people at times, as well as a jam around the fireplace in the cold nights (We gonna have a fireplace too in the backyard and use it a lot). Vasishth(28) is an indian web developer working part time and studying at melbourne uni. He likes to play a lot of music too and he's always up for a laugh and a new discussion. He's mostly working on his computer or studying during the week, on the weekends he enjoys just chill at home in good vibes planning plans for the future. We been both living in sharehouses for years and know the rules as well as the importance of respecting everybodys space. We are very firm on this, you must have the maturity to clean after yourself and be an active part on the maintenance of the house. To keep the balance going we are looking for a sister but we will consider a brother if he can fit in the picture. You must be regular on the payments (You will be on the lease too) and able to maintain a peaceful space even in those stormy days. Been living with excessive loud and noisy people for long time, we don't want that anymore. Musicians and artists in general are warmly welcome. You will get the biggest room with a huge wardrobe for 170 a week plus one month bond , 12 months contract. Bills split evenly between us 3 (We have solar panels for hot water). If any of this resonates with you just join the event and tell us a little bit about yourself, the rest will be organised by the end of next week. We are moving in Friday the 19th and will have basic furniture as well as a fridge and a washing machine. If you have other stuff to add would be a bonus, otherwise gumtree hunting will do for now.
I'm very easy going. Love to have a laugh. Keep very clean and tidy. Easy to talk to. Love getting outdoors and going for walks. A keen swimmer. I'm a graphic designer from Melbourne. I'm an avid snowboarder for the past 16years always on the hunt for the next snow trip.
My name is Matty and I work as both a professional drummer and as a scientist. I am looking to move into an existing share house, or to start a new one with a garage for my music gear and practice. Being a professional drummer that is chasing a goal of being largely successful I am in need a garage (ideally unattached from the house) to accommodate my practice. I Only practice until approximately 9pm of an evening (I get home from work at 6) and I don't ever start before midday on the weekends, keeping in mind too that I regularly have rehearsals and gigs and things so it doesn't happen at full volume every day but as regularly as I can fit it in which ends up being about 3 times per week - so not really much at all. Personality wise I am, friendly, approachable, confident, logical, dedicated and love meeting new people and being social (when I have time for it). I have lived in several share houses over the last 8 years and have no problem adapting to new environments and personalities. I love a good chat and I love people. I am an avid musician and get into the footy a little bit (I grew up in the country, I'm sorry :P ). I also try to hit up the gym a few times a week. I'm clean and very much want the people I live with to be clean and tidy.. my room is usually out of control, but everywhere else in the house is always tidy and clean. As I mentioned, I am very much working towards developing a successful musical career, so moving into a place that I can set my drumming up in a garage is on the top of my priority list, followed immediately by having awesome housemates! Ideally it would be great to have housemates that can I get along well enough with to have a beer and go out for a meal but that also have their own independent lives going on. Between working full-time, rehearsing, touring and performing, I go between being home most nights to being out or away for (seemingly) weeks at a time. I have "done my time" so to speak, in uni party houses and have outgrown such living circumstances, thus, I am clean and tidy and respectful of the need to keep the place that way. This doesn't mean I don't love a party, which I do, but, am just looking for reasonable common sense/courteous type people, and also having a kitchen that I am not afraid to cook in! Also - I will be overseas in Central America and California from late September until early November - thus, I'm looking for somewhere to move in the first 2 weeks of November for at least 1 year.
I'm looking to team up, females only please. I'm friendly and easy going, looking to share a place with another female of similar age (late 20's or thirties). I am not looking at going into a pre-established household. I am looking at moving into a place of my (and your) own, not into somebody else's home. Teaming up and going into a place together is what I am seeking, as I've had experience moving into others' houses, and it hasn't felt like my home. "My house, my rules" is not what I'm seeking. I'd like to share with someone friendly who likes to chat, but who also likes their own space. Ideally I'd like to share with one other female, maybe two. I have my own bedroom belongings, kitchenware, and tv/cabinet. I like living in a neat and tidy environment, so would like to share with someone who also likes a clean and tidy environment, as well as a relaxed environment. I'm looking somewhere preferably along the Sydney Rd strip/Upfield train line, ideally Coburg region, reasonably close to a train station (within walking distance). I would prefer to share a house that has a bit of breathing space. I like a house with good natural lighting, and a comfortable sized bedroom. An added bonus would be somewhere with a bit of a backyard & front yard. I drive a car, so also seeking off street parking. I like to go to the gym and live a healthy lifestyle, enjoy getting out on weekends as well as quiet days in front of the tv. I love watching tennis and am an avid lover of anything from the 80's.
Easy going sociable person. Weekends I spend out at the Yarra vally chilling with mates or going out hiking, camping, etc. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and having a laugh. I have a lot of great stories as well.
