Hi, my name is Petra. I’m originally from New Zealand and have been living here for the past year, currently renting with two others. I'm now looking for a place of my own and am ideally seeking something long-term, though I’m also open to a short-term lease if that better suits your needs.
I work full-time as a teacher and have been in my current role for the past year. I’m happy to provide my employment contract as proof of income, as well as strong rental references.
