• Looking to move between mid/late May but flexible earlier/later for the right home.

• Seeking LONG TERM stability; min 6months, ideally 12months+ in the right home/environment.

• Ideally a shared property (house, townhouse, unit) w larger bedroom + BIR/WIR/en-suite or shared bathroom w SEPARATE toilet
• An outdoor area/garden space
• High speed NBN internet access!!
• Heating/Cooling!!
• Garage/off street parking would be ideal but flexible.
• A value for general tidiness & consideration for shared items/spaces
• Be about considerate, respectful, positive, friendly household energies!
• Clean, tidy, organised + reliable with rent
• Contribute to household cleaning, maintenance, gardening.

I’m easy going and a breeze to get along with, I respect people’s privacy/need for space and I enjoy my own time but also love a good chat and homey vibe, I’m friendly within any household - it’s all about balance!
I'm strongly motivated in focusing my health/wellness/personal goals and making the most of my weekends whilst also taking the time to put my feet up and relax.

I love exploring new places/nature/the outdoors, maintaining health & fitness, foodie + coffee enthusiast.
Relaxing being snugged up with a good anime, series, book, cosy PC gaming, and quiet time to recharge.
BIG animal lover 🫶 enjoy visits to my kitty cat who doesn’t live with me and my brother’s family dog!
Enjoy vibing out, listening to music, moving my body, bit of a BBQ whiz in the warmer months & attending to my plant babies.

To summarise; I’m an open, mature-minded, respectful, reliable and compassionate individual.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
**I’d prefer a drug free or drug SAFE home as I like to be part of a functional household**.
I enjoy a nice wine here and there but not interested in a huge party house- stability & balance is key!

I don’t mind if others do, just as long as it’s in a considerate manner, conductive to the household dynamic and vibe!
All for catch ups/meals with friends/family and want the home to feel like a welcoming space for all who visit!
