Moving to Melbourne from Queensland to take up a position with a large construction group. I can cook, clean, am resectful and responsible. I enjoy queit times and socialising and learning the guitar. I am Keen to get back into gym as well.
Needing to find temporary accommodation for myself and my 2 kids (7yo girl and 15 yo boy) - they attend local schools so I need to stay in the area (Clarinda/clayton south) but am willing to move a bit out as I can drive them to school. Nonetheless, I am a university student who is on the cusp of graduating, just waiting for my results actually.. I am currently looking for a home to rent, but there isn't really anything suitable at this stage, and I need to leave where I am staying ASAP, hence me looking in the flat mates classifications to see if there's anything temporary. I have quite a lot of furniture and a JetSki (however I will be putting this into storage) which is giving me trouble to find the right property, otherwise I'd move into the next available house for rent. I am also clean and fussy, most houses seem to be dumping places for people's rubbish which is offputting, I don't know how people can rent and then leave the property like a tip and then the agencies expect that it's good enough! So I will be taking my time to find the right place, but I will also endeavour to find the right place ASAP.

I am a night shift security guard and gaming attendant working primarily in Langwarrin, 5-6 nights a week. I'm a quiet, non-smoker who is very clean and tidy around the house i.e. always clean up straight after cooking and I leave the bathroom clean and tidy too. I require a safe place to park my car and I would like to live with people my own age or older. I love AFL and cricket and I enjoy relaxing at home on my day off with a DVD movie or one of my comedies. I am paying a mortgage elsewhere, (and have a tenant) - on a regional property, but I would like to live closer to work. Please note, that I am looking for a place with a move date of the weekend of Sunday December 11th/ Monday 12th December - my time off. I would prefer to have all bills incl and a registered house share/ with lockable door/ ensuite and my price range is between $150 - $300 a week, thankyou.

Ash and I are both very neat and clean, and very respectful towards others. We are both very friendly towards all people. We are very quiet and prefer not to party. I am a first year university student hoping to attend Monash university part-time, Ash is planning on attending the Australian Defence Force Academy. We will both be working as much as our schooling allows. We both have to relocate from Shepparton and are looking forward to the move to Melbourne. I enjoy science, especially biology and psychology, and Ash enjoys sport and art.
I'm an easy-going and reliable person that loves a good laugh and spending time with friends and family. I love adventuring around and am currently studying at Monash Uni to become a teacher. I'm looking to move out to a place near uni at the beginning of next year!
Hey there! Looking to get a couple of people into the spare rooms in the house! I'm a down to earth uni student studying engineering at Swinburne (I know, a female studying engineering, how horrifying) looking for some fun people to move in! I am currently living with my partner who is also a uni student at Monash. I love to travel and I absolutely love to cook and eat! I can totally cook up a storm! I don't mind the occasional party or if you like having friends over or if you're quiet that is cool too! I enjoy having people around but also enjoy some quiet time for study. I work part time so I'm practically always out of the house except for night times when it's time to sleep and not think about all of the uni work I need to catch up on or the exams coming up that I'm no where prepared for. There's a communal lounge room, dining room and laundry which you are welcome to use. Also, heaps of on site parking, walking distance to the station and not far from Monash which is great if you're like me and slept in and have possibly missed half of your class already! There's furniture in the place already and bills are included so all you have to do is bring yourself. I'm happy to be friends if that is what you want or totally stay out of your way! If you want a friendship then here I am, I'll greet you with open arms and wine, possibly cheese also! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me :)Close to Monash Uni Walking distance to station Sharing with two other awesome people Will drink wine and be friendlyDesk

Hi there, I'm a 24yo female student, doing a master's degree at Monash and the course is due for completion in this December. So I will soon become a young professional. I'm a friendly, respectful and considerate person and well-trained to share the house with others, which means I don't make mess or leave dishes in the sink for five days or make noises at night etc and I would expect the same from you. I like my home to be clean, so sharing housework and keeping the place clean and tidy is very important. I enjoy having quiet time at home, doing my own things, such as reading or studying, so party houses or households having too many visitors are my type. But of course, I would love to have a chat or watch TV with my housemate(s). I'm hoping to move in January or February 2017. It could be either a room in an existing share house or teaming up to start a new one, preferably with people of a similar age. Lastly, as I have a car, having a spot for my little runabout is essential. If you find I may be the one you're looking for, please feel free to drop me a message or ask me any questions : ) Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Jessica
I'm a great housemate, funny, honest and upfront. Love striking conversations with everyone around and can keep to myself if need me. Currently studying full time at Moorabbin airport and looking for someone to share with that likes pets as I have a 2 year old lovely Golden retriever pup , he is well trained and completely toilet trained as well. Bit excited when meeting new people but barely ever barks making it easier to live with him around. In need of a nice cosy place for the two of us to call home.
The property is located in a brand new development with easy access in and out (no boom gates or passcodes etc.) it's also very close to Monash University and the Springvale train station. The 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom house is fully furnished with all appliances being brand new, creating a liveable and modern setting. The bedroom is a very generous size which easily accommodates a large queen size bedroom suite. It has a great size built-in wardrobe with full length mirrors. The 'main' bathroom has simply been our spare bathroom and the new housemate will essentially have this as their 'own' bathroom. The layout of the property is quite long and this can provide plenty of peace and quiet if needed. Our 3rd bedroom will purely remain as our spare guest bedroom, making sure the house never feels overcrowded. We also have plenty of space in the 'office' if you wanted to set up a desk for study or work. A garage spot can be offered for a small/mid-sized vehicle at an extra price. However there is always plenty of on-street parking available. We are ideally looking for someone who is respectful and similar minded as we are yet still has a sense of humour! On or off-street parking NBN internet 1 x front courtyard with tables and chairs 1 x side courtyard with BBQ Ducted heating and cooling Brand new property 500m from Springvale train station Fully furnished house Brand new dryer, washing machine and fridge Unfurnished queen-size bedroom Built-in wardrobe TV wall outlet Exclusive access to main bathroom Study / office space

