Hello future flatmate, I hate to say this but I am close to 30 far from 20 😭 (27, to be precise). I am originally from India, moved to Canberra in early 2020 (that's right just before COVID hit). Did my masters at ANU, and graduated in 2022, working in an association since then. Lived in student accommodation for 2 years and then 3 years in shared house. So I am not new to shared house experience. I am pretty chill guy, who keeps the place clean and tidy. Majority of my week day is filled with work. I am a bit lazy to do some workout so I try and include activities into my day to day activities like going to office on pushy, recently started doing some rowing in lake Burley Griffin.

Hi! I’m a 31 year old guy currently living on the Surf Coast in Victoria but moving to Canberra for 6-9 months starting in July for a work contract. I work in construction management so have long hours and am generally not home all that much. When I’m not at work, I’m surfing or heading up to the mountains to ski and camp so unless our work hours line up you might start to wonder if I’m even living in the house! Around the house I’m very tidy and respectful. I’m always up for a chat and/or activity but likewise don’t mind living with people who would rather keep to themselves either! I have a small amount of family in Canberra but otherwise don’t know anyone so it would be great to have a housemate or two while I’m up there. I’m planning on staying on my lease in Victoria so I’d rather not sign onto a new lease if possible. I’ll be coming up with my dog, Jasper, too. He is more than happy to lounge in a yard or even inside all day as long as there is a sunbeam to lie in! He is 5 years old and has no destructive behaviours - I have a vet reference for him too. He is however, reactive around other dogs (cats are all good) if he doesn’t know them so it would be better that he’s the only dog in the home. Looking forward to meeting you!
