Hello my future flatemates! I m looking for good vibes! :) of course Would be great to live with some funny, chill, down to earth people who are also tidy types :D Im looking for shared room or single room. See u soon
Hey, I'm 19 years old and now in Australia since January 2016 and currently on my second year working holiday visa! I work full time Monday-Friday (occasionally Saturday/Sunday) I am easy going, clean and friendly!
I have a large, really well renovated, three bedroom apartment in Darling Point. Parquetry floor, beautiful high ceilings, stylish light fittings and curtains. Great new kitchen and bathrooms, two balconies. I am going to move out for a year (unemployed!), but I want to keep the apartment. The landlord is fine with me sub-letting. I am looking for two people to take two rooms. The apartment will be unfurnished. I will keep the third room as a locked storage space, but will not need access very often if at all. It will be your apartment, but with me paying the rent to the landlord. We will enter a side agreement. The total rent is $1,250pw for the apartment. I am looking for two people at $475pw each (the first person can choose their own flatmate, of course), or an individual or couple at $950pw. Both bedrooms are large. The slightly smaller one has an ensuite. The slightly larger one has a bathroom with freestanding bath directly across the hall. It includes a security car space in a nearby building. This is an awesome apartment, a close walk to corner store / cafe, ferry, bus and parks.
This large apartment in Darling Point boasts elevated water, city, park and neighbourhood views. In one of Sydney's Eastern suburbs most exclusive locations this apartment offers 3 bedrooms and large living, television and dining areas. There are no common walls as the apartment takes up the entire floor and it is a small block of three apartments. With two entrances, the back onto a small courtyard, the apartment feels more like a house. A great location! 12 minute walk to Edgecliff station and 5 minutes to the CBD. Also a 6 minute walk to the ferry. Close to shopping centres and the beautiful water front Yarranabbe park just across the road.
I'm a solicitor moving back to Aus from London. Looking for house with pref 1x other professional male/chilled neat and tidy people. Neat and tidy. Laid back. Like keeping fit and healthy and don't mind a beer on the weekend.
I'm a 26 year old marketing professional who's making the move from Brisbane to Sydney, where I'll be working full-time in the CBD. I lead a fairly healthy and active lifestyle - generally get some exercise in before work in the morning, and love getting to the beach and being outdoors, but don't mind the odd drink here and there too. I consider myself to be a pretty chilled out and easygoing guy and am always up for being social and hanging out with friends! I've lived in share houses for many years now, so am a well house trained and super respectful housemate, and definitely value having a great group dynamic where everyone gets along.
Started my own business last year and now looking to upgrade my living situation (need a dishwasher!) I'm very into my work and fitness is a big part of that for me. If I'm not out for dinner with mates you'll often find me on the couch after work. I'm all about the balance of hanging out with a flat mate and having personal space. I'm also very happy just watching tv/movies with good food and glass of whiskey or wine. Home is my recharge station so want someone who is relaxed but not a sloth. I'm only in my room to sleep so I like a clean living room and I cook every morning and most nights so I'm obsessed with a clean kitchen! The rest I'll happily pay a cleaner for!
My home is a decent sized house that is well set up for a comfortable standard of living. It's an old house with big rooms, lots of natural light, a garden and a large patio. The room to rent is large, light and furnished with BIR, bed and desk (desk can be moved if you don't need it). It opens out onto the patio and has a full bath + shower ensuite. There is a garage spot available if you have a car. Beyond the share room, we have 2 spare bedrooms for guests and a second living room so one of us can watch TV while the other has guests over. I collect art and enjoy cooking - so host casual dinners/BBQs. Invariably people comment that the house is very welcoming, with interest added by the art works. Its not posh but it does have style! The location is superb - 5 minutes to Edgecliffe station, Double Bay ferry and Double Bay village. The rent of $3,000 per month includes wifi and weekly cleaners - electricity and water bills to be split.
Currently living in Darling Point, having to move due to lease being up and apartment has been sold. Very sad to be leaving. Have been with the two guys I live with now for two years, both older males in their late 20's / early 30's. I am very house proud and respectful of other people's things. I am very healthy as I work in health & fitness. Although I love socialising in my downtime.
Hi there! We are a 26 and 31 Spanish couple looking for a room in Sydney. You would live with Paloma, who is a nurse, and Fernando, who is a consultant. We are friendly, tidy, respectful, social, easy going and non-smoking people that love practice yoga and surf. Cheers!
I am very friendly, respectful, honest and sociable. I respect each others space cause I like who respect my own space. I love cooking , dogs and beaches. I have recommendation letter from my 2 last landlords (first place I lived for 1,5 years and second one for 6 months). I consider myself a truthful and easy going housemate and I have a good sense of humor. Looking forward to hear from you, Ellen
I'm full time employed in the city. Laid back, tidy and social person. Looking for a long term flat.
Very tidy and respectful of others space. Like to cook though don't very often. Work FT, go to the gym most days in the morning. Weekends i like to catch up with friends and/or go for drives as I'm still new-ish to Sydney. My ideal would be to find a new place with a car space or easy street parking.