Hi all, I'm Mitchell, a 26 year old Physiotherapist and have been living in Melbourne since March (originally from Sydney). I think we can all agree that Melbourne is the better city of the two! I work in Mornington Peninsula and live within the area, but am looking for something in the lower half of Bayside. I'll be working full time throughout the weekdays. I'm fairly active - most weeknights I'll be training in martial arts (judo) or strength & conditioning. I enjoy travelling and outdoor activities. In my free time, I like to catch up with friends over food and drinks (massive foodie) and exploring more of Melbourne's goodness. Otherwise, I enjoy just being at home too. I don't party. I'm social, easy-going and respectful. I've stayed in 2 sharehouses, so I know how to be considerate of the house and everyone in it. I enjoy cooking, and am happy to share meals and conversation too. I'm an ambivert, or a well balanced introvert; I enjoy the company of others, but I also crave quiet time to myself at times. I hope to find a housemate/housemates who are like-minded.
Single female, clean, quiet, respectful. Ive recently re-located back to Melb looking for a relaxed place for 4-6 months. I like animals but don't have any. Need furnished place, but not a problem. Have 2 adult children. Previously worked in aged care, and recently as a receptionist. Enjoy being outdoors, walking.
We are looking for a room in a shared flat, for a French couple. We both work in a French restaurant in the CBD so we will be out of the house most of the time, even on Saturday. But if you wan't to do things on Sunday we will love to !
I am fun and bubbly, I love meeting new people and socializing. I am passionate about photography and good food, I love to be active, I love exercising as it fills me with the sense of achievement when I reach specific goals I set for myself, I am currently training for INBA in March so my diet is very nutritious. I love to make people feel good, as it makes me feel equally good to see someone smile. I am a clean freak and I love everything to be tidy so I need to be living with people who will be respectful of communal areas and keep them clean and tidy. I don't like partying, I don't drink and I don't smoke. I don't like pets in the house but I love dogs :) I am a full time worker on a contract so payments won't be an issue. I will also need parking as I have my own car and I also have my own double bed. Need a place to move into by mid January preferably around Oakleigh, Clarinda areas. Dont want to pay more than 170. If you have hardly any photos of the house and room available please dont even bother messaging me

Hi, I'm looking for some people within 5 years of my age to move in with or team up and start a new share house with. I work unloading shipping containers in Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I am also looking to start building and selling guitar effects gear as soon as I find somewhere stable to live. I am a respectful, mature, responsible, and clean person. I'm a huge music fan from traditional Japanese folk music to Swedish death metal to jazz, so music is what I dedicate most of my free time to. I do use headphones when listening to music and practicing guitar so it shouldn't bother anyone. I'm also into Japanese comics, Comedy shows like South Park, and old video games from the 80's and 90's. I'm fine living with students, religious people, people of the LGBT community, people of different cultural background, and nerds like myself who practice guitar for 3 hours then spend the next 4 hours binge watching a season of the dudesons. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions. email: maynardn777(at)hotmail.com

Also if you have children I don't mind as sometimes I would like to have my 4 year old daughter come to stay with me on some weekends. If you have a room available or are looking to share with someone please don't hesitate to email me with your details or questions. Kind regards Andrew

I'm studying a Graduate Diploma of Reproductive Science at Monash University starting Feb 2017. I'm moving over to Melbourne from Adelaide toward the end of January or beginning of February. I'll be studying full-time and will probably be at the university for a majority of the week. I'd love to live with housemates that are able to have a laugh together and be able to have their own space as well. Would prefer to live with a non-smoker and another student.
Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. More recently, I have been focusing on my music composing and looking at how I can use my skills to generate an additional income whilst doing something that I have always loved. Initially, I have created alliances with video game developers to provide background music, but I have always wanted the music I write to be more uplifting than to purely motivate people to slay the purple dragon and find the blessed magic brussel sprout (Clearly with that description, I don't play video games - but hey... that is a great idea for a game yeah??) I'm currently liaising with wedding planners and wedding celebrants to provide personalized music that couples can use as part of their wedding day. Songs that not only express how they feel about each other but promote this love and excitement in others. But, the desire to make people feel special goes much deeper than this. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. (You are welcome to listen to it). So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - I hope I can do that more. I'd love to set up some kind of not for profit organisation where I can write individual, personalized music for people purely to help remind them that they are important. I'm leaning towards the name 'Every Note' because when it comes to music, each note works together to create an overall piece of musical truth and beauty. I think that is just as applicable to people. Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. Plus, I think music in its various forms, is so influential on people individually, yet at the same time joins our collective souls. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I also enjoy doing woodwork as a hobby - although I'm pretty bloody useless at it - but it doesn't seem to have lessened my enthusiasm for some reason. Not sure why that is. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times - but I still tend to get excited over someone saying "Hey.... why don't we....." which usually results in a "*#@^ yeah! That is brilliant" I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and I also make a point of trying to do volunteer work where I can - that has previously included cleaning out, washing dog yards at the RSPCA, being a welcomer/cuppa person for people attending the Salvation Army who are experiencing difficult times, to try and make them feel at ease, Hon secretary for community support group and I am currently volunteering as Treasurer for a not for profit, community support group. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
I am a non smoker, easygoing, friendly guy. I am okay with pets. Have a stable 40 hrs per week job. Polite, responsible and a bit lazy. I would prefer a single housemate over a couple. I work during the weekdays and during weekends, i like to roam around the city or watch tv. Would love to have a housemate who likes drinks or a nice chat over dinner.
