Hi, I am looking for somewhere to stay short-term while I find a permanent place in Sydney. I have just moved here from Singapore but I am originally from Melbourne. I am hoping to find a place available for about two weeks starting from June 4 (hoping for some flexibility on the exact length of stay - but two weeks should be about right).
This is a great flat in a fabulous location. Short walk from Edgecliff station, 10 minutes by train into the city, yet so quiet it’s easy to forget where you are. Lovely parks close by and convenient location for shops and other amenities. Spacious living room with lots of natural light. The room itself is unfurnished, with one large double window. The room would comfortably fit a double bed. While there is no built-in storage in the room itself, there is a large storage cupboard (with clothing racks) in the main corridor which is for the sole use of the occupant on this room. Other details to note: - coin operated laundry on ground floor of block - flatmates share cleaning on a three weekly rotation - sharing main bathroom with one other flatmate
Darling Point is a great location. It is 8 minutes by train to the city, it is 6 minutes by train to Bondi Junction. The train station (Edgecliff) is at the end of my street, the ferry to Circular Quay is at the other end of the street. I am the owner of the property, I live here with my beautiful dog- Tiny. He is 13 and is indoors with me- he is my shadow. The apartment is fully furnished. I have Foxtel and internet. Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobe, ceiling fans. Suburbs within walking distance include Bondi Junction, Double Bay, Paddington, Woollahra, Kings Cross, Potts Point, and the city. I offer short term accommodation- 1-4 weeks. My home is a great place to stay whilst you look for long term accommodation/get to know Sydney- possibly you have just arrived in Sydney/have a gap between rentals/come to study short term.
Hi! I am a 32 year French girl and I am working full time as a Project Manager in HR (sponsor visa). I am looking for a room in a shared house close to Eastern suburbs. The best of the best would be to have a view on the Harbour, ocean or some nature. I am looking for friendly house mates who want to share a beer or a glass of wine after work and watch some series on Netflix! It would be great for me to find people with who I can discuss with at dinner time and be part of a "foreign family" ;-) I love traveling (US, Asia, Europe...). I am easy-going and respectful. I am used to live in shared houses so no problem of cleaning behind me and share house keeping tasks. I am a beginner in photography, I love to discover new places around Sydney on the week end and have brunch on Sunday morning. I speak French and English. Thanks ! Marie

My name is Alex, Currently living in Bondi Junction but the lease is up and i'm looking for a new abode. As i have some items that i have accumulated over time, i am keen to team up and find a new house. I work full-time in the CBD (8:30 - 6ish most days), I enjoy a chat after work and occasionally a glass of wine or a beer to unwind but I am not a big drinker or partier. I appreciate and respect having your own space, and believe in having a clean and tidy house, and everyone doing their share of the chores. I really love exploring food markets and getting creative in the kitchen (results may vary). I am try to go to the gym (depending on weather or whats on TV) , social and bring a good library of movies that I've never watched. I am a AFL fan, and sports in general and have always had a great appreciation for the outdoors, having grown up on a farm.
Hi, my name is Monique and I am an event director for an event management agency in the eastern suburbs. I work full time (normally 9-6:30), with some late night and weekend work including interstate travel. I enjoy a good wine, food and conversation, exercising, music and reading.
I am an independent, positive person, like to keep fit and eat healthy. Happy to have a chat & a laugh but also respect others space. Looking to live with a professional who has some emotional intelligence and actually wants to share a house with someone.
I would consider myself to be clean, respectful and houseproud. I work full time in the city and I’m looking for a place to call home in the Eastern Suburbs. Not looking for a party house, somewhere with parking (on street close by, without a permit or off street) with people preferably around the same age as me, likeminded, fun and loving but mature. Please reach out if you think you have a room that would suit x

Hey! I'm Gianni. Half-Australian, half-Italian Sydneysider. Recently completed my BA at Sydney, and work as a full-time ministerial writer. Looking for a bunch of great people to live with - so long as there's a sense of humour and a friendly, sociable atmosphere, I'm all for it! I spend a lot of time out, heading to gigs and hanging with friends, but also enjoy my own company. Have lived in a share house before (for two years), and loved it. I'm partial to cooking, chatting, some gardening, but am very wary of others' privacy and keeping a clean, neat home. I believe your home is your haven, and treat mine accordingly. Am also down for the odd dinner party, barbecues and beers (or cheese 'n' wine), and meeting new people, so am pretty open to busy places. However, I often work 'til around seven on weekdays, so like to relax afterwards, perhaps a chat before spending time in my room and heading to bed. I'm a keen music enthusiast, but not a loud one. I love introducing people to new tunes, and the reverse occurring even more so. In this regard, hanging with housemates in my room every now and again to chat, listen to some jazz, soul, etc., and unwind, is welcomed. Looking for somewhere ideally within 10-15 minutes of the CBD via public transport and close to a train station (a 10-15-minute walk is cool). Would prefer two or more housemates, and have a $400 per week (max) budget. Very much look forward to meeting you guys, and hope you enjoy my company as much as I'm sure I'll enjoy yours!
We have a sunny room with a Queen bed available ( with or without furniture) and a shared bathroom ( shower and separate bath) in our large, comfortable apartment that also has great harbour and city views...you never miss the fireworks! The building has a pool, one apartment per floor and is very well located, a short walk to Edgecliff Shopping Centre and Station or catch the ferry to the city from Darling Point or Double Bay Ferry wharfs .....or walk to the city! Darling Point is a quiet, leafy inner city suburb with Rushcutters, Double Bay, Potts Point, Paddington, Surry Hills and the city in walking distance.....plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby! Rent plus utilities (electricity and internet), linen and towels available if needed and easy street parking available, non smoking.
Hi there, my partner and I are wanting to make the move from New Zealand to Sydney, and we think that moving into a flat would be a great way to meet people! we are both in our early to mid-twenties, are quite sociable but also like our chill days/nights, and don't mind a couple of drinks on the weekends. We're both working professionals - I'm a personal assistant and part-time beauty therapist at the moment, and my partner is a boatbuilder and part-time PT. We are clean and tidy people, who are very considerate towards people we live with so we are hoping to find the same :) Looking for some like-minded flatmates who are easy going, sociable, clean & tidy and preferably around the same age
Relaxed, clean & tidy, active, like to cook, like a wine from time to time, looking to join or start a homely, comfortable, tidy and all round friendly household. I am moving to Sydney on the 16th of June and am pretty flexible with regards to length of stay, happy to spend a month or two finding my feet in a furnished room in an existing share house/apartment or would be thrilled to find something long term!
I am looking for accommodation for my 62 year old father. Edward is an Uber driver and will be working everyday and coming home for lunch and for dinner late as he works long hours. He is looking for a nice quiet place where his home can be a nice sanctuary away from the busy job that he does working. He is an occasional smoker but is respectful and will smoke outdoors, preferred no drinkers but not a necessity. He loves meeting new people and is always keen for a chat and has a passion for classical music and all types of music. PM me if you think he would suit your place or if keen to move with. :) Charlotte
I am a very easy going person. 29yo from Spain, clean and easy to live with. Love movies, TV shows, music, photography, going to the beach or the mountain. I'm looking for a clean and private place to come back to and relax after work.
