Hey friends, I’m Troy I'm a long term Sunshine Coast Resident, I support people in the region as a teacher of native instruments for embodiment, maker of Bamboo Flutes, and some sound journey work. I have been in a caravan the last 12 months after a year away from the coast and, It's now time to move to something a little larger as I expand. I am recently 50, and I consider myself a very clean, respectful and easy going housemate. I wake up early to do meditation/Yoga & exercise daily before starting work on my business. I do some creating from home, but generally head out every day to network, run lessons etc, so I'm not always sitting at home. Sometimes I also go away to run workshops in other regions. I'm mostly engaged in tweaking my own creations, however also enjoy chats and connecting with others and being part of a little home community. I am a decent cook and don't mind sharing a meal sometimes. Home space is a sanctuary for me and I value clear and open communication. Looking for a suitable room in share-house or private studio anywhere from Yandina to Kin Kin and surrounding hinterland areas. I'm looking for: Bushy and on acreage or similar private & Quiet With people who are aware of the need to become self sufficient and support each other rather than rely on governmental support, A space with some privacy away from others such as a room down one end of the house, own entrance, or private studio. (I practice my didgeridoo & Guitar regularly and don't want to bother others with that) Somewhere I can grow some veges and herbs. I don't have pets, but I miss having them around, so if you have some, I'll be happy to hand out pats and feed them if you go away. Can provide rental references and move in as soon as needed as my lease in the caravan is now complete. Hi there, I’m Maddy 👋🏼 I’m from NZ but I’ve just moved to the Sunny Coast after living in Western Australia for a couple of years. I’m hoping to find a relaxed, social home with like minded people. I love going on little spontaneous outings as well as a cosy night in watching movies or playing board games. I love being outdoors and I’m new to the area so would love some pals to explore with! In my free time you can find me near a waterfall or at the beach or if I’m at home I’m probably doing something crafty or whipping something up in the kitchen. I consider myself to be a great housemate, I value a homely, comfortable living space and enjoy the company of others but also respect those who like to keep to themselves.
