I am a neat and tidy person who likes keeping things organized in the house. I am a good listener. Love to converse about travel, tourism and food. Can cook. Non Smoker and non Drinker , but enjoy the company of both.
I am a pretty chill guy I like sports however I'm studying full time therefore I'm pretty busy during the week. Weekends would be chill. I hit the gym 6 days a week at blackwood, I meal prep on sundays. I'm not really good at writing my life on paper so its better in person haha
Easy going, social, hardworking, self employed business owner, clean and tidy, very accepting, non discriminant, have a car, can store personal furniture and effects off site, love pets, handy man, very resourceful, communal spirit, sharing, caring, enjoys cooking, living a healthy lifestyle and balance.
I am a full time student and spend most of my time studying, volunteering, or resting. I'm a respectful and friendly introvert; I will happily help around the house and chat over some food, but also respect and appreciate personal space. I'd prefer to live with at least one other female; I'm happy with either mixed or all-female accommodation options - I'm comfortable living with or without pets too, and am generally pretty easy going.
easy going, clean, photographer, mixes well with other people, have my own car, loves animals but can live without them. 19 years old (birthday is the 27th of march), happy to help around the house but also likes alone time.
Im 21, I study law full time at Flinders University, I also work part-time at a cinema and a law firm. I'm neat, tidy and respectful of others. I enjoy a bit of banter and enjoy the occasional drink.
My name is Dean Arthur and I am currently studying architecture at the uni of Adelaide. Originally for a small country town 200km north of Adelaide. I am a really easy going bloke who gets along well with everyone. Very tidy and love a chat and a beer.
Hey potential housemates! My name is Mabel. I'm a 24 year old, lefty, green, creative type. Usually I'm found crocheting, embroidering, watching Netflix, or tinkering in the garden/tending to my indoor plant babies. I'm vegan, but it doesn't bother me if you're not. I don't have any companion animals at the moment, but I really would love to adopt one if the landlord allowed it 😊 I've lived out of home for a long time, I'm housetrained and enjoy contributing to housework. I'm on WorkCover at the moment, so whilst I'll be home a lot for now, I do have a steady income coming in until I can go back to work :) I love living with like-minded left leaning people, so hit me up if you think I'd be a good fit for your place :)
am an easy going artist/musician. I enjoy playing the guitar (acoustic) and writing/producing my own songs (@ a different location of course) I have good communication skills and am easy to get along with. I am considerate and compassionate towards others and have a good sense of humour. I am neat and tidy and I clean up after myself. I also am aware and mindful of my surroundings.
Hi, I'm Crystal. Somehow at this stage of my life I am both introverted and extroverted. I can be loud, I can be quiet, I can be fun, I can be nerdy. I clean up after myself and have pride in this. Loves are Disney, animals, nature, ice cream. This while thing is new to me, so apologies in advance for annoying questions and lack of direction.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
This is a charming stone home in the foothills at Blackwood, close to Flinders University, city and beach. Could suit international student if wanting meals included, or independent person to share home. Beautiful room with raked ceiling and views to large leafy garden. Large wardrobe, share kitchen, lounge, bathroom. Off street parking if required. 3 minute walk to station for all transport. Shops, fitness centre, walking trails all close. A beautiful suburb to live in.
Hello lovely people, I'm studying statistics and programming this year, that's keeping me busy with a full time study load. Also I am new to programming. Gulp. I don't have a job yet but I hope to find one soon. About me: I like movies, travel, reading, yoga and the beach. I also like to cook and bake. If you like cake, I will make you one! Looking for a furnished room in a flat or house with nice housemates. Sharing a meal occasionally is great! I've moved a little bit the last few years but I used to live in Adelaide, like it and have family here. Cheers, Jen
Professional leading a busy lifestyle. Work, gym, sport, socialising. Looking for a new and interesting place to live for 12 months before an extended overseas trip. I’m currently living with a good friend who travels the world running his online business, and he is flying out when our lease ends on April 30.
I am an international student and will bring new ways of thinking, eating and living. While my presence may feel like a novelty at first, you’ll quickly realise how positive the diversity I will bring is to your home dynamic. Exposure to new cultures will also make you and your flatmates more open-minded and accommodating.
Hi, my name is Martin, I am currently working full time in retail. I am very reliable with paying bills, and pretty easy to get along with. I'm pretty tidy, and clean up after myself. In my spare time I tend to enjoy introverted activities like drawing and writing. I enjoy going out hiking when motivation strikes, and exploring some of the lovely trails we have around Adelaide. Always happy for companions on these exploring adventures :) Not quite sure what else to say, but am happy to answer any questions!
A large newly built house in the Adelaide hills, just 2 mins walk to the train which takes you straight into the city. It's 9km to the city line of site, and 11km by road, yet here in the beautiful Adelaide hills, we often see koalas, kookaburras, and heaps of wildlife in our back yard. For even more, the Belair National Park is just 800m away. The community feel here is great. Our neighbors orgainsed a street party to welcome us to the street when we first built the house! For students, Flinders Uni is close by (public transport is a short 2 step trip), although with only a 1 min walk to the direct train into the city, Adelaide Uni and Uni SA are further away, but technically a bit easier. The house has a wood fire for winter, but also a ducted reverse cycle air-conditioner, state of the art Clipsal C-Bus lighting system, the fastest 100Mb/s unlimited broadband connection available here, Netflix, and more. We're still finishing the last few things inside the house (2nd version of the kitchen is still to come and flooring in some rooms needs to swapped out), but are mostly working on the gardens and outside of the house at the moment. We're hoping to set up the lawns, outdoor cinema and deck throughout this year :) The Bedrooms: A) the smaller bedroom has a single bed, desk, and drawers (Currently taken until the end of June) B) a larger bedroom, queen bed, desk, built in robes, TV with Netflix and sunset views through the lush trees. C) another larger bedroom, queen bed, desk, built in robes, TV with Netflix and sunset views through the lush trees. Bills are all included, although not meals. But if you'd like breakfast, lunch or dinner then a cost can be negotiated beforehand. Last year we hosted our first overseas students. We loved the extra company around, without endless randoms coming through the house at 3am. This year though, we're definitely open to non-students and locals who might still fit in as well as the students. We're happy to discount the total by $10/month if you take 2 rooms, or $15 if you take 3 rooms. We're also open to reducing one of the rooms by $5 to $30/week for someone who's happy to help with chores around the house.
This is a purpose built area in a new house, which is under the same roof, but has its own private entrance. The accommodation includes a modern kitchen lounge, with sliding door to a side garden area, which is fenced with own gate. This area has: dining table and chairs, sofa, fridge, tv, cook top, microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker, sandwich press, electric fry pan, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. It also has an automatic front loading washing machine and an outside clothesline in the side garden. The room itself has its own key lock, for privacy. The room is spacious with enough room for a queen size bed and desk, there are duel blockout/sheer blinds at the windows. There is a full size built in wardrobe, a beautiful ensuite, and a reverse cycle air conditioning unit.
I am quiet, keep things tidy and I get along with most people. I am a Flinders university student and have lived in shared spaces before. I'm from Clare, I like to create cartoons and draw, neither of which make much noise. I do generally like to keep to myself and try not to be annoying.
