Sara and Jess

We are looking for one more lovely human to team up and move in with! Ideally 4 bedrooms, 3 if the space is large enough for everyone to enjoy some space to recharge, with 2 bathrooms. We'd love a big garden or an outdoor space, and want to form a comfy, social home - the kind that's available for pre-drinks but eases off the kick-ons. Sara manages a bouldering gym, Jess builds batteries for solar grids, and CJ is about to kick off and interior design career and has a gorgeous & gentle 5yo staffy rescue named Brando. Jess and I both love hiking and climbing and being outdoors as much as we love rotting on the couch with the latest video game or TV show obsession. CJ is the nominated plant parent who builds terrariums and provides the jungle aesthetic, and is incredibly responsible with her fur baby. We love a beer or a coffee in the sunshine, and having tea and late night chats on the kitchen floor.

We all come with loads of previous house share experience! We really value clear communication, are huge on respecting everyone's needs and social boundaries/energy levels, and will always pull our weight to keep the household clean and tidy. We've been applying in the Rosanna to Alphington inner-north corridor, and would love to add a 4th person to join the hunt. We prefer to keep the balance and have a male addition to the household, queer friendly, quiet and respectful but also has that social vibe to match our energy.