Hey My name is Josephine and I am 23 years old. Im currently looking for somewhere i can move into asap. I work causally any where from 15 hours a week up to about 25 hours; due to the work i travel quite a bit around Melbourne but mainly Geelong and I am currently training in my work to become a supervisor. Due to my work hours I can come home at all funny times but i am respectful of people when i come home from work. I smoke but more then happy to do it outside and i hardly drink (I mean i might have a drink or 2 a year). I have my own car so need somewhere i am able to park. I looking for a place in the western suburbs or north suburbs thats not going to cost a fortune (LOL), as it can get quite expensive. I have a max budget of $170 a week with out bills or about $200 with but would prefer cheaper if possible I am also open to team ups where we could fine somewhere. Please dont hesitate to contact me if you would like any more information but please only message through here as im not always available on the phone as my work can be unpredictable Thanks :)
I am ridiculously tidy and will on many occasions, procrastinate my uni work to clean the house (yes, I even dust, who knew that was a thing?). Unfortunately this can be a plus and a minus as I'm pretty anal so if you're a slob we may not get along. However, in saying this, the two 23 year-old men I currently live with are slobs but we've been able to co-exist happily for over a year now. Sadly we must part ways as our work/uni requirements mean we must re-locate to different areas. I am looking for flatmates to either rent a place with or for a room in a pre-existing share house to move into. I don't come with any pets, just a boyfriend who would occasionally stay over. This also comes with the added bonus that I will always pay rent/bills but you will probably only see me 3/7 days as I live part time with him (he's not ready to move out of home yet, I know.. lame). I'm at uni doing a Bachelor of International Relations (nerd) at LaTrobe in Bundoora during most days, and if I'm not there I'm at my boyfriends house or locked in my room studying. I work as a swim teacher most afternoons/nights so I'll be gone from about 4-8pm, which means dinner time the kitchen is all yours. Also the added bonus that I will almost never contribute to dishes as I pre-prepare most meals at my boyfriends house at the start of the week. Okay enough of the boring stuff. I'm super bubbly and have been told that I am incredibly mature for my age. I don't shy away from a conversation or a party in that case. This doesn't mean I like hosting rowdy parties every weekend, but my house-mates and I have had a couple of awesome social events at our place and its always been super respectful and nothing has been broken (woohoo). I love animals/pets if you have them, but have no interest in owning my own until I'm stable (not a uni student lol). I'm a non-smoker but I currently live with a smoker and have had no qualms, I just expect butts to be disposed of responsibly (in the bin - I'm a greeny) and doors/windows to be shut so the smoke doesn't drift in the house. I also enjoy travelling and will probably be overseas or out of the state for about 2.5 months in the next year. So as I've said, I'm like the invisible housemate, perfect for people who like their "me" time. I'm down to have a housemate where we just live under the same roof and that's it, as I have a hectic schedule and don't like being around fairly high maintenance people. Or if you sound fairly similar to me and you think we'll get along.. well then I'm also happy to have a housemate that becomes a best friend too :)
Easy to live with - I enjoy my own space but happy to have a chat if you want I am busy with work and visiting my family so you will find I am not stuck at home for long periods of time Tidy and easy going, if you want a flat mate that you know will be stable and consistent with all aspects of sharing then I will be perfect for you
My name is Ray, 30 year old boy from the Philippines. I've been in Australia for over 4 years now. I work full-time for an engineering company based in Heidelberg West. I've been in 2 share houses in 4 years so i know the drill. Spent over 3 years in the first one and just about 7 months in my current place. In both cases, I've had to move out since they are moving in with their respective partners. Gotten along well with both my housemates, male and female. I'm looking for a place since my current housemate is moving in with her partner. I would prefer to live with only 1 flatmate. Long term rental (1 year +) would be ideal since I will be in the country for the foreseeable future. Cheers!
Hi all. My name is Jenny and I am a nurse working PT 8/shifts a fortnight. I don't work night shifts so that's a bonus! I like to keep myself tidy and respect the space I am in. I enjoy chatting and helping people yet will always respect your privacy and space. I also enjoy lifting weights and once I find a good gym nearby I will also probably be there a lot. I do like to just be out and about on my days off. I'm pretty quiet generally and thus would prefer a non-party home. ☺️👍 I'm looking for a room with an own bathroom, furnished preferably but if unfurnished it's ok also. Thanks 😊
**Please read before messaging me - Need two rooms as I am a single mother with a 7 year old son name Liam. Currently looking for a safe environment and place for me and my son to call home. Have separated recently and our current lease at the moment ends early next year. Preferably looking for a female to share with or even better with a couple with kids or a single parent. I am 30 years old and work full time in the city, so looking for a place not too far from the CBD will be preferred. I do have a beautiful Kelpie X absolutely adorable with kids, people and other animals and also well behaved. You will find me very easy going and easy to get along with. Do enjoy a good chat from time to time, I have a lot of respect for others and their privacy as well. I do enjoy cooking and I am also a tidy and clean person. If you are wanting to know more about me please do drop me a message and I would be happy to have a chat to discuss more :)
