I'm a single mum to be due in October, so I'm looking for a room with ensuite of private bathroom close by to the room as I need to make frequent trips to the toilet and once bubs has arrived I will need all the space I can use, I have a rather bright an bubbly personality I'm really friendly but that being I'm brutally honest I tell it like it is, I generally keep to myself but also like to be sociable, I'm rather clean and tidy can get OCD about how clean the house is as I like to take pride in the place I call home, I don't like drama yelling or any kind of confrontation so please respect that, oh I also have two adorable cats that are very well behaved and are house trained so all in all I'm pretty chill and easy going
Im a fulltime student studying Visual Arts to get a career either teaching art at a secondary schools and/or mental health art therapy. Although I am unemployed, I always pay my way constantly on time ( usually ;P ) BUT I am looking for part time/ casual cash work otherwise Im on centrelink payments. Im easy going, laid back, alternative and very tidy/clean person with an unfiltered, quirky, blunt and honest personality. I am often up most night's with insomnia but have mastered being as quiet as possible. I am very aware and respectful of the people around me. Also I can help out with errands/ cooking/ cleaning when/if required for a small discount on rent/bills. I mention this optional arrangement to potential housemates because it has worked incredibly well and smoothly for both myself and a few previous housemates. Feel free to msg back with any question s you might have :) BEFORE MESSAGING WITH ROOM OFFERS PLEASE NOTE: Any offers for rooms that are over $160 p/w NOT Including utilities won't be a priority and when possible please make initial contact via this site, email or SMS. Cold callers seem to get me when I'm not able to talk in detail or in the middle of something but don't want to be rude and cut the first contact/ conversation short. It also catches me off guard which makes me feel unprepared/ unorganized and nervous :P

hello, my names Lilly and i am 23 years old almost 24, i do not work or get centrelink benifits but do get a source of income which i will gladly tell to whoever would be interested in me living with them. Also it would be me and my mum who are trying to find a place, she is 50 (although she doesnt look it! ) lol. she gets centelink benifits and also works casual as a pca. we do have a small dog who should be okay with other dogs...and is fine with people,he will just bark and thats it for a day or two lol. and also i do have some cats... so would definitely need somewhere pet friendly. if i was allowed to have the animals, i would provide a aviary shed or a big chicken coup for the cats so they wouldnt have to be inside, if that helps.. me and my mum are pretty outgoing and get along with just about anyone...especially my mum. id like to think we are respectable and are clean highgenic people so you would not have to worry about us keeping your place a mess! i do actually love to cook/bake.. so that could always be a plus to me living with you? :P we are looking for something permanent/long term..or atleast a year. we wouldnt mind sharing a bedroom if we had to,if you did only have 1 bedroom available but would prefer are own rooms.
I work part time and study. I like socialising and to look after myself. i get along with everyone, I see myself as a friendly easy going person :) Living in a studio unit at the moment. Looking to move to somewhere closer to work and involves meeting new people.
I'm studying 2 days a week and looking for work at the moment. i'm social and love a good chat, great cook so can cook lots of yummy dinner etc. i'm looking for somewhere to move in now as where i'm living is not suitable anymore.. i'm very reliable with rent payments and have been paying rent for myself for 5 years now. i love animals - always happy to help with different jobs around the house, i'm great with children as well. i have a 2 year old who is not in my custody (reasons which i'll explain to you if need be) but in a few months i'll be having her 2 days a week, so the house will need to be child friendly. if you feel like i would suit your lifestyle don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have. kind regards Emma
I love to cook, I like living in a clean and tidy environment. The place I am in at the moment isn't clean and tidy and I can't handle it. I like my personal space, no barging into my room without knocking prior. I have a staffy who is my best pal and she is so friendly.
We are a couple from Hong Kong and Taiwan (27 & 29 yo) both of us are students (English and Patisserie) now, working part time. We are non-smokers. We have been in Australia for at least 3 years. After finishing our 2-year Working Holiday visa, we decided to stay here to learn English and more about Australia. We are both easy-going and love to make new friends. In our spare time, we love to play sports, go camping and cooking sometimes. We can move in in early April, planning to stay long-term, with a budget of $300 per week.
HI, I'm a Maori born in Australia and I moved to Melbourne just over a year ago from Qld, I like to keep to myself, I mind my own buisness, I dont go out very often because I mainly just work then come home and chill and when I do go out, it's mainly to visit family 😊 I work at inghams from Monday-Friday, my shifts have recently just been changed 6am-2pm 1 week and then 12-7pm the next week. I am quite shy when you first meet me but after a while I do become more comfortable, I do smoke cigarettes, dont do drugs and I very rarely drink. I don't have any pets or children either. I live with my two aunties atm and decided to try and get out on my own and start trying to stand on my own two feet. Ideally I wanted my own place but thought it might be easier just to share and go from there 😊
I'm quiet, clean, easy going, I keep to myself at most times although I like to think I have an awesome sense of humor and will crack a joke almost any chance I get. I enjoy motorbike riding, drawing & painting. I have worked in graffiti removal for around 7 years but for now I do a bit of sign-writing. I was born in Australia, my parents are from Chile. I enjoy traveling, I have been to Chile, Hawaii, Fiji, America/Mexico.
30 years young and from the country originally. I work in Dandenong south full time and if im not working, im at the gym, sunday markets or playing with my awesome 2 year old lab x dog whos really important to me. I smoke outside only, dont touch drugs and rarely drink. All i want is a long term rental with someone normal!! Currently living with an unemployed alcoholic junky DJ that feels music after 10pm midweek is fine. Really need to get out. Any questions please ask.
I'm a down to earth, 33 yo male, currently work part-time although in the process of looking for something full time. I'm neat and respectful, I enjoy a laugh and quiet time. I'm new to the share house scene, and I'm happy to share with anyone.
