Hi my name is Rachael, I am a 24 year old qualified travel agent, originally from Ireland, on the lookout for a friendly, respectful place to live – ideally with people who are easygoing in any of the Eastern suburbs.
I am completely respectable, tidy and professional, I am currently working full time with a steady income.
I’ve lived in share houses before, previously in Eastgardens and Clovelly where I built close relationships with the tenants. I always make an effort to contribute to a clean and calm home. I’m big on open communication, paying rent on time, and being a considerate housemate.
I’m pretty low-key during the week, going to the gym or walks in the evenings, always down to chill and enjoy watching movies. but also totally respectful of personal space. On weekends, I’m often out exploring the city, or just catching up with friends.
I am now ready to settle in a long term rental.
