All for a low monthly rent of $580 !! Surrounded by excellent neighbours, next to train line, a moments walk to the eclectic and posh High St Ashburton !!! 24 hour Woolworths is a minutes drive and city link access to and from the city is literally around the corner and chadstone shopping centre is a 5 minute drive .... Its hard to find fault. Sad to move as I am leaving for inter-state. Otherwise it's a place to stay for ever. Close enough to the city to not be far away (High St exit) and far enough from the city to get to anywhere back ... It is very handy to all amenities & pubic transport both trams & trains - 2 stations to choose from, & in a lovely leafy green suburb. It is very near Riversdale Rd.( 2 min walk) I have wifi. I am an easy going , friendly 'people person'. I enjoy movies,tv, afl- (member of MCC am would willingly take my flatmate as a guest along), reading, riding, swimming, the beach & cooking.
