This is predominantly a student house and living here is very laid back and welcoming . Its a good size share house for students and we have a decent size backyard with a perfect outdoor area. The house comes with the essentials of course; Aircon, Internet, Foxtel, with washing and drying machines available. Although these amenities are not included in the weekly rent We are not a party house but we love to have friends over to socialise. Not many house rules or terms of conditions, except in terms of cleaning you must take initiative around the house and clean up after yourself. so that being said, looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hi, My name is Sofiane, I'm a Parisian student and I'm looking for a room to rent. I'll stay in Perth from July 2018 to mid 2019. I'm very friendly and easy going ! I really want to get to know new people and fully enjoy the Australian way of life ;) I like heathy ways of life, discovering new things, socialising and partying ! I am a tidy person, and would prefer to live with others who are also mindful of cleanliness. Please feel free to message me with any questions! Thank you :)
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.
I’m super easy going and laid back. I’m good at cooking, i work a lot and go to uni so won’t be home too much. I think it’s important that everyone makes an effort to keep the house tidy. I’m clean, responsible and mature. Always up for the odd glass of wine! I like to keep active by running or walking, and generally lead a pretty healthy lifestyle. I also have a kitten who is super friendly but she can stay with family if need be!
I am friendly, mindful and very well organised.
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 2 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a nice neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, please, friendly place to live with nice drama-free people. I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
Hi, I am Kristóf from Hungary. I'm hoping to find a longer term place within the next month or so as my current lease expires early June. I am a PhD student at UWA so I spend most of my time at the uni, but sometimes my schedule is a little irregular, however I respect others and I won't disturb you in the early or late hours. I enjoy riding my bike, doing judo, having a pint or go to the beach in the weekend. I am quite random and open minded. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch!
Single Australian , starting a office job . I’m polite ,kind, mature , and honest. I pay my rent on time . Fan of indoor plants and compact living. I’m a non-smoker , and in my free time I volunteer with a youth charity.
My name is Tomasz. I'm 33 year old Polish guy. I am responsible, clean, friendly and easy going person who lead a healthy and active lifestyle. I study sport massage and work as a waiter in City Beach. I love cooking, art and underground music.
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
This charming federation style 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house is just off Rokeby road, in a quiet little street with Subiaco Train station and main shops within a 5-10 minute walk. A bus service is 200m down the road with cafes and Kings park all close by. The house is in a totally safe neighbourhood with multi-million dollar houses surrounding this quiet peaceful area with many parks close by. The house and bedrooms comes fully furnished throughout and you would have your own bathroom/toilet. There is a lovely garden area out the back with al fresco dining. Also a laundry area is out in the back yard separate from the house, totally equipped with ironing, washing machine and tumble dryer. Reverse cycle A/c units are in the both the living room and bedrooms. ALL POWER, GAS, WATER BILLS, INCLUDING UNLIMITED WIFI, AND FOXTEL IQ ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT , this can be a saving of $400/month when doing your budgeting for total costs of renting, this works out around $50/ week per room so it really is $250/week rent when comparing to other rentals (apples with apples) as your bills would then be extra on top normally. No need for utilities set up costs etc. either which costs hundreds of dollars. Also lawns, gardens and yards are done by on site manager who lives out the back in a self contained studio apartment and doesn't use the house. This is a saving of your time or money if you where to do this by yourself. All of this makes a bargain for what you are getting so close to Perth city and in a secure/quiet part of Subiaco boasting former Australian Cricketer and current TV commentator Adam Gilchrist as a Neighbour, say g'day at the local café 200m up the street as he grabs his morning coffee? It's fully furnished with nothing more to pay than the rent 2 weeks in advance and with only 2 weeks rent as the bond to secure your lease. Available now. Message for a viewing Mon - Fri, anytime reasonable morning, day or night.
