I’m Davide Italian born but Australian, 38 and recently sold my place in the Northern Rivers so I’m relocating to Sydney and look for an accomodation from 23 November for a fresh start and a new chapter. I’m looking for a comfortable, welcoming home with like-minded people who enjoy a friendly atmosphere while respecting each other’s space and privacy.

I’m easygoing, considerate, clean and tidy, and I take pride in making a house feel like a home. I’m sociable and enjoy good conversations, sharing a meal or a glass of wine, and having a laugh, but I also appreciate a peaceful environment and a good balance between socialising and downtime. I’m respectful of shared spaces, mindful of noise, and believe that good communication and consideration go a long way when living together.

I have a three-year-old Cavoodle, Blue, who is a big part of my life. I share him with my ex, so I’m hoping to find a dog-friendly place where he can stay with me intermittently, by agreement with my housemates. He’s an important part of the package!

I’m looking for a relaxed, clean and respectful household rather than a party house. I love meeting new people and exploring everything Sydney has to offer, but home is also somewhere I want to unwind and recharge.

Ultimately, I’m hoping to find more than just a room: a lovely place to call home, with people who are considerate, independent and happy to share a good vibe without any pressure to socialise all the time
