To the Property Manager/Landlord,
I am reaching out with hope and urgency—my partner, our three children, and I are in desperate need of a safe and stable home. Currently, we are without fixed housing, and securing a place to live would allow our children to return from Child Safety and give our family the stability we urgently need.
We have been seeking support through homeless hotlines, Encircle, the Department of Housing, Micah Projects, and Rent Connect, all assisting us in finding a stable home.
Although past challenges with my ex-husband resulted in my name being blacklisted, I am no longer involved with him and am fully committed to moving forward. I can provide additional references from support workers who can vouch for my dedication to being a reliable tenant.
We understand the responsibilities of renting and are committed to paying rent on time, caring for the property, and maintaining clear communication. I am also open to a shorter lease term (3–6 months) to provide reassurance and demonstrate reliability.
