Hi, I am a teacher working with kindy aged children in a full time job. Love my work, love cooking, gardening, music, bike riding, getting outside and going to gym. I’m enjoy keeping a tidy clean home, and enjoy being with people. I grew up on a farm near Gawler and have a lovely family. Have three children who have partners and a gorgeous young grandson whom I take out on great weekend adventures.
I'm a 29 year old who is currently working full-time. I'm a quite individual who keeps to herself. I'm an early riser and early settler. I like to spend my downtime relaxing by watching movies, reading, cleaning, cooking or finding other things to occupy my time. I'm happy to have a chat, play board games, etc. I don't drink alcohol or smoke. I don't have any pets and I'm very allergic to cats (sorry - they're cute tho!) I am looking for a mature and independent person/people to live with. I would also be interested in meeting like-minded people for a team-up. I'm pretty flexible on suburbs to live in. As I am comfortable doing 40 minute drives to work in the city, I'm happy to live further out of the city to fit within budgets.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hi, my name is Samantha, I am 20 years old and I am looking for one or two housmates that are friendly and easy to get along with. I am currently studying one day per week. I am shy at first but once i get to know you im a friendly and easy going person who is always up for a laugh. I love cooking, music, reading and movies. I love going on adventures and exploring places. I'm an animal lover so pets aren't an issue for me. I am looking for a place that is spacious and not crowded.
Hello, My name is Andrew and am looking for a room in Adelaide's Southern suburbs. The reason I am moving is that my landlord is selling her house. Here is a little bit of information about myself: I am a 30 year old male who is originally from Canada and have lived in Australia for about 4 years total. I originally came to visit Australia 7 years ago and loved it so much that I told myself I would come back to live forever. I was finally able to secure my permanent visa so I could live my dream. I have a couple university degrees and am currently trying to get into medical school. I also currently work full time for the government. My job is pretty full on and I sometimes need to wake up at 5:30am, so need to be well rested. It is important that I am living in a place that is quiet, especially at night after 11pm. I am a quiet person but enjoy going out and having a good time once in a while. I enjoy hiking, fishing, gardening and just relaxing in the outdoors in general. I am also a very passionate cook and love making food for others. Over the past few years I have lived primarily with females. In my experience, they have generally been more respectful/clean/not excessive partiers. This is my preference, but am open to live with anyone as long as we are on the same page. I must mention that I always pay rent on time. Additionally, I have a home gym so having an outdoor covered area for this would be ideal. Finally, I am very neat and tidy, a clean home is a happy home! I look forward to taking a look at your place if we seem like we would be compatible flat mates. Please send me a message with a little about yourself/s and we will go from there. Oh and cannot live with cats (allergies) Thank you for the consideration! Regards, Andrew
I'm a science, health & nutrition nut. I like staying active by cycling to work, playing volleyball and hiking. I enjoy beer, food and tech. I'm very social and would get along most with a household willing to discuss philosophy, politics, lifestyles & all the rest! Comfortable and extroverted, I definitely find myself getting along best with others of a similar ilk! I have a bunch of furniture and appliances that I could bring if necessary, or dispose of one way or another if unnecessary. Critically, I am looking for a place with a large yard as I have a pair of ducks, and their 'duck condo' duckponics garden system to bring with me. As such, I come with home grown eggs, vegetables and mushrooms.
My name is Jennah and I’m 21 years old. People describe me as a bubbly and happy person. I’m also a very clean and tidy person. I enjoy reading, cooking, hanging out with mates, and binge watching tv shows. I’m a full time student currently in my final year at UniSA. I also work part time at Woolworths. Ideally looking for somewhere near Mitcham/Unley/Westbourne Parks areas, sharing with females only, maximum $180/week rent including utility bills.

Hey! So I’m looking for accomodation for myself and my son, Isaac who is 4 years old. We are hoping for two bedrooms but at this stage one big bedroom will be good enough. I work 4 days a week, 8am until 3:30pm. Isaac is in childcare these days until 6. On the weekends he is at his dads house so you wont see a lot of him. We’re both fairly quiet in a household, we currently live with a big inside dog and 3 cats so happy living with animals! For fun I play video games, enjoy a glass of wine and read. If I’m stressed out I’ll cook a heap or go get myself a trendy new haircut from the hairdressers. We’re looking to move ASAP. Preferably somewhere for atleast 3 months. Thank you for visiting our listing and we hope you consider us!
Easy to get along with, friendly, but aware one likes their own space too. We have a 1 year old cat house trained. Minimum stay 6 weeks. I work full time for an Adelaide travel group. Love the local music scene and the outdoors.
