Clydie
$250/week•25 year old woman
hellooo! I'm Clydie ! I am 25, and a nursing student 🩺 Due to the construction of the metro tunnel, there are several bus replacements on my train line over the next coming months, so I am looking to move out of my current sharehouse before I start clinical placement. My budget is up to $250 per week incl. bills. But the cheaper, the better, of course 🤭 some reasons you'd (hopefully) wanna live with me ! – my mum is a green thumb and has a huge garden which is her pride and joy; so whenever I visit her I can bring back some goodies for my housemates and I! 🌱🌻 – I've been cooking since I was young – and love cooking – so if we do dinner together sometimes I could cook some yummy food. 💃 – I love keeping my own room organised and also appreciate clean shared areas - I have almost 5 years experience in sharehouses. I'm not pedantic about it so don't worry, but I clean up after myself so you won't have to worry about me being messy! 🙆♀️ - I'm quite a bubbly person, so I would love to hang out and spend time with my housemates every now and then. But I also appreciate alone time ☺️ - I am sw, 420 and lgbtq+ friendly ✨️ if you have any questions or think I would fit in a house with you, i would love to hear from you!!

Dylan
$300/week•24 year old man
Hey there, my name's Dylan! I'm a 24 year old first-year RMIT student studying a Bachelor of Comms. (Media). I'm currently residing in Brunswick East and love the area, so I'm looking for a nice place with like minded people in a similar neighbourhood! I'm an easygoing and friendly guy who has no problem striking up a conversation and getting to know people. I'm a very curious person who can share interests in just about any topic, but my personal hobbies include anything artistic, be it film, games, music, visual art, and so on. I get along with all sorts of people, so I'm not fussy on personality! Whether you like to party every weekend or are a dedicated homebody, I don't mind. My only prerequisite is a friendly, easygoing environment where we can have a chat and feel at home. I'm a very cleanly person who looks after myself and my environment, and pride myself in making any place feel like home.

Jack Bundey
$300/week•33 year old man
Hey Jack Here, Me and my best friend Budja (my friendly and quirky 9 year old dog) are looking for a place to call home preferably longer term 1+ years. I'm really looking for an open communal space that can be fun at times but also holds respect towards boundaries and personal space. Somewhere we can eat together, share stories and play some music at times. I love Music Production and make lots of Electronic music dub/garage/jungle I'm trying to keep a good routine with Climbing/yoga which takes up most of my time during the afternoons during the week. On the weekends I like to explore outside of the city and often go to Music events usually pretty tame but do sometimes get home later. I work in the construction industry Abseiling on buildings and work 7-3 most days. So earlier rising households suit me better but I'm quiet and only up for 20 mins before I leave anyway, I consider myself very laid back and have plenty of experience living in sharehouses and keeping a clean and comfortable space for everyone. I'm always approachable and understanding towards peoples preferences and want to create the best vibe for everyone. Looking to sign onto a lease. feel free to ask me more! :)
