Clean, tidy, non smoker. Definitely not interested in a party house or living here with people that need to drink every night, I do however enjoy the odd glass of red wine with dinner. Mature, have worked and lived on boats so am considerate and respectful of people's space.
I am quiet, I meditate, I spend my time on my own painting or working or out with friends, I'm an artist, not a party girl. However, I do socialise on occasions so I'm not a hermit. I work with people with special needs and with older people with home care needs. On occasions I work full time and other times it's part time. I would prefer a Granny Flat, Studio or 1 Bedroom flat.
I'm a softy at heart, have been sharing and touring for 20+ years, been a drummer most of my life but now returning to Uni in brissy to study science. Will stay a night or two in bris sometimes, and often in Mullum/Byron so I'm looking for a ZEN DEN in NATURE to be my base. I see myself living in an environment that feels like I'm in nature, with space, light, fresh air, birds, frogs, hopefully dogs, an outside-in feel, and people who care about the energy of the house, the world, community and creativity. I am open to coming to the area any time between mid to late feb, and think 3 months might be a minimum with a view to live there while I do my undergrad (3 - 4 years) I have been based in the same house in Bondi, NSW for the last 12 years. I enjoy cooking, like to garden, love animals, do a spot of yoga, am well-travelled, holistic and diverse in my world-views. Naturally introverted, though known for a big personality when the occasion calls for it! I ultimately hope to share a peaceful, clean and natural environment, with gentle souls. I enjoy a great chat, very caring, and thoughtful. I also enjoy my own company, and will be resting, re-charging, studying, reading, writing a lot when home.

Neat, positive personality, quiet but actively social. Non-smoker. Originally from Sydney, I've lived on Gold Coast for over 3 yrs now. I have a stable job working at Alinta Energy(and can lower your power bill as a bonus!), full-time, 5 days a week, for over 12 months now. I enjoy outdoor activities and adventures, bushwalking, out on the water, taking my car out for country drives and my dog out to the park or the beach. He's a 4 yr old Boxer with the best personality. Chilled out and not phased spending time inside or out. I can also provide a very positive rental reference for him(and myself) if you're 'on the fence' about a pet. I'm looking to find somewhere as soon as possible, so I look forward to finding the right place! :D Don't be shy and shoot me a message so I can view your listing first! Cheers!
Moving to northern rivers Dec/jan Looking for a place with snoop my pupster somewheres in the leafy parts preferably with a garden and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Would be super happy with a shed/shack on a property, happy to renovate fix up, negotiate. happy to socialize and get to know you tho I also like a decent amount of space :) Currently I study externally, so from home/library/cafe/wherever on my laptop. I like to feel im able to pot around the house gardening or cooking, being creative or studying being a happy hermit. Im self aware and wont invade your space. Tho i will be out n about, volunteering, spending time away every week, i am at home a fair bit sometimes, but not always. it all depends. Im very flexible. I would need ya'll i live with to be down with whatever. Also having open communication about things is super nice. I like to pull my weight in the house chores and know how to clean up after myself. In summary Im tidy, respectful, vego, I love animals, love to garden herbs and veggies, sustainable things, cook, study, read, create. I Dont drink. I always respect people's privacy, space and boundaries. Snoop is friendly, playful, chilled, well behaved & she goes where I go unless there's a human happy to hang with her :o)
Hey there! My partner Luke & I (both 24) are looking for some new house mates! We are looking to move to the Northern end of the goldie at the beginning of next year. We have a dog who is super friendly and gets along with other animals/people. He is 1.5yo kelpie x shepherd. When we aren't taking him for an adventure we like to just chill at home, play playstation, things like that. Luke works full-time and I am part-time. We aren't party animals but enjoy a few beers on the weekend. We are respectful of other's space, but are always keen for a chat when you want one. We're clean, reliable and easy going. Looking for a person or couple to team up with and lease a house with us in the beginning of jan, or interested in a room that's already available. Must like dogs! If we sound like your cup of tea please message me :)

I'm a 27yr old full time uni student, studying accounting and I work casual hours as a stable hand at Tamborine. I'm looking for a property that will allow me to bring my large outside dog and I'm not overly fussed on the rest of the details. She is a de-sexed female and very, very friendly, but I do try to take her out with me when I'm not home. I also have family near by that will keep her if I was away for a few days at a time. I'm tidy and mostly keep to myself but enjoy a weekly meal out and occasional nights out. Looking for a room in a share house or would happily team up for 6 to 12 months.
