A light filled, spacious house to call home! Situated in one of Melbourne's safest suburbs, Glen Iris, on the verge of Camberwell. The house contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two lounge rooms leading onto a great outside entertainment area with a BBQ, wall mounted television and soundbar. The entertainment area is North facing so it gets plenty of sunlight and it is covered for those rainy days! The room on offer has a share bathroom with a shower and bath, separate toilet and sink. The room also has plenty of hanging space in their built-in wardrobes. There are two fantastic cafes (Babasus/Goldenchild) that are within 5 minutes walking distance, right next to Burwood station. As well as having a train station nearby that is on the Alamein line, there is also the 75 tram at the end of our street that goes into the city and towards Deakin University (10min) if you are studying. Supermarket (LEOS) is also within walking distance, about 5min give or take. Also surrounding us are plenty of takeaway and restaurants. The room for rent does not include desk and chair* This is just a picture to acknowledge the space of the room. The room has built in wardrobes with mirrors, shared bathroom/shower, and toilet. We also have Foxtel ;)
I currently live in Malvern/Glen Iris area and looking to move as my current lease is coming to an end. I work full time Mon-Fri. During the week I am fairly quiet, may occasionally pop out for dinner with a friend. Weekends I usually head out for the day or go to catch up with friends. I like to live in a clean space with considerate housemates as my work can be quite busy and I'd like a place to relax and call home. Please reach out if you think I could be a good fit for your home. Thanks :)

Hi! I am an Indian starting a Masters in Business Information Technology program in RMIT city campus this july. I'm a friendly, tidy person, perhaps you'd enjoy my company as well. I love to socialise but respect space at the same time. You'd usually find me in my room chilling but I like to hangout with friends too. Looking for a private or a shared room preferably in a shared house. My maximum rent budget is $180 including bills. Please feel free to message if you want to team up or need a flatmate. Thanks in advance!
Hi, I'm Ali! I'm 25 and work full time as a case manager at Melbourne Drug Court. During the week I like going to gymnastics classes and eating out with friends, but am also easily pleased with a glass of wine and a great book. During the weekends I enjoy socialising and checking out galleries and other local events. I'm always up for a chat but appreciate that you may need your own space too. I also have a very sweet natured whippet named Sebbie (Sebastian) who would love to meet you! He is very low-maintenance and will happily sit next to you on the couch in the evenings for some pats, please see photo :)
Hi my name is Jeremy, I'm 31 and work in finance. I am currently looking for a place to move into in June. I am looking for a place that is in the surrounding suburbs of Melbourne city and close to public transport. I am pretty relaxed and easy going. I keep the house clean and tidy. Work and exercise keeps me busy during the week. In my free time I enjoy catching up with friends, pretty big into sport and traveling. In the winter I try to go snowboarding as much as I can, otherwise just swimming, riding & gym. I see my self living with someone who is also pretty relaxed and care free. Someone who enjoys a bit of social interaction at home as well as their own life outside of the house. If you want to know anything else just drop me an email..
Hi Everyone! I'm Chris, and I'm looking for the right place to start a new chapter of my life as I finish up my Science degree at Monash this semester. Overall I'd say I make a pretty good housemate; I'm fun to be around, but usually try not to make too much noise, and I'm pretty disciplined when it comes to cleaning (most of the time!). When it comes to my ideal place, I'm pretty flexible; as long as there's an internet connection and enough room for a double bed, I'm happy. A big garage and good public transport connections would also be great, but I'm not too fussy. I'd say that my personal interests and hobbies are pretty wide; I love to keep active, having started competing in triathlons over the past year, and love anything to do with getting out in nature. I'm also always down for a drink and a board game!
Hi there! I'm an environmental science student at Deakin Uni, completing my degree this year. I spent most of last year in Central America studying abroad. I'm now back to old Melb and looking for a cozy place to call home. I'm quite flexible with the sharehouse arrangements. I'd be happy with a private room or shared room with another person. My biggest priority is the location, I want to live close to Deakin Uni. I'd love a house with some kind of shared space so with can chill together and create a homey feeling. Down for a good balance of study time and social time.
