Hi i'm Dan, a 22 year old science student at La Trobe university and I'm hoping to meet some great people that I can share a home with. I am originally from the Mornington Peninsula, looking to move back up to nearer uni. I work a part-time/casual job that works alongside my studies. I am a laid-back and friendly person who loves to have a laugh and be social but respects privacy and space.
I'm Kerrod, 26. I have recently been accepted into the Metropolitan Fire Brigade and my recruit course begins in Cragieburn on the 1st of August. I am looking for a place that I can stay in until at least the end of December to make the commute a bit easier. My course will operate on a 4 day on, 4 day off cycle, there will be weekends that I am working early/ needing to study. I am not looking for a big party house but I am of course understanding of other people's differing schedules. I do enjoy the opportunity to relax/ socialise/ hang out where possible. I'm a clean and tidy person, I enjoy socialising with a balance of my own time. I am happy to keep to myself and also open to sharing a drink or good conversation. I'm a musician and I play bass as well as guitar. I like yoga, meditation, and exercise like running or rock climbing. Please contact me to learn more! :)
Hi, I'm a single parent & a full time carer for my 8yr old, who is on the autism spectrum, I'm looking to team up with the right person and find a house in our preferred areas. I'm neat, tidy and organised, respectful of others and i keep myself busy, planning activities for my son, aswell as speech therapy and O.T classes. I enjoy good conversation and doco's, + the occasional movie. No time restrictions but looking to move soonish, drop me a line if your a potential housemate, cheers.
Hi, I’m moving from Europe to Australia in the begining of August. I am a keen traveller, working as an iPhone app developer. Now I’ve decided to make the move and see what its like to live in Melbourne. I’m a tidy guy, probably won’t be spending much time at home. Ill be glad to hang out with my future flat mate, hopefully getting to explore the city.
Hlos, I am Rahul, a super friendly and relaxed IT person from India, who is looking for a new/ share room in the suburbs of Melbourne. Ideally, I am a borderline health freak with a desire to experience many more adventures as hobby. But it is equally true that I am also occasionally a foodie. I love watching Netflix with chips after a long day and cooking or going out during the weekends. As such I am looking for a new place to stay from last week of June and would love to have a face to face chat for a more personal understanding. As I had previously lived in both hostel and share houses I was fortunate enough to make many friends across the globe & also hope to make many new friends in future as well. I would prefer a relaxed and cool house as even though I like to hang out over a glass of wine but I am not a crazy party owl. If you find me good enough as a potential housemate, then please do reply back so that we can chat further Thanks, Rahul
Hey there! I am fairly tidy, quiet and respectful. I work at Guide Dogs taking care of the dogs there - so always have one I can bring home for a few days if you're a dog lover like me. I have part time hours but take up a lot of casual hours, so some weeks can be fairly intense work-wise for me. Would love to be able to hang out with my roommates and have a wine or watch some Netflix, but as an extroverted introvert, also need some time to myself 🙂
I can cook, clean, am really funny, can change light bulbs, don't know how to use a washing machine but am a quick learner. I'll be staying in Melbourne for 7 weeks and would prefer a place near the La Trobe University, but am willing to discuss other options. I would love to team up with fellow students for accommodation in Melbourne, no matter where you are from or who you are we can work it out. Feel free to contact me :) Oh yeah, I come from Bosnia and Herzegovina so I have loads of stories and culture to share, as I would like to learn about yours...choose me. Did I say I can cook?
I'm a postgraduate student at La Trobe University. I prefer my own room, toilet and bath and wifi, at the very least. A mini kitchen or counter to cook food and a washing machine would be really nice, since I do my own cleaning, cooking and laundering. I also prefer a semi-furnished or furnished place I don't smoke I don't have children or pets

Presently, we are looking for a temporary accomodation and would like to stay for a long duration if it suits us. Hi! My name is Cristiana, I'm an Italian student (24) of Translation and Cultural Mediation at the University of Udine (in North-eastern Italy) and I'm coming to Melbourne in July (the 16th) to attend a semester at the La Trobe University, since I won a scholarship. I'm looking for an accomodation for that period (at least until the end of December). I'm an easy girl, quiet and clean. I've already had house-sharing experiences in the past years, so I know how it works and how to behave when living with other people. I think that first of all there must be respect when not living alone, otherwise it would better to go for another solution. :') I've always got along with my past flatmates, and I think it is nice to create a good relationship with the people you live with! :') Important requisite: I'm looking for an accomodation which is near the La Trobe University, or well connected, not too far from a supermarket and with clean people. Please write me if you think you have something for me! :')
Hi, I'm from Germany and I will start working as a carpenter in Melbourne in July so I'm looking for a room to rent in the area from my working place ( planera joinery ). A pretty chilled individual. Final year law student at La Trobe University. Working part time for a firm in the city. Been house sharing for the last 5 years. Ideally I want to find a place with a long term lease (+12 months) where I consider home in the north eastern suburbs. I enjoy looking after a place and keeping it clean, warm, and welcoming. Hey guys, My name's Em. I'm 26, studying part time at Monash University double majoring in Spanish and Latin American studies and Japanese studies. I have two little cats, Xena and Zahra, both names referring to princesses because they so are. I'm a pretty busy person myself, I'll either be at work, at uni, at the gym or studying in my room. But definitely down for a cheeky bevy and dinner with future housemates.

Hi, I'm currently studying Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. I'm looking to move out of res to an appartment close to La Trobe but also has easy access to the city. I recently moved from Sydeny to Melbourne to study so I'm still new to the city and am keen to meet new people. I would admit I am shy at first but as you warm up. I love a good chat and just someone to keep me company. I love a good Netflix sesh and just quite nice but I also live a bit of fun every now Ina while 😊 I would consider myself a clean person as I have been living on res this last semester I know how much this matters!
I'm surprised to be 49yrs old! I'm moving from Gippsland to be closer to family. I have a keen interest in animal welfare, but no pets. My houseplants are quiet things. I'm mostly quiet, but do enjoy eccentricity and playing with ideas and stories. I like cooking, gardening, am currently an unskilled drawerer(? and speller, evidently), English comedy and John Clarke humour are my favourites, and I am aiming for 'optimism' as a character trait. I'd love a home for the longer term.
Hey I'm Gordon. I'm currently working full-time at the mercy hospital as a technician. I'm easy going pretty chilled out and don't mind a chat but like to have my own space also. I love animals (any kind)..
We are both easy going, clean, quiet and social. We don't party and work full time during the week. We also go to gym after work so are home around 8.30pm. On weekend we visit our parents and aren't around much.
