Hi, I am looking for an unfurnished room, preferably either near the Uni or the beach and town. I am 23 and looking for housemates in their early twenties. I am a very clean and tidy housemate. I respect others belongings and space, and always clean up after myself. I'm very friendly, and have been living in Newcastle for the past 8 months. I am studying architecture, and work in hospitality, and am originally from the Blue Mountains. I love to explore the Newcastle area, and enjoy socializing. I have been living in a share house, but my landlord want access to the house over the summer, so am looking for a new place. I wont be able to move in till February. Thanks :)
I am moving to Newcastle (from Melbourne) for my work (Food and Beverage Director). I like a clean and quiet place, but also one where I have a social housemate who likes to share a dinner or two at home. I am also very much into health and fitness, enjoying rock climbing, cycling and the gym.
I am a 27yr old professional working in his own video production business. I also work a side job that helps bring in constant cash flow. I am a self-sufficient guy who works a lot and during downtime likes to chill and switch off by spending time either watching a film, tv series or reading a book. Would love to find somewhere to live by mid Jan
Just a student trying to make impossible marks whilst supporting himself. Im friendly, respectful, honest and never fail to pay rent on time. I currently live at home and pay my half of rent, food, water, electricity, as well as pay for internet, etc. No stranger to hard work, can't stand negative people. I am currently living in QLD and looking for a place to live around Newcastle, as i am going to study at the university there, come 2018. If you have any questions i will be more than happy to answer them. :)
We are ideally looking for a large room with our own bathroom, preferably with a backyard or a large deck. My partner will be studying full time and I will be working full time in the health industry.
This will probably be the most brutally honest flatmate add you will ever read. I am a full time employed person who love my own space so I will stay out of your way a lot but I am happy to have a drink and spend time with a fun flatmate. I love to cook and look after the space. I am pretty house proud. Here is the thing, I am looking for something very specific. I am single and would like to have fun without judgement. I will give and give to the house and the people in it but here are the things I need. A flat mate who ... Must be ok with - sex sounds - muffled screams - lesbian action (I am bi and sometimes enjoy the company of ladies) - jelly wrestling parties - group sex (it's ok, you can join in if you like!!) - BDSM themes Must not be A prude Also, no vegans. Sounds silly but I have loved with people who wouldn't let me cook meat in the house before soooo ... Nope. As you can see I am honest and straight forward ... What you see is what you get !! Male flatmate preferred. Purely because I usually get a long with males better, but I am happy to be proved wrong !! :)) Peace and love
Hey! I'm Liam, an easy going, clean and laid back working professional. The lease at my current house is going to expire in about a couple of months so I'm keen to start looking early to find somewhere or teaming up with some awesome people to find a great place. Abit about me I'd like to say that I'm fun, I can be quite humorous and I would love to be in a social household, but I do like time to myself sometimes as I'm quite a relaxed person. Be awesome to find people who enjoy Netflix and going to the beach as much as I do, Love playing soccer and also keen on getting back into surfing when the winter season starts, and I'm definitely keen on meeting new people. I have my own fridge, washing machine and TV so if you think I would suit your house or that we could team up and find a place definitely send me a message!

I've just got back from travelling and am excited to commence study into health (occupational therapy) at university of Newcastle. I'm easy going and I am not a bad cook. More often that not I'm at the beach, seeing live gigs or cuddling up to Netflix and a cup of tea. Looking for a place end of February, first weeks of March.
I'm nice, quiet and tidy :) I have been working full time as a training manager until this year when I started full time study in visual arts as a means of a career break. I am working part time too as a consultant/trainer. I am looking for somewhere clean, tidy and reasonably quiet, close to town with a lovely flattie who is equally nice and friendly :) I also need a car spot and it would be fabulous if there was room for a 2m kayak but not essential. It would be perfect if Hunter Street was within walking distance. I'm looking for a room that will fit a queen bed and desk with a built-in included.
I'm very confident and outgoing. I enjoy meeting new people and making friends. I currently live on the Central Coast but soon to be start studying in Newcastle. I'm currently looking for work in the CBD or the surrounding suburbs. Once I get a job I hope to have a place to move into
