I was previously working in hospitality on my first year and travelled round Australia, but this time round I’m lining up some work in admin/finance which was my profession for the last 6 years back in jersey so will be working full time mon-fri. Being on the train line / close to public transport would be preferred to be able to commute to the city. I’m also hoping to buy a car when I’m out there so the possibility of parking would be great. I’m super chilled and easy going and when I’m not working I’ll either be by the beach, catching up with friends, going to the gym/heading to Pilates or with my head in a book! Ideally I’d like to be in a house/flat with super easy going people who are open to chats and socialising with the occasional glass of wine and binging some Netflix but also respectful of people’s space and down time as I also love that myself. Im super tidy and a bit of a neat freak, with experience living in a house share on my first year so I understand how the dynamics work. A furnished room would be perfect however I’m more than happy to furnish it myself if needed. Open to minimum 6 months stay and if it’s the right fit with the right people then would be happy to extend. In terms of move in dates, my mum is coming over with me on holiday for a month (till 20th October) but I would be flexible to paying rent prior to this if the right place came up of course.
