Nice 4 bedroom highest house, with decent back yard in a pretty quiet street, neighbours are pretty good and stick to themselves. Rules are pretty simple, clean after your self in shared areas ie kitchen bathroom and lounge room. The way you keep your room is entirely up to you. I work full time and pretty long hours, also am A car guy so I spend more time downstairs working on my cars than I do up stairs. Pets are allowed on application, already have a dog that is friendly with other dogs. Rent is semi negotiable on application, didn't really know a price to put on it.