Hi all. I'm looking for a place to live around the southern suburbs of Adelaide, preferably close to the Pasadena, Clovelly Park area. I have lived with others previously, and am a friendly, respectful and considerate housemate. I love going to the movies and to the footy.
A large newly built house in the Adelaide hills, just 1 mins walk to the train which takes you straight into the city. Our street and neighborhood are beautiful and quiet, yet it's only 8km to the city line of site, or 11km by road. There's koalas, kookaburras, and heaps of wildlife in our back yard. For even more, the Belair National Park is just 800m away. Europeans accustomed to lots of smaller cities spaced closely together might feel 8 -11km from the CBD is a long way, but in a country with its 5 capital cities 700-2500 km apart, Blackwood is genuinely very close to the Adelaide city center. The largest shopping center in South Australia is even closer at 7km away, with 3 of the 4 big grocery brands all in the main street of Blackwood. The community feel here is great and our area is very safe. Our neighbors even orgainsed a street party to welcome us to the street when we first built the house! For students, Flinders Uni is close by (public transport is a short 2 step trip), although with a direct train into the city, Adelaide Uni and Uni SA are a little further away, but technically a bit easier. The house has a wood fire for winter, but also a ducted reverse cycle air-conditioner, state of the art Clipsal C-Bus lighting system, the fastest unlimited 100Mb/s broadband connection available here, Netflix, Google Play Music, BBQ, and more. We're still finishing the last few things inside the house (2nd version of the kitchen is still to come), but are mostly working on the gardens and outside of the house at the moment. We're hoping to set up the lawns, outdoor cinema and deck throughout this year :) The Bedrooms: A) the smaller bedroom has a single bed, desk, and drawers B) the first larger bedroom has a queen bed, desk, built in robes, full length mirror, TV with Netflix and sunset views through the lush trees. C) the second larger bedroom has been taken * All rooms include bills Shared spaces: - We have our own en-suite, so the downstairs bathroom is only shared by the 3 guests and any visitors - our house is quite large, so we’ve quite comfortably had 3 guests living here for the past 4 months without any issues. Even when we’re all cooking at the same time in the huge kitchen. - car parking. There are 2 guest parking spaces that are off the road, and even more on the road. 1st large room available now 2nd large room taken until Jan 2019 Smaller room taken until Jan 2019
Beautiful location amongst the trees, feels like the country but only 20mins from town, 10mins from Flinders and 20mins from the beach. Large property, plenty of parking available both outdoor and undercover and there's a pretty sweet tennis court. We've been at this location for just over two years and have no intention of moving anytime soon. The room available is upstairs and has access to the front balcony. Gym, shops, etc all less than 2min drive. Bills and split 4 ways; on average, around $40 a week covers all bills including unlimited internet. Also, bond is 6 weeks rent, not 4, can't update the listing for some reason. Anything else just ask!
Located close to the beautiful Belair National Park often roaming with koalas and kangaroos. Stroll to the cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops of vibrant Blackwood or jump on the bus (in front of property) for quick, convenient access to Flinders university campus or catch a train (3 minutes away) to the Adelaide CBD. This clean house is fully furnished with large living area, kitchen and two bathrooms. 2 newly renovated rooms for rent. The rent of $160 (Large room) and $135 (smaller room) per week including water bill, electricity bill, gas bill , internet and use of all facilities ,oven, microwave, kitchen facilities, heater/air-conditioner new washing machine ,dryer and large freezer. Please email for more information
Stunning treetop views! Large private room. The house has a great deck, living room with working fireplace (cosy in winter) and aircon, and modern kitchen with dishwasher. On offer is a large private bedroom with its own sunroom. There is room for a bedroom, plus your own living space or study in one. The room has some inbuilt storage, plus its own reverse-cycle airconditioner, and treetop views. The home is on a leafy peaceful street, has a veggie patch, walking distance to Belair National Park, and is around the corner from a fantastic bakery! The room is currently unfurnished but there is a wardrobe available if needed. There is a fireplace to keep the house warm in winter. Easy access via public transport to the city or Flinders. Walk to Pinera station (Belair train line), or take the bus. 10 minute drive to Flinders Uni/Hospital, and under 5 minutes to Blackwood. Walk to local shops and cafes, and parks including Belair National Park (great for hiking and bike trails). Looking for a friendly housemate who likes to keep it relaxed and peaceful at home, but also enjoys a shared meal and some social times. Vegetarian household preferred. Sorry, no pets. *** Please note: these photos do not reflect current furnishings **
