My hobbies that have sort of had the brakes on them since Covid really hit, prior to that I did Yoga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and chill out with my friends, it was great. I’m even open to sharing a 2 bed 2 bath with a female. I would pay more of a share for an ensuite with aircon as that is what I have been currently living in and it would be hard to downgrade. I have most furniture to fill the place including entertainment system, huge TV, lounge, tables, chairs etc and the money behind me to buy whatever else is needed.
