We also value a friendly, peaceful atmosphere at home, and we’re happy to have a chat, share a meal, or do something fun together if the vibe is right. We’re definitely looking forward to meeting new people, learning more about Aussie culture, and making the most of our time here. When it comes to chores, we pitch in and make sure to keep things tidy. We don’t leave dirty dishes around and are always ready to help out with a house clean when needed. I have a passion for dancing modern jive, rock n roll & sequence dancing. I am retired & would enjoy living at your premises with considerate people. I am very handy at fixing most things around a house or garden ..... so if you have tools ....... I would be happy to do some jobs. I would require a 240 volt supply to my caravan. The caravan is self contained including bathroom. If you could accomodate me I would love to hear from you with information about your premises & the weekly rent payable.

I've worked for Toyota now for the past 15 years , I've since started a new career in shift work so every week can be different for my work schedule , I usually go to the gym in the afternoons and depending on the day I might catch up with some friends in the evening or play some games on my PC . I try to get out on most weekends , either at the beach or enjoying a nice meal in the city with some friends . I try to keep my place clean at all times however im definitely not the judgmental type . I have a 7 year old golden retriever named wilson who is the most important thing in the world to me , he loves being around people and has never had an accident in a house . Im a social guy who can keep a conversation going with a smile ... I wouldn't mind having wine/beer and catch up with my fellow housemates but at the same time i will always respect someones personal space and privacy . I have lived in 4 different share houses now and nearly every housemate was different .
