I'm a very quiet & clean person and I will help around the house whenever needed. I have two boys aged 22 & 18 who are studying so I understand children/students. I am from a Greek background but haves lived in Sydney since 1970. My profession is Banking & Finance for 30 years.
Hi, I'm Melissa. I've been living in Summer Hill for nearly 6 years now and I really love the area, but my apartment is very old, so I'm looking for something new. About me: I work part-time for a security company which I'm hoping to change out of very soon. I'm in the final stretch of an arts degree at MQ uni and hope to get into various forms of performance and creative endeavours once I've completed it. I'd love to travel more and have been to the South Pacific and Portugal, with brief stopovers in Spain, Abu Dhabi and Germany. I am absolutely fascinated with psychology and why people do what they do, but I'm also equally fascinated with spirituality and all things woo-woo. (I have crystals and card decks for every mood and occasion). I love arts and crafts, although procrastinate actually doing anything with that, and I'd love to get into acting, more dancing, writing and fashion design, amongst other things. I consider myself to be intelligent, witty, fluent in sarcasm and smartassery, but also a sincere, loving, genuine, caring and supportive friend. What I'm looking for: Female only (Max 2). Professional preferred, but also open to student. Ideally non-smoker. Pet friendly (I've love one but my lease doesn't allow it). Like-minded. I love to have a chat at the end of the day and hang out, but also really enjoy my own private time and space (empath problems, also living solo for 6+ months decreases tolerance levels towards other people for long period of time). I'm looking for somewhere that's quite spacious and secure, ideally first floor (my current place has a garage underneath making it almost 2 story level, but still first floor), with plenty of light, separate internal laundry, large private balcony (to be shared with flatmates that is), lock up garage, separate shower and bath, less than 5 mins walk to the station and bus stop, quiet tree-lined street with parks within walking distance, about 15 mins via transport to the CBD, city/park views, electric stove top, modern and spacious kitchen (preferably all white), less than 10 mins walk to supermarket/shopping centre, close to bike/walking track, unfurnished, good quality unlimited internet and utilities. Ideally I was looking to find someone to start a team up with as I've got a fairly exact idea of what I want in a place and can just get existing utilities redirected, I just need to find that place and a flatmate to share with. I'm open to sharing with someone in an already established flat share if your place sounds like what I've described above and you feel like I would be a good fit/someone you'd like to share with. I'm not in any particular hurry at present to move out. I just want to make sure I find the right place and person/s to share with before doing anything else. Feel free to contact me either way to discuss further. Thanks. :-)
Considerate flatmate, busy with life and work but enjoy a bit of down time at night - cooking and a bit of netflix/reading.
I'm a really nice, fun girl from Sweden who likes it clean and quiet since I have to be up really early for work. I'm hoping to become good friends with my flatmates and be able to just chill with them, maybe cook together and have a laugh, but I also really enjoy just hanging out by myself. I like going out for a drink, but not hosting parties. I value my own privacy and also respect others'. Looking for a private room somewhere inbetween Newtown and Padstow, everything is interesting!
we are nurses in the phils,we have applied student visa at ATQ.our possible arrival date in sydney will be on the first or 2nd week of september.we are easy to get along with!
