Hi there, I am so supportive of people and their lives, there is nothing too small to be at all helpful. I am welcoming, lovely to be around. I, however, have confidence and a working life that stipulates secure, reliable, professionalism, and such that I must insist on respectable, reliable housemates. Nothing too dry if you can relate. If you are professional, kind, and working full-time, perhaps you would be interested in teaming up to locate a great residence we could rent for a while.
Student. Casual worker. More than the sum of the parts. I have widely varied musical tastes (whilst respecting volume levels) and enjoy getting amongst it, wether that be hiking to the top of the mountain or snorkeling to find nemo. I cook a mean roast or BBQ, I cook a sub par risitto but an working on that. I cannot walk tight rope, nor juggle. I do have a mean as frisbee and hackysack game though. I am a conscientious and empathethic flatmate. I have no pets but I love animals. I rarely party but when I do you better hope you have a camera handy.
I'm a very responsible, conscientious and clean mature women who is studying Diploma in Remedial Massage and working part time in Disabilities. I have a little 5yr old Spoodle (Poodle X Spaniel) called Noodle...lol. She is a very quite, behaves more like a cat (lap dog) and gets on great will children including very young. I like my own space away from work and study which can be quiet hectic, so down time is quiet. I'm very low key kind of person. As I am still studying and would like to practice my massage techniques on willing volunteers, I would also consider trading some board money in exchange for a weekly or fortnightly massage. This is a genuine bartering suggestion as I'm only working part time as this time. When I secure additional work in massage I would pay the market board and forgo giving the massage.
My name is Lydia, Im 21 years of age, I'm going to start studying at the lismore university studying a bachelor of Arts/ Primary school teaching and childcare. I've lived out of home previously, I am a clean and respectful person. I'm social but still understand personal space.

Beautiful home at the top of Goonellabah near Richmond Hill. Easy going relaxed household. Close to shops, petrol stations, gyms, ovals and more. Great views. Quiet, safe and modern neighbourhood. 2 rooms are available. BBQ, Foxtel, Table Tennis and more..
The surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, with scenic country views. Included for the tenant: -fully furnished house and bedroom -private bathroom and shower - LUG parking - shared living and kitchen areas - shared office Included in the weekly rent is all bills and expenses, including unlimited WiFi, weekly cleaning, electricity and water bills. *Females only sorry, as I am a young female myself* Must love dogs as I have a two year old dog called Zeb, mostly an inside dog and is very loving towards everyone. Feel free to message me for more information. The room will be available from August when the current tenant moves out.
The house is located in a peaceful rural area, backing onto a 100 acre farm. The large furnished bedroom room, with rural views, has clothes drawers and hanging space. PLUS large reading / writing / yoga room. Quality linen and bedding can be supplied if needed. You will have your own bathroom (when I am away) as my flatmate has his own bathroom. It is available short-term for the whole of July or approx 4-6 weeks from 25 June. I can be flexible on dates. $230 per week includes bills (not phone) and lots of moderately fast internet (nbn). There are two large comfy living areas, so you will have plenty of space. The large kitchen has the things you need for cooking and a dining table. The house doesn’t get much sun in Winter, and is made from fibro with minimal insulation, so it can get quite cold. There’s a wood-fired combustion stove to warm the house, and plenty of wood. Warm woolens won’t go astray! There is a paddock and lots of garden areas to spend time in, and soak up the sun. It is generally a quiet, peaceful area, however the neighbours are building a house, so there can be building noise during the week from 7.30am. Being rural, the house has rainwater. The mobile phone reception is a bit limited but most networks get reception in certain spots. I will be away for most of July, and while I am away you will only be sharing with my flatmate.
Our house is located just 12 minutes from Lismore, on the rolling hills at The Channon. Set back on 10 acres, we have a pool, spa, central air/heating and beautiful gardens. Plenty of room for hobbies, gardening, exercise etc. The room available has plenty of built in wardrobes. Bathroom is shared. Two living rooms in the house, but we all share the kitchen. It's a nice quiet place and would like to keep it this way, and want to keep our place drug free. A beautiful spot to live at any time of year.

Hi There, I have found tempory accommodation in Lismore and I am now looking for someone to team up with for a rental property. I have a 12-year-old son that attends Richmond River High School. He has been living predominantly with his father, however, we will be going week about when I have hopefully a great house. I am a self-employed potter. I have sold all my kilns except one of them and I have a pottery wheel and ceramic decal printer. So, I would like to find somewhere with a small shed or downstairs where I can continue my work. Conversely, I may also look for a studio to rent independently from the residence. I am a neat and tidy non-smoker. We have a small shihTzu maltese3-legged dog called ‘Buddy Hobbler’. I have bond money and great references. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are looking for someone to share a lease. Kind regards Cynthia
I have just moved to Lismore to start a new job and am looking for somewhere to live. I have just completed Uni in Bathurst and enjoy hanging out with friends however with my new full time job I will be working long hours.
I keep to myself and try not to bother anybody. I am very easy going and tolerant of others. I am flexible and a caring person. I am a mature aged student studying my final year in an undergraduate degree at Southern Cross University. I am studying a Bachelor of Trauma and Healing. From July till the end of this year (2018) I will be studying the subject unit called 'Art and Health'. This subject unit will be focused on Art Therapy upon which I have an aspiration to further my studies in a Master of Art Therapy.
I am a quiet, clean, neat, tidy, reliable, and respectable. I do not touch other peoples things. I am studying at the moment so will most likely be at the local library gathering information. I enjoy having dinners with friends or accquaintances that i get to socialise with. I love animals and i love nature.
In need of a room mid to late June as my previous place fell through. I’m currently working and completing my HSC so I’ll be busy and out of your way. I’m an organised, clean person to live with, I’m happy to share cooking and house work and I get along with almost anyone.
Very respectful and easygoing, like to keep things tidy and in order but def not OCD. Looking for the same in a flatmate and pref someone working to pay bills on time :-) I work full time and am about to start a business on the weekends in the area. I was born in Melbourne with European parents but not interested in the city life. Love to read and research and walk and play in nature.
Bills are included so you will know your exact expenditure; we also take care of the lawn and commons cleaning. The room is the much sought after standard size, left unfurnished and awaiting your personal touch. We can however conjure a desk and office chair for your convenience. Internet is practically unlimited; anyone who can use up our 500GB will be simultaneously congratulated and punished :P If you don't have transport we can do some of your grocery shopping though there is also a corner store close by. If you have a vehicle we have a lock-up garage available to keep that puppy safe. We also have a luxurious fold-out sofa-bed if you have a guest who needs to stay a night or two. Sorry our place is not suitable for dogs. We have fish though. Once you experience the warm affection and loyalty of fish you won't want anything else anyway, right?
