Hi, I’m Mathew, I'm 35 and I study Aerospace Engineering at RMIT. In my spare time I like to watch movies, explore Melbourne, go to the beach, see a live gig or catch up with mates. I'm also beginning to explore the world of health & fitness. I cherish my alone time and view my home as a place of sanctuary and respite from the outside world. I am financially secure, clean up after myself and respect other people's need for privacy and personal space. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. Any other questions, please ask.

Hi, my name is Michael. I am 34, been employed full time for nearly 10 years so pretty stable there! Have a car which I would need to park somewhere (not precious about it or where to park). I also have all the furniture I need and would prefer an unfurnished room but can work around anything! Accompanying me will be my dog, Tony, an 11 year old Silky Terrier. He is great with cats and has lived with them most of his life. He is good with quieter type dogs regardless of size, not so good with more active and boystrous dogs however. About me, I am pretty laid back easy going kind of person. Very open minded and love a good chat about nearly anything. In the same breath I do enjoy just doing my own thing from time to time. I like cooking and am not too bad at it at all. I also cook some good Weber barbecue in summer and I don't mind sharing! I am very domesticated and clean. I don't smoke but don't mind living with smokers. Hobbies, well I like watching TV, mostly documentaries these days but also since getting Netflix, all sorts of random stuff. I love camping, 4x4 and MTB (trails, enduro style and downhill). Also like dinners, shows, movies, anything really, will try almost everything once. I am looking for somewhere long term, somewhere to call home. Not looking to hop around too often as I am not a big fan of moving! If I sound like your person, feel free to send me a message!
Very clean and tidy professional looking for a room for around 8 weeks but likely to stay longer. Good sense of humor and get along with most people. I am friendly, responsible and considerate and looking for a relatively quite place. I enjoy good conversations and occasional drink or two but I am not a party guy
Hi everyone! About me: I'm 24 years old, a veterinary nurse, and a pretty relaxed person. I'm working full time while finishing off some study. I have lived out of home for 6 years now, both in share houses and by myself, so I'm very reliable with paying rent, bills etc. I'm not originally from Melbourne, and between work and study, I haven't really met too many people in this area besides work friends, so I'm hoping that from sharing again I can create some great friendships! I also have a four legged friend, Mia, so a love for dogs is a must if we're going to be living together. About Mia: Mia is a 7 year old mini foxie x Maltese shihtzu, she weighs in at a massive 5kg's. She'll attack you with kisses and force you to pat her - it becomes a full time job. With her owner being a vet nurse she is always kept up to date with everything she needs. She is not a digger and fully toilet trained etc so we have never had an issue with damages to the house or getting bond back. She really just sleeps most of the day. About you/the house: I'm looking for a place and a person/people who I can make a home with. Living away from my home/family/friends, I really want to live somewhere where I will be happy and make some friendships. I want to be able to have my own space and also spend time with my housemate/s, whichever suits at the time, so obviously our own bedrooms, even two living rooms if a place with this popped up! Wanting someone trustworthy, and respectful of other people and their belongings, and someone looking for something that would be long term - hoping to find somewhere and someone where I can set up home for a while! Looking for either someone who already has a place and looking for someone to move in, or someone who is keen to start up a new place together! I'm looking to move at the end of my current lease in October, which I know is a while away, but would like to even build a friendship with someone/wait for the right person to come along, and I like being prepared haha. If there's anything I've missed, or you're interested in having a chat to see if we would be suitable for living together - send me a message! Look forward to hearing from you :)
I work full time and have steady income, like to keep to myself, I'm fairly quiet. Happy to help out with any chores or cleaning that needs to be done. I pay all bills on time or early. I've currently been living in Melbourne for over a year after finishing school and moving from the country to Melbourne to work. Would very much like to find a place to move into. Before 17/7/17. I'm a full time Mechanic at BMW, my love is cars and working on them. Happy to live with all people who would be happy to live with me. I'm quite busy outside of work so I'm not always at home. I'm looking for a place at $150pw without bills included.
I have lived at my last place for 12 years as I always paid rent on time and treated my neighbours with consideration and respect. I have a life of my own and will not smother you. I am socialised and do not roll home drunk and be obnoxious and annoying. Reformed smoker but do not worry being around smokers and drink on a very occasional basis. No Drugs. I am virtually retired at 64 years and cover all my Centrelink obligations with volunteer work. i would like to stay in the listed areas as I have family at Heidelberg and friends at Blackburn and Knox and the public transport gets me to both, and my volunteer role, conveniently. Paying rent is the priority and understanding that you have to give people in a shared situation genuine consideration is next. Socialised, tidy and personable in a sharing situation. Excellent rental refererence from my previous 12 years of renting at Lower Plenty and personal references as well. Do not have pets/companions but would consider them a bonus if you do.
I am bright and vibrant, and I keep my mess to myself. I have a gorgeous tabby cat who is affectionate and clean (she goes to the bathroom outside so there is no mess). I would love to have shared meals every now and then, and like to just chill out with and talk. I am currently working as a lifeguard at the Latrobe University Sports Centre and studying full time criminology and writing. I am looking for rent below $200, so

Easy going, quiet, tidy, laid back person. I like gaming, Basketball, Music. Originally from Heidelberg, starting a new chapter in life after breaking up with my partner of 15 years. I work in a Hospital in Heidelberg. I don't really know what else to say. I'm trying to figure out whether shared accommodation works for me, or if I'm better off getting my own place. Apparently this site wants an Essay about me, it is really annoying.

Happy to live with people who like to socialize or keep to themselves im pretty easy going so don't mind cooking for the both of us every now and then! Love my sport and have recently got on a big health kick. I work Mon-Fri 8-5pm pretty standard guy.
I've just been through a breakup and am back living with my parents in Geelong. I need a more social life am moving to Melbourne until the 24th August when I am leaving to sail from Canada to England aboard a tall ship. I'm lgbt+ friendly and get along well with dogs and cats. I'm generally tidy but like cooking from scratch a lot and therefore make a bit more mess than if i just cooked noodles or pasta. I will be aiming to find work in Melbourne ASAP but will volunteer anywhere until i get a paying job.
I will be studying for the bridging course for nurses for 3 months. I will be arriving in Australia May 13 but will tour a bit so I will be in Melbourne around May 16 - 18 ,,, My class will start May 22 in IHNA. ANYWHERE NEAR IHNA SCHOOL WOULD BE GREAT. AT LEAST 30 MINUTES AWAY FROM SCHOOL BY BUS/TRAIN/WALKING,,,, BUT NOT TOO FAR LIKE 2 HOURS AWAY ~~~ It would be great to be with a fellow nursing student or anyone who is studying anything or any course? xD,,lolol,,, but anywaysss im fine living with anyone. Dog lover. I am a fun loving and friendly person but sometimes, I do like being alone in my room (especially when im stressed) and just do my thing so please dont take it as an action of rudeness if I dont socialize with everyone everyday inside the house. :) I prefer to have my own room. I love food and cooking my own food. Fan of k/j-dramas, loves music(any type as long as I like it), chocolate lover
Hi I'm matt, I'm 26 I work full time as a plumber by trade .I'm mindful and respectful of other people. I'm a very clean neat and tidy person. I'm easy going and pretty easy to get along with. I'd say I'm fairly open minded respectful and educated on political views religious beliefs and all that sort of stuff. I'm very upfront and honest. I can be quite social but also will keep to myself at times as I work long hours and my job can be quite stressful at times so I'll just come home and want to switch off for awhile but I'm also happy to share a meal or have a beer or wine every now and then aswell. Preferably after something with off street parking and own bathroom/ensuite. THANKS!
