Hey everybody, My name is Alistair. I'm originally a country bumpkin from the South of Island of NZ but been in Brisbane for a good while now. I'm currently employed in disability support and gardening/landscaping, keeping daytime hours. I like going to gigs occasionally and play a bit of acoustic guitar. Like classic rock, metal, a bit of folk and shoegaze as well. fav bands of all time: black sabbath, Soundgarden, smashing pumpkins, kyuss. I try to be considerate with it though and make sure only I can hear it. I like reading (classic novels and fantasy (Tolkien, George RR Martin etc) and am a bit of a history buff. Also do a bit of yoga and like spending time hiking in the beautiful outdoors when possible. Enjoy going to cricket or rugby games occasionally and catching up with friends. I'm generally pretty mild mannered. I like chatting and getting along with people, but wouldn't say I'm loud and I don't force conversation on anybody if they're not into it. If your place is a bit out of my target areas don't worry too much. Just somewhere roughly on the south side is ok. A little bit flexible on length of stay, would prefer long term but I'd consider a stay of 4 or 5 months. Air con would be preferable but not absolutely essential. I don't have a dog myself but I love animals and like helping friends with their dogs.

We would love a house or a big townhouse with a yard, as between us we have 3 little dogs (1 Dachshund & 2 Tibetan Spaniels). We are pretty flexible with the area, but ideally looking for between Everton Park - Clayfield northside and down to Fairfield - Norman Park on the southside. Ideally we would all pay around $350-$400ea so the total rent/wk would be max $1100 between us. We already have the following furniture - koala couch & ottoman (sofa bed), coffee table, 4-seater dining table & 2 chairs, fridge & a TV so if you have a washing machine and/or a dryer that would be amazing, but not essential. About Ebony: My 9-5 is in travel, 5-9 gym and coffee in the AM, 5-9 dinner in the PM and probably spending 2 or 3 nights a week out eating, drinking & having a laugh. About Keely: works full time and loves spending free time doing Pilates, cuddling with my puppy, and watching movies. My house has a clean and chill vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I have a 1 year old dachshund named Chester! He sleeps with me and is toilet trained! He goes to daycare or comes to work with me usually and we spend our weekends out and about!