Very laid back Aussie guy. Usually keep to myself, don't mind a quiet night in or a few drinks out. Not a party animal. Non smoker. Needing an unfurnished room. Happy with anywhere east, near lane cove or manly area. Have a 9 mth old puppy so will need a pet friendly place. A small backyard or courtyard would suffice.
A couple looking to find a room somewhere. Our current lease is up on the 5th of March and we would like to move sometime after that (we potentially have somewhere we can stay until we find suitable long term accommodation). Max rent we would like to pay is $320/week total ($160 each per week) but would prefer around $280/week total). Definitely negotiable for the right place! We have been house-sharing for a year near Parramatta and are looking to move closer to our university campus (UNSW). Kiegan is working part-time (currently 4 days a week) and Kira is able to choose to work 2 - 6 days a week. Looking to share with someone who is independent and easygoing, with a clean and tidy home. Proximity to public transport would be a plus and we also need a pet friendly house (1 lovely cat). Unfurnished room is preferred as we have a bedroom set up already, we have a fridge and washing machine we can bring with us or just sell and we also have our own kitchen items (crockery, cutlery, etc). Kiegan studies a Bachelor of Fine Arts at UNSW Art and Design and Kira studies Social Work & Criminology. We have always consistently paid rent on time and have had experience with uncooperative house mates and will not put you through that stress. Please get in touch if you may have something available or any questions.

Hi, I have currently been living in Double Bay for the past two years after moving to Sydney for work. My lease is up for renewal so I am taking the opportunity to look for a change and what other alternatives there are. I work full time professionally in the city. I love being active, having the odd dinner party, catching up with friends, meeting new people and enjoying the lifestyle that Sydney offers in my spare time. It would be great to connect with a new house mate family in the east. Let's grab a coffee..
Hey there! I'm Jack, 23 years old, fresh out of uni and currently working as a professional in the city looking for a new place to live that makes my commute to work more convenient. I'm a clean, easy going and fun loving person who loves the outdoors. I also love cooking, as well as playing guitar, fishing, kayaking, cycling and racing motorbikes in my spare time. I'm from the Central Coast originally, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4 years or-so in various places, so I'm pretty familiar with the city and would love to show any newcomers around if they liked. I'm looking for a friendly few people, preferably a mix of genders, ages, occupations, nationalities, interests etc. to make life a bit more interesting. Also people I can hang out with, cook with and have a few drinks with is always a bonus for me! I'm also pretty flexible on the timeframe of the stay, but it needs to be at least 3 months. Anything else I'm happy to talk about with you.
Hi future flatmates, Myself and my husband Jay are moving from London to Sydney and land on 1st June. We are looking for a flat share for the first 6 months whilst we get sorted and on our feet. We are both professionals, and will be job hunting when we arrive. I work in marketing and Jay works in IT. We LOVE the beach, keeping active/running/hiking/eating out and generally relaxing and making the most of the outdoors. We are both very tidy and clean, and will contribute to housework and chores. We are also very quiet and won't make any noise :). Jay is really techy and can pretty much fix anything that is broken! We are looking for a flat share because we want to get to know people and make friends! We are looking for a place that we can relax on the weekends whilst working full time during the week. We are not party/clubbing people but definitely like socialising with our flat mates and having the occasional gathering. Let us know if you think we'd be suited to your place :)

Hey ! How is it going? I am freshly arrived to Sydney and I am looking for a place to stay. I am a 28 Spanish guy coming to Sydney to study and work and of course enjoy such a beautiful place. I have lived alone in Spain since I was 20 so I know all about "house things" like cleaning, maintaining, cooking... Very respectful with your own space but I am also a really social person so it would be fine to enjoy some time together. I am a sportive, healthy, non smoker and easy going person who likes to enjoy free time and always looking to discover new places. If you think I could match with the person you are looking for just let me know and it will be my pleasure to know each other. Of course free spanish lessons!! Thanks for your time
Hey I moved to Sydney from Adelaide about 6 months ago for work. I work normal hours in the city. I'm an easy going, jovial character that is clean. I love having a few beers/wines, but respect housemates privacy. My last housemate was for 3 yrs before I moved here - I'm pretty sure he'd say I'm good to live with.. heh. . Looking for a social and fun person to rent a place with, hopefully for medium-long term. (I do have some furniture that is easy on the eye and comfortable too)
Hi I am looking for a great place and friendly flatmates to share with. I am also interested in teaming up to lease a new place. Ideally we would find a two bedroom flat to lease. About me: I am a friendly, professional in my late twenties. Quite tidy and respectful of other housemates, but enjoy catching up over a drink or a meal. Look forward to speaking with you! Feel free to send me a message on the website or give me a call. Thanks,
Lawyer. Moving to Sydney soon for my PhD so I will be studying and working full time. Easygoing and sociable. I don't organise parties at home but don't mind if you have dinner parties and the like. I got along really well with previous flatmates in London and Cambridge.
