Hey there! Looking for a place to live for the next 4-12months. I am keen on seeing different areas of Melbourne so don't mind if it is only a shorter-term lease. My selling points: often out of the house, will contribute indoor plants and wafts of delicious food down the hallway. Will happily keep to myself or have a chat. Have lived in many share houses around the world so know the drill. I am clean (very keen on the idea of a cleaning schedule) and considerate of space (will clean up my stuff when finished on the table and try to use the kitchen when no ones else is). Me: - I have just finished up a Sociological research project on dating apps (very interesting) and am currently seeking a social-science research position for 2019, considering a PhD for the year after. - I play field hockey and generally like to be active. - Typical millennial who likes travel and food. - Non-typical millennial who doesn't like social media. What I'm looking for in my housemates: Don't have too many expectations but definitely get along more with people who are open-minded and accepting folk. Regardless, I am keen on housemates who like to communicate when they have issues (I will do the same) so we can discuss, compromise and continue on with a happy and sustainable housemate relationship. What I'm looking for in my new dwelling: ~10min walk to a train station (or tram directly into the city) Anywhere in the South-East or Eastern suburbs. Medium to lots of natural light.
Clean, friendly and responsible. Finishing up my bachelors degree and will start work in health care. In my free time (...and when I should be studying) I enjoy listening to podcasts, being active and watching standup comedy. Wanting a female only residence with the exception of couples.
I´m a full-time business and marketing student and work part-time as an optical assistant, I'm very clean, organised (sometimes way too much with my own things), respectful and easy going person always up for a chat or whatever, if you can guess my nationality our first coffee is on me 😁 I enjoy playing video games every now and then and watching Netflix. Looking for someone to team-up and rent a flat or a PRIVATE room at a house/unit/apartment preferable at the city, south or south-east suburbs. I have my own bed, a small cupboard, a fan, and some kitchen appliances as well if needed. Send me a message for more info 🤙🏼

Hey, I'm 26 and work full time in the CBD. I have room and house furnishings. I like to hang out with my housemates either watching TV, chatting and eating or playing games but also sometimes need my space and understand that others do as well. I'm laid back and pretty easy going. I don't have any pets but I'm more than happy to live with them.
I am a Canadian uni student coming to Melbourne for an exchange trimester at Deakin. After the trimester ends in June I plan to stay in Melbourne to work until returning to Canada in December. I'm easy going and love meeting new people! I am clean and respectful. I have lived abroad in Spain and Italy with host families. I enjoy yoga, the beach, trying out new foods, and going to see live music. I love both nights out and nights in spent watching Netflix. :)
I am the first tenant in this amazing apartment. One of 16 apartments in the building, you will have full use of the main bathroom, a decent size room that has access to the balcony, and has plenty of storage space. Plenty of basement parking available too (as well as free on street). For a two bedroom apartment it has the perfect amount of space (no kitchen behind the couch situation). The majority of neighbours are older downsizers, who are super friendly. Located next to the Bourke road freeway entrance and Gardiner station the location could not be better. I am sub-letting for $285 per week + bills or $345 per week including bills if preferred.
The place you will be moving into is a very large house, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room and an open back yard. The house has amazing air conditioning in each room, wifi (NBN just got installed) and we have a shared Netflix and Stan account. We are located a 2 minute drive to both Glen Iris and Gardiner train stations (10 minute walk) and near the 75 tram with plenty of on street parking as well as a garage that fits all but the biggest of cars!

Hello! My name is Georgia. I am 21 years old, and currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Education. I am an easy going person, and like to keep my space clean and tidy. In my spare time I usually study or enjoy going out for brunch with friends. My hobbies include travelling, exercise, exploring new areas and shopping. I'm not a party or loud person, however am very sociable and love a laugh. I respect others privacy and value maintaining house hold duties. I'm looking for somewhere I can call home for 9 - 12 months or longer while I finish off my degree. Preferably close to a train line for an easy commute to uni.
Hi! My name is Bec and I am looking for a new place to call home. I enjoy the company of my housemates, but enjoy my own too. I have been fortunate to have been in some great share-houses and made some wonderful, life-long friends. I enjoy healthy food and would love to get back to cooking more - happy to swap and share the odd meal or just have taste-testers! I work full-time, between my main job and some voluntary work. - I love both. I will tidy up after myself and direct debit for bills and rent takes care of the basics so we can get on with creating a happy chilled-out home. I am out a fair bit (with meditation, friend-catch-ups, theatre and arts and family to name few) but I also love to share a kitchen chat, cuppa or the odd DVD/Netflix with my housemates. I am after a single storey place and I do need it to be close to a train station. I am looking to live with others who are easy-going companions, good communicators and also want our place to be a great place to be. I am in no rush to move out of where I am, its more about finding a good fit. I am pretty flexible about location..although I have come to love the greenery and space of the further-out suburbs in the last few years!

Looking for a quiet place where I can relax and have some peace, but also have a good chat and share the odd glass of wine or meal with housemates. I enjoy running, catching up with family and friends, true crime podcasts, Outlander and baking. Ash:)

Hey, my name is Cian! I’m on the working holiday visa having just moved from Ireland. I’m looking for a room for sometime in the middle of January. I’m signed to an agency that gets me temporary office work on the regular. I’ll be working full time during the week Monday to Friday and off at the weekends. I like to keep it pretty chill weekdays and go out and about at the weekends. I enjoy a party or two but quiet nights in as well. I’m super clean and would love to mix and make friends with housemates but also allow some space and “me time”.
We're laid-back couple from Germany who love cooking (at least he does - I prefer the finished meal:) and like to have a chat or a glass of wine sometimes. We enjoy relaxed weekends. We keep common areas clean and tidy and would prefer someone who does the same.
I'm Tom (Tope), 26 years old and I have been living in Melbourne for about 3 years now. I'm keen on renting a room preferably within the SE suburbs. I work as a grad environmental engineer/hydrogeologist with an environmental consulting firm in Richmond, this keeps me busy and exposes me to the beautiful regions of Victoria that I would never have travelled to. During my downtime, I train with a local amateur footy club (Hampton Rovers), hoping to make my debut next year. I also enjoy socialising and catching up with my mates (housemates, uni ones, etc). I am very clean, respectful and pay my bills on time (I've got evidence). I am looking to move ASAP. Cheers.
I am a Melbourne girl but moved to Adelaide 4 years ago to Study Audiology and since worked in Adelaide for 2 years after uni. I was recently offered a job in the CBD so am looking for a share house with good access to trams as this will be much more economically and environmentally friendly way of getting to work. My hours will be 8am to 5pm most days. I have lived in sharehouses while being at uni and so know the social rules around all of that. I'm a really easy-going kind of girl, not really into going out excessively. I try to be pretty conscious of the environment, and have become used to buying produce direct from farmers at a cute farmers market here. I love cooking, and generally that is my de-stress time :) And i'm also fairly in to keeping active and healthy. I would be looking at a rental for 12 months. My job starts on the 7th Jan, so looking for a place around this date.
