Hello, I'm Gareth and I have been living in Sydney for just over a year, having moved over from the UK. I work full-time in PR so generally keep things relatively low key in the week but enjoying getting out and about on the weekends as much as possible and discovering new places and beaches. I love my sport and am always keen to play and watch anything that's going. I'm very chilled out and keen to socialise with new housemates whenever possible. Thanks, Gareth
DECEMBER OR JANUARY Hi I'm Anita. I am currently in Paddington, Brisbane. I have been offered a full time position with a well known construction company in Sydney, hence the move. I will need to move to Sydney at the start of next year preferably before the 3rd of January. About me At home I'm neat and tidy but I'm not affected by other peoples preferences. I like to cook as much as I can and try to get to yoga a few times a week. When I get home from work I like to relax, listen to some music, watch some Netflix, go for a walk or skateboard, occasionally I'll have a beer. On the weekends I like to be out and about, get social.. but sometimes I get the home bug. My sister would be an expected visitor for the weekend every now and then as she lives in Canberra and I would be her closest family. We're very friendly and I have no doubt you'll like her. I'm also hoping my best friend from the Gold Coast will visit when she can too. I like the lifestyle I have here in Paddington so I'm hoping to land in a similar area in Sydney. I like being able to walk to a cafe or walk to pilates. Housemates: I am hoping to have friends at home, like minded people who are chill and easy going. I would prefer more mature housemates as the party house vibe isn't for me. I would like people who are employed and financially stable. I'm a very accepting person and like meeting different people. Flick me a message if you have an offer. Thanks Anita
Me, my boyfriend and another couple are looking for a nice and tidy, furnished apartment. We would like to find a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, for at least 6 months. We are all from brazil, between 25 and 30 years old.
Hi, I'm Simone. I moved to Sydney about 7 months ago and have been living in Bondi for about 5 1/2 months. I work pretty much 9 - 5 Monday to Friday, normally in finance (accounts) however my current role has changed a little to include more admin / project work. I like going to the gym and Mon to Fri I'm pretty low key between work and everyday life, however I'm open to the odd chill out on week-nights. Weekends I like to try and get out (or socialise) at least once for a few drinks and when the summer gets here hopefully to the beach. I love music (especially house, acoustic, r&b and hip hop), enjoy live music, comedy, festivals and going to bars and clubs. I am a bit of a foodie so I love going out (or ordering in) food and drinks! It's really important to me to live in a place that is friendly and social. I definitely like my personal space, however it would be fab to have a flatmate (or flatmates) to have a few drinks, go out and chill with etc and who want to be friends, rather than just live together. I would consider myself friendly and supportive, with a bit of a playful (often sarcastic) sense of humour. I like a pretty clean house, but am not obsessively strict (OCD) about it. I am looking to move in the middle of November and ideally would like a modern furnished apartment, 2 or 3 bed, and in the Bondi or eastern suburbs / local areas. Bonus if you have a balcony and sun spot! :) I'm open to a mixed flat, though would probably prefer to live with girls and if possible people who are a similar age (mid 20s to mid 30s). Feel free to ask anything I've missed. I would definitely sacrifice some of my criteria for the ideal flatmates, so if I sound like your kind of person please get in touch! :)
Bright and airy three bedroom flat with balcony and swimming pool! 12 minute walk from Edgecliffe station (3 minutes by bus) and 5 minute walk to Darling Point ferry wharf which runs directly to Circular Quay. There is also a great little coffee shop/convenience store next door. The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe etc. Unlimited Optus NBN Wi-Fi and bills are included plus a 60 inch TV in the living room with Netflix and Chromecast. Very easy on street parking in a safe neighborhood plus visitor parking outside the flat. We also have a cleaner who comes once fortnightly (included) and a BBQ :)
Double Bedroom and fully furnished apartment is available for a short or longer term stay. Singles only. Fully furnished double room with double bed. However for a short stay the price is $135 per day (up to 1 week) and won't be available until mid January 2018. I wont be renewing my membership until later so please SMS or email me if you are interested as I can respond if you message me. The apartment is literally situated 'on the water'. Magnificent location and amazing apartment with a view from every room. The apartment and this room have a balcony overlooking Double Bay and Redleaf pool which is such a big bonus. Enjoy the garden/ entertaining area on the ground level. Easy access to Bondi Junction from Edgecliff ,Bondi Beach and CBD. Bus 328 to Edgecliff station. Street Parking always available. You can catch the ferry from Darling Point and Double Bay to Circular Quay Recently recarpeted and painted with a spotless kitchen, new gas stove and dishwater the apartment is in a highly secure building with magnificent marble entrance to greet you. Free laundry which is a big bonus on Level 3. I am a professional who is easy going and live a busy lifestyle so I am in and out often. A bit about myself. I teach meditation to school children and adults voluntary and work full time in real estate recruitment. I personal train and love to walk around the area as it is central to many harbour bays like Rushcutters Bay, Rose Bay, Elizabeth Bay, Double Bay just to name a few local areas. The apartment offers a beautiful and tranquil environment and feel as if you are on holidays rather than everyday living. You need to be extremely caring if the furniture and take pride in cleaning after yourself.