Hi!! I AM LOOKING TO START A SHARE HOUSE WITH 1 OR 2 OTHERS I'm a 34 year old single professional. I work fulltime and reasonably social, but also enjoy my own company. I'm very active, love to be outdoors, regularly hit the gym and like to cook. I live a pretty quiet lifestyle through the week due to early starts, but overall I'm easy going and fun, like a good chat over a wine or two, and throw around some banter! I'm currently living alone, and adult well, however would love to have the social interaction and feeling of family living with other people upon completion of my lease in mid/ late Oct. I am looking to start a share house taking the master bedroom & ensuite, and living with 1 or 2 others. Female preferred, however open to male if they're the right fit. I have everything needed to do this, all you will need to bring is your own requirements for your room, and your glowing personality! -But if you have anything you'd like to contribute to the household [global knives or a clothes drier perhaps?!] It's obviously welcomed! Being in my mid 30's I'm well established, and I've come to enjoy a certain style of living. I like to come home to a nice place, which is either new or at the very least have a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, not loaded with pointless clutter, and easy to keep clean. I have relatively new and modern home furnishings, a well equipped kitchen, Dyson vacuum and no pets. I'm not really one who wants to live in a dive of a place with the lifestyle of a 18 year old or backpacker partying it up every weekend. lol I have pictures of my current one bedroom apartment showing you what furniture will be in the new home & an example of how I like to live. Ideal housemates will also work fulltime, adult with ease, be self aware and respectful of others space & belongings. You will have no issue being a part of a 12 month lease, and enjoy the same standard of living. You will have the initiative to do simple things if you see it's needs doing [like taking out the rubbish!] and be willing to contribute to the usual household chores. Would love to have that family vibe in the home, with a good balance of space and interaction with laughs over some drinks. Utilities are to be split 3 ways [Gas/ Elec & Internet] I'm on a bit of a health kick, so I cook most evenings Sunday to Thursday, and happy if someone wants to get on board with this and split costs/ share cooking inspiration! The kind of place I'd be looking to move into would include; *New or with recently renovated kitchen & bathrooms *Dishwasher *Gas or induction cooking *Bedrooms with BIR's *Ideally lots of natural light and fresh air *AC or at the least ceiling fans in bedrooms *Tiles or floorboards throughout main living areas *Decent Sized Apartment or house/ townhouse depending on number of occupants and everyone's living preferences *Low maintenance yard/ Outdoor entertaining space [everyone loves a good night with antipasto platters & drinks yes?] *Close to public transport If this sounds like you, get in touch! I'm also open to other suggestions/ requirements on our potential new home, so don't be afraid to speak up :)

I work in the aged and community sector in Sydney. I'm reliable, communicative, have my own transport and I like sharing with others. I clean up after myself and I am a pretty good cook :) My move out date is early November, so I am seeing what is out there and jumping in early to save the hassle closer to the date. At this point in time I'm considering sublets, short/long term accommodation from November-January, as i have a long term rental lined up.
I’m easy going person clean , trustworthy practical and love to cook I’m from Philippines working full time in hospitality industry for over 30 years now and occasionally like to go out with friends listen to lived band and dancing.

This is Ali- working full time in city, looking for a room to move in next 3-4 weeks time. I am busy with my work and remain most of the time in a day outside. Prefer to have quite time at home upon return from work. I am a easy going guy, love to meet new ppl and love talking , cooking in free times.
I'm a Sydney born and bred, super laid back gal who's Adulting for the first time and looking to move out of home. I love music, good TV and becoming a 50's housewife (i.e. baking, sewing, saying 'oh honey, you're home!'). Some (not necessarily mathematically accurate) stats about me: - 90% of my camera roll is photos of my cavoodle, 95% of my facebook photos are me in a costume - I visit Kmart on average once a week - My daily step count ranges between 30 and 30000 steps - I'm 87% allergic to cats Looking for roomies with great bants who are keen to chat over a glass of wine every now and then :) I'd like a clean, modern place with easy parking and good wifi, and hoping for an unfurnished room with an ensuite but I'm pretty flexible either way. There's a bit of wiggle room in my budget too. I'll be working in Campbelltown from November to February and haven't decided if I'll move or commute so currently looking for a short term lease with a potential to extend into the future. Hit me up if you think we'll hit it off! Happy to answer any questions you have and/or provide a bribe.
I need a place closer to work. I am a workaholic which means ill most probably be out of the house at dawn as well as weekends. Perks of living: Minimalist. A laptop is all i need- so wifi is imperative. I hate clutter, am very clean and cooking is therapeutic, I'm amazing at that. No party houses, nothing loud, just simple living.
