Hi, my name is Jess and I am looking for a place where my cats and I would be welcomed. If you have a garage and would prefer the cats not to be in the house then I'd be happy to set them up out there. I am a smoker but smoke outside. I am looking for a place to stay from 4 months to year. I am friendly and easy going, punctual with payments. Ideally looking for a bungalow but if my cats are welcome then I am happy with anything

Annie, 20 years old, first time moving out. Hoping to relocate in order to find more suited work experience for my uni course. Also keen to make a change and gain a little more independence. I am pretty easy going and really do value being clean. I would love to meet some friendly housemates who don't mind having a laugh and a chat from time to time but of course I understand the importance of having your own space.
Hi there, I'm travelling overseas and planning to come back to Melbourne at the end of December. Looking for a shared accommodation preferably with housemates over 25. Not looking for a party house as I'm focused on my career at the moment but I wont mind chilling over the weekends. I have a car so definitely looking for a parking spot on the property. Please feel free to leave a message with your contact number and i'll revert back ASAP. Cheers Raji
I'm very neat and tidy, I keep to myself most of the time but I do also love socialising with other people. I unfortunately don't have a large budget as I'm only working a casual job and don't get many shifts per week. I'll be starting my studies at Deakin Burwood next year and hoping to look for a place close by!
Hey! I'm Hayley, I'm 23 years old and working full time as a hotel manager. I'm pretty flexible with my move date and would ideally like to start a sharehouse with one or two others so if you're interested please send me a message! Otherwise I'd love to hear from you if you think I'd fit in well with your sharehouse :)

Mel, Jorge and I are living in this beautiful house in Glen Iris for a a few weeks now and are looking for the right female to fill the last large room (4.5m x 5m) in our house. Jorge is a lovely 28yr old Kiwi, into yoga/meditation down to earth, plays piano and works full time for Audi. I am 32, love gardening and anything nature, a strum on my guitar and a spot of fishing. Originally from Germany and work full-time as an Engineer. Mel is 33, a polyglot with a passion for languages and travel, and loves yoga, herbs and gardening. She also loves her job as a Speech Pathologist, which keeps her busy during the week. We are all social creatures and love a beer/wine or 2, but also value our downtime - all in balance. We are friendly, respectful and laid-back, and are looking to create a happy and harmonious home with good people. It is all about the people, right?! The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom in a quiet tree-lined street, with trams, cafes and a pub just around the corner. Big back yard with raised garden beds filled with herbs and veggies for the house As Mel and I are a couple, the house doesnt really lend itself to having another couple; we are really looking for just 1 girl to keep a good balance. Bond is $737.50, and bills will be split evenly (water/electricity/internet). Any questions, please ask! Please write us telling a bit about yourself :)

