Hiya my name is Rachel, I am a UK professional (accountant) and I am 27 years old . I am currently working in the CBD. I am looking to rent from 3rd June until 30 September 2017 I am friendly & out going and also very respectful of people's privacy.I am looking for a furnished room only in sociable house of professionals- a similar age to myself either all female or mixed gender. It would be great to meet friends to get to know Sydney with! I enjoy keeping fit by running, my hobbies also include horse riding & painting. If you think we would we could be a good match do let me know. I will be avaliable for viewings from now & will be looking to move in 10th June Thanks :)
Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
Hi I'm Sam, I'm 25 and Looking for a new home. I work in the city's east, which I'm looking to be closer to. The rest of my time is spent out and about, trying to be fit or searching for my new favourite eatery. I'm looking for an easy going flatmate I can feel comfortable around. Cleanliness is a massive plus for me, especially in common areas of the apartment. *move in date flexible*
I work full-time as a nurse so I do a lot of shift work and will hardly be at the house. I currently live in Perth but recently visited Sydney and enjoyed myself so much that I've decided to move there. I am moving over for a new job in the middle of July so hoping I can find a place tha is available from the 1st of July. A minimum stay of 6months would be ideal as I dont want to relocate suddenly after starting my new job. I would really like a furnished room but I can buy my own furniture if necessary. It would be nice to live with someone close to my age and doesnt mind showing me around Sydney. I respect personal space but always up for some banter if needed. I keep things clean and like to cook so you can enjoy a few nights off in the week. I'm usually at the gym before or after work or catching up with friends. I'm easy to live with and have been renting for 5 years with other tenants. I know it can be difficult sharing so I like to keep things straight up :)
Im renting a great flat in Darling Point, I have just moved in and I am in the process of furnishing it. It has a nice homely feel. It is in a great location, easy walk to Edgecliff station or to the ferry. Bright and leafy during the day, really peaceful and quiet, and there is a great park and running track 2 minutes down the road at Rushcutters Bay! I am looking for someone who is a considerate and friendly housemate. The occasional wine or dinner together would be great. Room is available as of 28 May. Please get in touch and Ill show you around.
Really nice flat in a great area, 2 minutes walk from the ferry dock which runs to the CBD. A short walk from Double Bay, bus stop outside the flat can get you to Edgecliff train station in minutes. Oh and we have a 60" Tv and a drinks globe well stocked with whisky and gin.
Hi, potential future roomies! Allow me to introduce myself - I'm Mark, I'm 31 years old, I'm a doctor by trade, and I'm looking for a couple of sound professional types who have their own sh*t together, but who are open to creating a happy home environment. Thinking one girl, one guy might be a good mix. Due to the nature of the job, my hours are probably a little more erratic than most, and I've got some things I need to finance later this year, as well as a professional exam I need to sit at the end of the year, so there may be good chunks of the week when I'm busy, but still, when I'm around, I'm tidy, easy going, and generally good value. I'm entirely happy doing my own thing if people have got their own stuff to do, but at the same time, I'd like to live in a place where we do more than just give polite hellos to each other every day. I'm not really up for all-night raves at the flat, but I'm sure we can fit in the occasional late night chat over a bottle of something. What else to tell you? I tend to read a lot, I can cook pretty well, I play the piano (don't worry I've got headphones for the keys I have), I'm sociable but don't really have the time or stamina to party like when I was young, I don't smoke, very much a dog man, and I've started running quite a lot recently as well. If you want to know anything more, just ask.
work full time in sales including weekends. I don't ever cook. Quite social and try to get out when I can. I do eat healthy and go to the gym. I don't smoke.

Young professional looking for a clean, modern one-bedroom apartment in the Eastern Suburbs. My name is Andrew and I'm 23 years old. Young professional living in Sydney working in commercial property. I am also finishing off study as well. Happy to live with either guys or girls. I'm clean and more than happy to help out with any household chores/bills.
Hi future flatmates, Myself and my husband Jay are moving from London to Sydney and land on 1st June. We are looking for a flat share from 29th June for around 6 months whilst we get sorted and on our feet. We are both professionals, and will be job hunting when we arrive. I work in marketing and Jay works in IT. We LOVE the beach, keeping active/running/hiking/eating out and generally relaxing and making the most of the outdoors. We are both very tidy and clean, and will contribute to housework and chores. We are also very quiet and won't make any noise :). Jay is really techy and can pretty much fix anything that is broken! We are looking for a flat share because we want to get to know people and make friends! We are looking for a place that we can relax on the weekends whilst working full time during the week. We are not party/clubbing people but like going out for meals, cooking and generally relaxing. Let us know if you think we'd be suited to your place :)
Ideal requirements: Own bathroom and clothes washer/dryer in flat Hi! I'm Daryl, and am a 29-year-old female from the US, and have been in Sydney for almost 2.5 years now. I'm originally from Atlanta, Georgia, but was living in Chicago, Illinois before moving. I work full-time in Saas Sales at a Technology company. Although I am typically up for going out and having fun on the weekends, I LOVE to relax and have my quiet time during the week. Being in Sales and talking to people all day can take it out of me, so usually I just want to come home and chill. I am very organized and tidy and am looking for someone who will be respectful of that. I enjoy working out, being active, hanging out with friends, shopping, the outdoors, and cooking (although, not great). I am looking for easygoing, social, and considerate individuals. Also, someone who is neat/tidy/clean, and will be respectful of the common areas of the household. I am up for having people over, hosting dinners, etc., but am definitely not looking to have a party house. Although, two years ago would have been a different story ;) My most recent Netflix/iTunes history consists of Riverdale, Stranger Things, GoT, Suits, and a few others. I also love live music and trying new restaurants! I'm friendly, outgoing, and love to travel - I am always planning my next holiday!
- 22, from Melbourne - Single - Up in Sydney interning at a PE Fund for 3 months from June 19 to around September 19 - Can move in any time from June 12 to June 16/17 - Will move out within a week of when I finish the internship - Due to finish my Commerce degree from Melbourne Uni at the end of this semester in a few weeks - Have had prior shared living experience on exchange last year in Amsterdam. Everything went really well and I made some great mates from all over the world - Would classify myself as a weekend warrior: Work hard and chill at home during the week but can shift gear and have a big one on the weekend if required. But if your house isn't inclined that way I can very respectfully stay out of your way and socialise elsewhere - Very easy to live with, I'm not agitated easily and I do my best not to do anything that may agitate others - Passions are music (listening, attending and playing) and sport (following and playing) but nothing beats being around your mates, doesn't matter whether its on the couch chilling or out and about ;) - Not much of a cook, keep it pretty basic so if there's some sort of housemate dinner roster etc its probably best to make me dishes man - Only know 10-15 people in Sydney including my brother, some relatives and some old mates so very keen to make some new mates to enjoy my time in Sydney with - Open to living with people ranging anywhere from 19-32, any gender
