I don't go out I don't drink. Will only live with drug free clean and tidy people please. Please contact me If I sound like someone you'd like to have stay with you.
I'm a pretty simple guy that doesn't ask for much apart from respect and kindness. Bit quiet at first thanks to my anxiety, but once i feel comfortable, i'm pretty chatty. I'm a good listener, do my best to take care of others, help when I can. I enjoy going on long road trips, fishing, camping, catching up with my few close friends and also being nerdy in front of the computer either playing games or delving into the weird corner of YouTube.
I'm a friendly girl looking for similar minded housemates. I am a full time student and i work part-time as well. I'm looking for a room that will be reasonably spacious and preferably with an en suite. A separate bathroom will do as long as its not shared. Everything else i'm really not that fussed. thank you
I recently had to leave my previous place of accommodation in Pakenham due to a cut in the hours at work. Despite not missing any payments, my housemates screwed me over and kicked me out. I have since obtained some more hours, gotten some financial assistance while also continuing to look for additional/new work moving forward. I have been staying with a friend for the last few weeks which has also helped financially, but have since had to leave there leaving me without a home to stay. As a result I am in urgent need of finding medium/long term accommodation. I would prefer to avoid short/term or temporary as I really do require some stability. I work in the IT industry with stable employment (technology is very much a passion of mine). I'm certainly not the party type, and don't smoke or drink so there would be no issues there. As stated, I am happy with medium-term or long-term accommodation. If it's medium-term, I am morr flexible with what I am looking for than if I was planning to settle in somewhere long-term. I do not drive, so somewhere close to public transport is essential. A nearby train station is ideal but a nearby bus is suitable too. Bonus points if you have a cat :) (I don't have any of my own). My preference is for somewhere along the Pakenham-Dandenong or Cranbourne-Dandenong train line but open to other areas, especially if it's only medium-term. I was previously interested in the Pakenham-Traralgon area as well but unfortunately the regional V/Line fares are a LOT more expensive than I was expecting which removed those options from the table. My budget for long-term accommodation is around $200/week but will be less for medium-term accommodation as I will still need to pay for storage of my belongings elsewhere. To settle into something long-term I would need to be able to get my things out of storage. Happy to further discuss what I am seeking regarding long-term accomodation, but space would be high on my list. Sharing of meals would also be ideal. I do suffer from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), but am coping well. But you are a judgemental person or have issues with people who have their own struggles in life, then you are not the right house for me. If you can look past that, you will find I am a genuinely nice person who likes helping others and regularly goes out of my way for others, but unfortunately I have certainly not received anywhere near the same back in return. In fact many of the people I have helped out have returned the favour by simply screwing me over which is beyond disappointing. My last housemates were no exception to this. I'm quite an open and friendly person and I have nothing to hide so feel free to get in contact and say hi or ask any questions you may have. You are best to reach me through Gumtree messaging or via Facebook if you prefer. Unless I'm at work I'm usually contactable :). Alternatively if you know of any job opportunities in the IT/AV industries, or even know of anyone requiring any casual or home/small business IT/AV work, please also let me know :). Also, it's a shame I have to even say this but it seems I do. If I contact you regarding a room you have available, and it turns out I'm not what you're looking for for any reason, that's fine and no hard feelings but please don't just read my message without taking the time to let me know. I have lost a lot of time waiting for people to respond who never did, or who have just stop responding out of the blue. Not only is this quite rude and uncalled for but it's also really not helpful to me in my situation. Shaun
Me and my partner are friendly and respectful. We don't drink or do drugs or smoke. We have a little puppy who is toilet trained/vaccinated/microchipped/worked she is super friendly and has never bitten anyone and is great with kids. We are easy going and don't intrude on other people's business. My partner works as a labourer and earns roughly $800-1300 a week and I am a full time student but have a traineeship lined up for me I just need to get to melbourne as I'm currently living In Shepparton and my partner has to travel for a few weeks each time to melbourne to work.