Hey funky friends! So here's the boring stuff straight up - My name is Alannah, I am from the South Gippsland region and I finished Year 12 in 2015 and have had a nice gap year this year and am studying Psychology at Deakin University in Burwood in 2017... So, you know, I gotta find me some good ol' accommodation. Not too costly preferably, as I am a classic poor Uni student. 😅 Now to the good shit. I am a world-class Mario Kart 64 player so if you're feeling it we can 10/10 have a tournament (I'll supply the goods - controllers, console, wine etc) or we can just play any 64 game together and swim in our nostalgia and your tears when I kick yo' ass. Wii, DS, XBOX and PlayStation games are also welcome with open arms. 😘 Sorry to fit the stereotype that vegans tell you they're vegan even when you don't ask, but, I am vegan. I don't care if you're not vegan. We can have sausage sizzles and burgers and massive fiestas together and we'll drink some Sangria and release our inner Spanish sides (even though my heritage is purely Scottish, English and French 😅) and, I don't mean to toot my own horn (I do) but I make a meeeean vegan spaghetti bolognese. Sausage rolls, too, that have been approved by many Omni's. So why wouldn't you have me as your house mate? If you have some little beings living in your house I'll like you even more. Woofers? Meowers? Sqwarkers? Squeekers? Oh yas, bring 'em on, baby. Brownie points for you if you got dem pets. My hair color will change frequently depending on my mood. No -unfortunately I'm not Nymphadora Tonks - I just wear wigs. #theredhairisfake #imactuallyablonde I'm not a massive party animal, but if you're having a party I'll totally join in. And all jokes aside, I am very respectful and will give you space and be clean and all those top qualities. Hit me up with a message if you'd be keen on finding a place together. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hey guys! I'm Alex, from qld I'm a pretty chill dude, looking for a house with awesome people in it so as I can fully envelop myself into Melbourne and all its wonders! I'm working part time at a hotel in the city, looking to start studying next year. I'm pretty friendly, clean, respectful and I like to think I'm funny but I can never really tell... I really love music, fashion and exploring new places! Ps. Down to get jiggy
Hi there, I'm Amy, a 26-year-old high school teacher from Queensland. I am moving down to Melbourne next year and am coming down in December to try and score a great place to live! I'm fairly active and play various sports, dance ballet, run and enjoy a good kickboxing session. I also really love the arts, so I'm constantly on the lookout for new exhibitions/shows to see. I love to cook and make a mean chocolate souffle. I am a clean freak and would prefer to live with someone at least a little similar. I have shared before with no issues and am very reliable. I would love to live with someone who's happy to socialise every once in a while but also understands the balance between this and personal space. I don't own any pets but will love yours as my own. If you think I would fit in nicely in your home please get in touch! :)
Hey, I'm Jodie- I'm looking for a room, or happy to team up with others, for long-term stay or anything over 6months. I'm working full time as an accountant in the CBD, looking for anything that is close to public transport. I'm really easy-going, clean/tidy, respectful of others' personal space etc.. Ideally I would like to live with people with whom I can socialise with on the odd occasion, but keep things fairly low-key during the week. Feel free to message me on here or via text for more info :) Cheers
We are within 4 minutes drive of 3 train stations; Glen Iris, Burwood, and Ashburton. Also conveniently close to a Coles shopping centre. We have only just been accepted for the property and will have internet and all of that organised soon, we have most of the communal furniture sorted, but everyone is providing their own furniture for their bedrooms. The lease starts in December but we are looking for the right person to join us and are very flexible with dates for the 5th person to move in. We are all on the lease, and will need the next person to be an approved occupant, so will have to undergo the application process. If you are worried about it being a squeeze, it won't be! It is a quirky, spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a huge back yard (plenty of room for activities!) on a lovely suburban street.
I'm a high school teacher at a catholic all girls school in Box Hill and have been for two years however next year I am returning to university to study a Master of Actuarial Studies at Monash University in Clayton. Hence the need to move for convenience. I am friendly, social, fit, play sport, love live music (play bass guitar), love to hang out and fill my weekend. Happy to hang out with house mates and meet new people. I am very respectful of others and their property and am always happy to do a favor for a friend.
The apartment is located in the middle of Glen iris where the train station is 5-7 minutes walking. The bus stop is on the exit of the building. Beautiful parks just 2 minutes walking where you can do picnics or other fun activities. Local restaurants located just outside the building.7/11 is just 3 minutes walking which is in the petrol station .
Hey! I moved from Perth earlier this year. I work in travel and am fairly sociable. However I do like coming home to a clean and tidy place as I also like to have some me time! I am a horrendous cook, so I keep it simple...which also means minimal mess! Ideally my new flatmate(s) will be clean, tidy and respectful and sociable! Currently living in an apartment in Hawthorn East. Flatmate has decided to venture out to a bigger house and I am looking to either stay where I am or meet some new people and move elsewhere. My lease finishes end of January, so my move in date is a little flexible. Ideally looking for a flatmate or two!
Hi! I'm an English and Drama teacher at Swinburne Senior Secondary College. As well as teaching 3-4 days per week, I tutor VCE students and write for an education magazine. In my spare time I love reading, swimming, books and music. My partner Rosie is a student at Holmsglenn, in Glen Waverly, and she is an incredible gardener. She can grow food, fix the kitchen sink, propagate natives... anything practical, she's onto it. She also plays violin, swims, reads, and does her homework. We're both clean and tidy and very responsible with our bills and payments. PETS: The kitten in the picture is not coming with us!! We are planning to adopt a dog but will make sure it is well trained (if you are worried we can pay a pet bond to put your mind at ease!). We are looking for somewhere green and quiet. An enclosed yard, trees, and spaces to grow vegetables are a plus, as is proximity to parks/rivers/creeks/national parks. I'd prefer to catch the train to work so walking/riding distance to the Belgrave line train station would be amazing. Neither of us smoke, and we have our own furniture.
Beautiful art deco apartment and relaxing courtyard 1 minute walk from cafes, park and number 5 tram. This isn't a party house but we definitely would like someone who is up for socializing whether it be cooking a meal or having a few glasses of wine or just having a good chat. By no means do we take ourselves too seriously but being respectable, contributing to cleaning and paying bills on time is essential.
