Hey! I’m Matt, 34, work in Government as an analyst. I work in in Cleveland. So looking for a place in Brisbane’s inner south - ideally around Balmoral, Cannon Hill, Carina, Carindale, Coorparoo, East Brisbane, Greenslopes, Hawthorne, Morningside, Mount Gravatt, Norman Park, Seven Hills or Woolloongabba.

I’m after a home that feels like more than just a share house - somewhere friendly where you can have a chat, share the occasional meal or drink, but also respect each other’s space.

I’m easygoing, clean, and organised. During the week I’m pretty routine - I gym 4-5 early mornings, head to work, and enjoy some downtime in the evenings. I work from home a couple of days a week but it’s flexible, so I’m happy to align to days you aren't WFH.

On weekends I enjoy catching up with friends and family, heading to markets or out for a drink. I also love cooking and am always happy to share a meal.

I also have a friendly labradoodle named Macchiato who would be living with me, so a dog-friendly home is a must.

Currently based in Brisbane and ready to move when I find the right fit - more focused on good people, place and the right vibe than rushing into something.

Couple of wish list items for a place are: Off street car parking, a courtyard and I’d ideally love room for a shared study for work from home days to allow better work/ life balance.