Hi everyone! My name is Lili, I am a year 12 with a part time job (hungry jacks), I am hard working and will always pay my rent. I believe in doing more than my fair share of chores :) I am only moving away from home due to family issues. I have a passion for gardening and my animals :) 2 rabbits who are cheeky but won't do any harm (I have everything they will need, however a backyard would be fantastic for their exercise & sunshine. I also love to garden so I can maintain the garden as well). I also have a small fish tank. I can only go to a place that can accomodate myself and my fur babies & fishies. I also own horses in Belgrave so a place close by would be great however I could live in Werribee and still be happy :) I would like to find a place to share for cost benefits as well as company :) I am a responsible, friendly, tidy & hard working person who you can sit down and have a chat with at anytime. I do find that I need my own space to study & have my own time. I am a very out going person, however I couldn't cook to save myself but I will clean pretty much anything. I only have my learners permit and no car so being close to public transport is a must. My school is in the city but I am willing to travel hours to get there. I would like to stay in a place where rent has everything wrapped into one bundle, I can live without wifi. I think I am a very accomodating person, I can live with anyone. I don't care about sexuality or religion. If you have kids I am more then willing to babysit. As long as we can have a chat every now and again it will be fine. I am also willing to increase my maximum weekly rent but only for the right place, however, it must be reasonable due to myself being a student working part time. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, but, please keep in mind that I am a student so no calling please :)
Hi, my name is Courtney. I work full time in the city on a rotating roster, Monday-Friday and alternating saturdays. I'm pretty quiet due to my schedule, I'm clean, neat and tidy. I'm a great cook who doesn't mind cooking for everyone. I'm fun, friendly and easy going, which makes me an easy person to live with. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I am currently working most days, and studying. I have 1 dog and 2 cats, who are my furry little angels. They are all super friendly and well behaved. Doug, who is my dog, is a greyhound and is quite happy laying around most of the day, he is an extremely good doggo. I have rented for 2 years previously, and am looking for some relaxed housemates.

Hello! I am a Canadian teacher moving to Melbourne in September to work. I will be relief teaching in September through November, so I am looking to live somewhere near public transportation that can get me to many schools. I don't know the city very well so I am open to live just about anywhere, as long as public transportation is an easy option. I'm looking for short term housing until I get to know the city a bit better and figure things out. I am easy to get along with, clean, and respectful. I love to hang out and chat but also enjoy time to myself as well. I enjoy doing anything in the outdoors, especially hiking, yoga, cooking, and staying active. I love music and watching TV. I also love dogs! I would love to live with someone who shares some of my interests and maybe someone who is willing to help me learn about life in Melbourne.
My name is Abbey, I am 19 years old from Tasmania. I am interested in Aged Care as a career which is one of the reasons i am making a move. I will have a part-time job while looking at going back to study aged care further as well. besides my interest in aged care, i love to cook all things from snacks to desserts, i also love the outdoors, animals, reading and art. I love to go out sometimes and have fun, as any 19 year old would, but most of the time I'm just a layed back kind of girl, I'm a very clean person to live with and im respectful and considerate of others and what they need.
Hello everyone. I'm Ash and 26 years old. I'm genuine, Clean, respectful towards other housemates and their Items and also their boundaries and I would like the same in return. I enjoy what I do and I love being around kids so I would be the perfect candidate if you havd kids. I'm also a very good cook. I have a 7 month old baby that stays with me for a few hours during the week as he's still breastfeeding but he will be spending more time with me once he's grown up. I am a low-maintenance, highly sociable, recently-graduated English teacher from Montreal, Canada. I cook, clean, and especially enjoy garden-work. I work out pretty often, so I won't be that junk-food-bad-influence! I enjoy tutoring and helping people study, and I am arriving in Melbourne already employed. I enjoy various outdoor activities, and, every now and then, a drink (I used to work at bars, so drinking in excess is not my thing). Looking for a place to stay for anywhere between 2-6 months...and perhaps longer if I just can't resist staying!
