I enjoy night outs and trying new bars and food places and it would be great to find like minded people who enjoy that occasionally as well as being respectful of everyone's down time. I go to the gym most days and have just started HIIT Republic to try and get to that next level. I have a heap of furniture so fitting out a new place would be no issue but also if there's an existing home I don't mind selling off and putting the rest in storage. Oscar has lived with other dogs most of his life but it may take a day or two for them to settle. I am mainly looking around the Inner North, Belconnen, Inner South, Woden, but would stretch into Gungahlin or a little further south for the right fit. I've put 12 months but would be open to shorter arrangements.

I study physics at uni - so will be studying a lot of the time, so it's important to have quiet environment later at night to get a good sleep etc etc I also love plants and have a garden -- would love somewhere with a backyard or balcony I could put plants on. Looking for max 2 other roommates (would maybe consider 3), otherwise I'm pretty flexible. I've been living in share houses for 7 years, and would say my philosophy is just to be reasonable and comfortable with communication; it would be great if my roommates felt the same. My move dates are flexible. I have a bunch of furniture I can bring for the house if you'd like too.
