• Looking to move between mid December 25 or early in the New Year, Jan 2026 but flexible earlier/later for the right home.

• I’m seeking LONG TERM stability; minimum 6months, 12months+ in the right home/environment - Flexible on the length of stay.

• UNFURNISHED BEDROOM is required as I have my own furniture.

(I do have additional household furniture/items to contribute to a sharehouse but can easily store if not required)

• Ideally looking for a shared property (house, townhouse, unit) w decent/larger bedroom/BIR/WIR/en-suite or shared bathroom w SEPARATE toilet.
•Some sort of an outdoor area!

•Always happy to share the load of household maintanence/gardening/chores/items & thoroughly clean up after myself to ensure spaces are left in a hygienic, respectable manner for all. I love cooking and enjoy sharing a meal and a laugh every so often too!

I'm strongly motivated in focusing my health/wellness/personal goals and making the most of my weekends whilst also taking the time to put my feet up and relax.

Relaxing by being snugged up with a good anime, series, book, cosy PC gaming, and quite time to recharge.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
***I’d prefer a drug free or drug SAFE home as I like to be part of a functional household.
Totally ok with drinks and I enjoy a nice wine here and there but not a party house during the week!