I'm a 29 year old outgoing approachable guy from London, UK. I have just got a job working in surgery at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Nedlands, Perth so i'll be moving to Perth in June 😊 and I'm just looking for some short term accommodation with nice people who know the lay of the land. I'm pretty sociable as a person, I'm a keen drinker, I play sports and I've travelled a fair bit of the world. I'm a clean and tidy person, really laid back, smiley and I just want to ensure that my time in Perth is best spent with a bunch of great people looking to show the best side of Perth to me. I will probably stay longer but my job placement is for 6 months to a year! I’d love to hear from you if I sound like a good fit to your houseshare! Tops
Hi, My name is Alberte. I'm 22 years old and from Denmark, Copenhagen. I'm going to study at UWA for one semester starting this summer. I'm friendly, easy-going and then I love sports, especially football (European), windsurfing and running. Moreover, I appreciate a glass of wine now and then. I will prefer living close to UWA. Other than that I simply look forward to spending half a year in Perth with a lot of new experiences!
YELLO Im Amber. Im independant, very chilled and quiet. Generally keep to myself but not unfriendly about it. Creative, open minded, freedom loving, Like to keep things simple. Spend time with myself mosty, ride my bike, research stuff, enjoy the day to day, ya da ya da doo originally from down south and been in perth for 2 years now, practised at the art of house sharing. I'm looking for a house I can recharge and be comfortable in while I focus on my personal pursuits Preferably; with others that are chill and happy keeping their own energy, nearby a slice of nature of some sort, and public transport, not too far from the city as I'll start studying art there full time in July Wanting to stay until the end of this year Looking to move around the end of June, depending on when I'm ready to leave and fill the room at my current house Cheeeers
My name is Nathan I am 19 years old and I am an international student from the Netherlands. I will be studying at the UWA for 6 months and will be travelling after that period. I am a social, understandable and respectful. In the Netherlands I play soccer and like to participate in sport. I hope to be your future flatmate and have a great time.
Hello! I am a 24 year old Research Masters student coming to Perth for a 3-4 month placement at UWA as part of my program. I am originally from Sydney, but have been living and studying in the Netherlands for the past 2 and a half years, and travelling in Europe. Ideally I'd like to sublet a room for this period, but we will see how we go. I am a pretty easy going person to live with, not a neat-freak but also not a slob, I clean up after myself. I am looking forward to living in a warm climate again and going to the beach and park on the weekend. I am really into art, theatre and culture, my placement is related to this. I also love cooking with and for people, I think it can be a really nice way to get to know others. I will only be in Perth for a short amount of time, so I would love to find some fun, sociable housemates who could show me around and help me meet people while in there.
I am a clean and tidy 28yo female. Super laid back and don't mind a beer on the weekend. I work full-time for a recruitment company in Ascot and have recently moved to Perth to be closer to my partner.
I'm easy going and like socialising with housemates but also enjoy my solo introvert time haha. I'm an Australian qualified winemaker and still pop down to Margaret River regularly I now work full time as a retail manager for Liquor Barons. With work I attend many functions which i'm happy for housemates to tag along to as they are free alcohol and food (BONUS). You'll have to excuse me for curling up in a ball and watching Netflix from time to time as i am very fond of doing so after i get home from a long day. I've been living in share houses for a long time and have run leases before so i am savvy with the rules and expectations. I am into music and drinking wine with friends.. which i can regularly supply with my profession. I have a unusual quirky awkward inappropriate humour sooo if that’s not your bag then yup. Need to exercise more and go gyming so if you are that way inclined I NEED YOU! haha Apart from that.. yeh.. I like stuff,
Hey, I’m a nurse working full time shift work. Enjoy being social at home and at bars etc, but also spend a lot of time chilling out. I have a small cat also so pet friendly is required. I was living with 3 guys before which was ideal however some moved away etc, so males preferable (or mixed). Would love to find a place with like minded people who are down to earth, chilled, enjoy having a chat but also respect privacy.
