I'm a Developer working full time in Richmond, grew up in rural NSW and have been living in Melbourne for 10 years. Really easy going and tolerant guy, always keen for a chat but can also keep to myself. Aware of etiquette, always cleaning up after myself and always down for a bit of banter. Other than that, I love to cook, exercise, and read just about anything on the web! Tagging along with me will be a lovely outdoor-only Siberian Husky who is super friendly and would get on well with everyone.
I’m a 26 year old girl growing impatient with living at home. I work full time in the CBD, am generally pretty quiet but always up for a chat, neat, tidy and respectful. I like games, Netflix, reading, cooking and napping, among other things!
Hi all! 25 year old Deakin student looking for a nice place to call home for 12 months min! Looking around Blackburn, Box Hill, pretty much all along the Lilydale train line and near Deakins Burwood campus. Budget around $180 a week, somewhat flexible. Move in date also flexible, but I will need to have a place to move in by June 28. Currently studying but over the summer period I work in natural resource management. I'm friendly and fun, but also can appreciate peoples need for privacy etc, (been share-housing for 5 years now, so I know how it all works!) Quite clean and tidy, I'm not big on mess and clutter. I love a good beer (or a crap beer.... any beer really), a good chat and I pay my rent on time. Feel free to shoot my any questions, and I can provide references on request. Would love to start meeting potential new housemates!
I'm an easy going professional working at Swinburne University in Hawthorn seeking accommodation for myself only during the week as I generally return home to the country on weekends. Ideally a small private garden flat or similar would be perfect for my needs.
Hi, I’m Nicola and Im currently looking for a room to rent long term in the inner eastern suburbs. Apart from a short stint living in the south of France I have always lived in the area. Im currently taking a break from career work in Human Resources and have a more leisurely lifestyle. I mixed between being at the house beating to along day trips during the week. My weekends look much the same. Im a very relaxed person who rarely complains. I like to find harmony in the house and it’s dynamics's. Living with relaxed and friendly people it very important to me. If you have any further question please don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks Nicola .
Hi! My name is Lauren, and I am a full time primary education student at Deakin University as well as a part time nanny born and raised in Melbourne. I'm a very easygoing, clean and overall relaxed individual who is passionate about indie and rock music, elephants, wine, exercise, reading and conversations. I am house trained, respectful and also love to cook for the people around me. I'm looking for a kind, interactive house where everyone has their own space but gravitates towards each other and lives as more of a family. If you're interested, I'd love to come around and get to know each other over a coffee!
Hey my names is Sophia, I'm originally from Peru but I used to live in Italy. I've been living there for 15 years and then now I decide to move to Australia to finish my studies here, I'm atteding at Deakin University. I'm a friendly person and I respect the other. I will not give to you any trouble so no worries I'm super chill but very clean too and I Love interacting with people but also love my own time.
Hey there future housemates! :) I’m Charli- an almost 22 year old finance student looking for a new place to call home. On top of studying 3 days a week at Swinburne, I also work a couple of days per week at Review (a dress shop) in the CBD, so I’m looking for somewhere that’s situated in the inner north/east suburbs of Melbourne. I'm looking to move out in June or July, and my budget is around $700pcm, but a little less would be grouse. A little about me… When I’m not at uni or working, I’m a bit of a homebody. I can usually be found embroidering while binge watching Netflix on my laptop, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, playing guitar (quietly, and usually when people aren’t around), or out and about checking out local gigs, markets, and going to board games nights with my friends. I come with my own bedroom furniture, as well as a beanbag, an art easel, some fancy pots and pans, a bright yellow 4 slice toaster, a PS4, and a huge book, CD and record collection, all of which I’m super happy to share (except for the bedroom furniture, for obvious reasons…). I’ve also got some other misc furniture if your place is lacking anything! :) I’ve lived in a few sharehouses over the year so I’m house trained, I have a rental history, and I’m good at paying my bills on time. I want my house to feel like a home and not just a place to dump my stuff. I’m not huge on parties but I like being able to have a friend or two over now and again, and while I keep to myself sometimes I’m quite fond of house dinners and Netflix marathons with a glass of wine (who am I kidding I’ll definitely be drinking little fat lamb or whisky. Wine just feels classier.) I’m a pretty hygienic person, I’m prone to cleaning when I’m stressed, so I’d really like to find some housemates who like having clean communal spaces too. I’m by no means a neat freak, I’ll undoubtedly have art supplies all over my desk at all times, but I like having a house that smells nice and isn’t gross, yknow? Anyway, I think that about covers it. If you think I’d be a good fit for your home, feel free to give me a call or shoot me a message! xx
Hi !! My name is Lahiru, I work full time as an Engineer at Yarra Trams based in CBD. I am originally from Sri Lanka and been living in Australia for 10 years now. My lease with my current place is coming to an end and the landlord is moving in afterwards so I am in the look for a suitable place. During the week I am fairly busy at work and I go to gym afterwards. I do a bit of boxing at the gym during the week and on weekends. I love hiking/camping which I try to incorporate into my weekends (if the weather is good) and also take my motorbike or mt bike out for a ride if I have the time and energy. Other than that I like catching up with friends outside during the weekend or just relaxing at home watching a movie or reading a book. I appreciate the value of being considerate towards others and mostly do my own thing during the week. Having said that, I am pretty relaxed and don’t mind having a chat with housemates over a drink or give you your privacy when you need it too. I like to keep things simple, clean and organised but I am not anal about it.
Hey there, My names Talitha. I am 21 turning 22 in October. I am a full time dental assistant in the city. Excited to be on here and meet new people and make new friends. I'm generally very busy with work / study and fitness / dance. In my free time i like to see my boyfriend & friends, Play Xbox, draw, cook / meal prep. I'm very organised and tend to be a very clean person. I have struggled when i have lived with anyone younger because of this. I love to have a wine with my friends after a long week. I do work Saturdays which tend to be very busy at work so i really need a quiet room. Ideally I'd like to be somewhere that was a quiet place for the week and a place where people come over for pizzas and drinks on the weekend. Somewhere with respectful, clean & positive people that are welcoming to friends. My lease ends in August so I'm trying to line up a place before then as I don't have any family living in Melbourne. About you- Clean & friendly! Non-smoker! Male or female is okay! Pets are fine too!
G'day ladies and gents, My name is Kiera and I am looking for a new home OR someone happy to do a teamup. A little about myself: - I work full time at an accounting firm - I play football (aussie rules) - I have a beautiful dog, Kleo - I am friendly (so is Kleo) - I love to get out often to catch up with friends in my spare time... often consist of going out to the footy or the local bar and having a drink (or ten *whoops*) - I really enjoy cooking and like living in a tidy space so cleaning up after myself would never be a problem. I'm often very busy between work and football commitments but home will always be home, so ideally I would love to have a house mate that I can live "comfortably" with - have dinner and a drink with occasionally, have a chat, but still respect each others down time. NOTE: Move date isn't solid as I have to break lease due to recent break up, however will be doing my best to find somewhere sooner rather than later.
