My partner Levi, 22, currently works part-time at McDonald’s and also delivers for DoorDash. He is studying for his Real Estate Certificate and plans to begin working in the real estate industry within the next few months.
I am 22 and work full-time in childcare while completing my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
We live with our much-loved pets—eight guinea pigs, spread across four secure and quiet hutches, and our gentle Jack Russell Terrier, Bailey, who is female and spends most of her time resting peacefully indoors.
We currently pay $540 per week in rent (excluding bills), and with our lease coming to an end, we are urgently looking for a new home to move into by the end of June. Due to financial difficulties at our current address, we have $700 available for bond at this stage.
We are quiet, respectful tenants who take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy home. I personally enjoy cycling, baking, and cooking in my cosy space, where my dog and guinea pigs keep me company as I unwind from the day. We’re looking forward to a fresh start and would be very grateful for the opportunity to secure a safe and welcoming new home.
