Currently having to move as house is being renovated then sold. I don't work as I'm still waiting on my case settlement payout but I'm on high constant payments and have never had any problems with paying bills on time as no debts. I'm a nurse and also owner/operator of dog grooming company so I do that in spare time and cleaning (bond cleaner in past) so I'm very quiet, I keep to myself, I'm a gamer and just been working through buying time with inner work so I keep to myself only child no family at all so rarely no visitors and I like it that way. No drama. I'm very ocd with cleaning and garden work. I don't drink or smoke or party. I get along with everyone, in the long past before I owned I lived in shared house with 7 people and basically kept everyone from not damaging or disrespecting the home I also have his reference. I've never had an issue but as I stated from the start I've had to wait as my back injury claim has been pending for last couple years but I pay on time and have my own nbn etc if needed also I can sort that. Other wise I'm friendly, respectful, if you have pets I can help with grooming and training or if you need bond cleans or any painting reno I can help there.