I will be moving up from Melbourne mid-Nov with work. Looking forward to exploring Sydney on the weekends, and I do have a group of friends already in Sydney so wouldn't be relying on my housemates socially. But having said that, I would like to live with people who I get along with.

Hi, I'm Supriya. I'm a civil engineer in my twenties, working full time in the city in the financial services. I'm friendly, easy going and respectful of others. On weekends I spend time catching up with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors. I'm looking for easy going, sociable and considerate people who take pride in their home and keep it clean and tidy.
I have just moved back down to Sydney after living on the beautiful Sunshine Coast for a year. I love both places but Sydney is home! Looking for the perfect place to make into a home with someone. I love to cook and watch Netflix and go for walks. Ideally would live with a girl or a gay guy.
I work from 8am until late in evening in a medical sales role and travel away interstate quite a lot. I also study in the evening (finance major). I use a meal prep delivery service for all meals so I wouldn't even need to cook and use kitchen heaps ect. I'm very clean tidy and respectful and also nice to chat to as well.
I live a fun, healthy and active lifestyle. I like a clean, tidy and styled home. I pay attention to detail and like to set the scene. I'm up early and generally in bed earlish. I love to meditate, listen to indie music and eat a clean diet. I'm self employed as a holistic beauty coach and eco Makeup Artist and I'm always working on a new project. I'm pretty chilled out and have a relaxed harmonious energy :)
Hi I'm mark, English guy, I work full time, easy going. Love the beach. Very clean and tidy and easy to get on with. Very chilled out. If there is anything you would like to know...fire away 😀
Hi, My name’s Nicola. I’m an architect and I’m moving to Sydney from Brisbane for work at the end of the year. I’m looking for a small share house (with one or two others) that’s close to work and the water. I’m pretty quiet and tidy, although sometimes it would be nice to come home and share a bottle of red! I’m looking forward to exploring in and around Sydney, and living closer to the beach. I have a house full of furniture I can bring if anything’s needed My moving date is flexible - i just need to be there to start work in early January
Karwai and I are about to have our sponsorship approved after almost reaching the end of our 2nd year working holiday visa. We're very sociable people who love to chat in the evening with a beer or glass of wine to wind down at the end of the day. We've travelled around most of the Eastern half of the country in our trusty Toyota Landcruiser and we love to go away camping when we get simultaneous time off work. We left England together and have our 5 year anniversary on the horizon.
Pretty easy going person. Will be working full time in finance from November 11 so looking to move closer to work. Enjoy a drink over dinner during the week but also respectful of other people's space. Very clean and tidy (you can guarantee I will clean at least once a week because of my OCD). Enjoy staying fit and active, would be awesome if the place was near water.
We are an argentinian couple looking for a nice place to live. We are clean and tidy, both engineers who work full time and also like to hang out with friends
22 year old Irish girl looking for a one bedroom apartment or a studio with my parter (age 25). I am a nurse and my partner is an IT professional. We both work full time and enjoy socializing at the weekend or going to the cinema.
I'm a freelance photographer from Israel, visiting family and friends in Sydney for a couple of months. During the day I will probably be out on photo excursions all over the city and the surrounding suburbs. On weekends I might go on trips outside the city with my family. Places like the Blue Mountains or Hawkesbury River. Very quiet, organized and tidy. I enjoy a night out at the local pub and frequent visits to the cinema.
