Hi There I’m looking for a private, quiet, creative, leafy, earthy space to call home. Separate, private section of the house or self contained. I’m ok with something that’s a bit “rustic” Must have own entrance and a Patio or verandah to myself. About Me: I value a healthy lifestyle and clear and healthy communication. Looking for a home that reflects those values I am a respectful, private person, and mostly sick to my own flow as I focus on my business, making bamboo flutes and healing study. I have my own music teaching business. At present students are on video but will also have a small number of in person students once I settle in. I also make bamboo flutes assist hobby so am looking for space to have a small workshop (about 2x2metres). it’s not a noisy process as I burn holes rather than drill. Also studying nervous system healing and passionate about food gardening. other: - into meditation, Qigong. yoga - I like to get into the garden most days and nurture a food forest, or garden, - nature lover, bush-walks - cooking, organic whole foods - I don't do Alcohol, Cigarettes or Drugs. I’m ok with others engaging in these things in a moderate way. - I enjoy a good movie, however Prefer a home without commercial TV / Radio going. - I regularly get on my guitar and have a sing. - I don’t have any pets, but I do enjoy having pets around and will happily dish out pats and help feed/walk any existing pets in the home. - I prefer natural household products and minimal or no chemical usage. - I’m very interested in eventually going off grid and growing food, working together as a community. - A stable sleep routine is important to me. Bed by 10 and up around sunrise. If there are night owls active after 10 pm every night, watching tv, gaming, music, etc, that's a deal-breaker for me. Payment/exchange I Can pay up to $300 a week and am also open to partial exchanging for music lessons or on a variety of instruments or some garden work. Hey there, We're a couple on the lookout for our next place to call home. We're primarily interested in studios and granny flats, but we're also open to share houses and teaming up with others. After a temporary stay in Brisbane for some health related issues, we're itching to settle back up on the Sunny Coast for at least a year. In terms of budget, we can swing up to $550 a week for rent. Additionally, thanks to my partner's NDIS plan, we are able to offer a few valuable free services that might be appealing. Think free weekly cleaning and a monthly gardening service, and if needed, we're happy to cover the internet too, no worries.
