Hi, I'm Rohan, a 29-year-old analyst working full-time in the city of Melbourne. I'm looking to move closer to the CBD or South East side urgently and would love to find a room in a flat/ house that comes with a personal washroom and a good-sized room. I'm very organized, enjoy my personal space, and keep things tidy for a positive atmosphere. I also love chatting about various topics and have a passion for entrepreneurship. I sometimes work from home, so a comfortable environment is important to me and a good size room to accomodate queen bed and working desk. I would prefer location closer to public transport like train or tram as I don't have a car at the moment. I'm also open to teaming up with someone who has similar preferences! Feel free to reach out if this sounds like a good match!

Hello! I'm Alex, and am looking to assemble a rag-tag posse to establish a very healthy, mature, homely house share. I'm an introverted but seasoned share-house veteran, have anxious politeness being the majority of the fabric of my identity and am fretfully well domesticated! I'm a total nerd, I currently work at a not-for-profit (hybrid) and outside of that try to stay busy socialising, attempting to stay active, as well as never-ending culinary practice (I am obsessed with food and fresh produce; from growing my own vegetables/herbs or making my own wine/beer/kombucha, and sharing with people close to me!) I am quite a clean freak however, and am well practiced at anxiously panic-cleaning. I play guitar (very quietly and from the confines of solitude,) and veraciously read, and am always down for a little chat or gossip, or dinner party (see above food-obsession.) I absolutely don't mind the occasional non-dinner-party, but am more inclined for the quiet/intimate as opposed to raucous and explosive (with occasional exceptions!) I'm pretty well equipped, I've got most whitegoods, a relatively equipped kitchen (a good coffee machine, a gelato machine + the know-how to use it.) and a fair bit of furniture! Most importantly, I am about peace and quiet, and having a place where we all have our own lives, but get along and can have some form of friendly community atmosphere. I'm not in a rush and want to be methodical in my search, prioritizing good progressive humans with a high EQ and similar values; if you fit the bill and think we'd be a good fit I'd love to hear from you!

Hey there! I'm Isabella (she/her), a student studying a Bachelor of Law/Arts at Monash University, with majors in French and Indonesian. I'm looking to establish a safe, loving and warm sharehouse of 4 - 6 in Melbourne's east. I come with two beautiful cats, Dash and Violet. |About me (and the kitties - not pictured above!):| I spend most of my free time volunteering at my local church, at Monash University Christian Union, or at concerts and festivals with Red Frogs. Outside of that, I enjoy going on adventures with my friends, whether hikes, picnics, movie nights, or massive blanket fort parties (yes I have done this twice, it was awesome, ask me for pics hehe:)). I hit the town occasionally for a bit of a boogie, but generally much prefer cosy nights in with good chats and cups of tea on the couch. I spend my downtime listening and writing music, playing video games, or working my way through TV series. Dash is a silly, snuggly ginger boy who likes to make noises at you ("sing") at unconventional hours and bring you his favourite toys as presents. Pumpkin fiend. Violet is a grumpy, snuggly, gremlin girl who will claim every beanbag in the house as her throne. She likes to steal hair ties and play with them for hours before loosing them under the couch. Butt scritch connoisseur. Both are desexed, vaccinated, well-trained indoor cats, who have provided wonderful companionship to all housemates in every home we've been in :) |What I'm after:| I have been living in my current place for two and a half years now and sadly must move as the landlords are selling. I am so, so proud of the time, care and effort put into that house and my housemates, and the culture and community that was made in doing so. Moving forward, creating a household which values empathy, maturity, respect and kindness is vital. To me, that looks like gasbags in the kitchen, a shared dinner now and then, and showing up to each other's gigs/marathons/graduations. It also looks like cleaning up after yourself, handling conflict calmly and graciously, and knowing when space is needed and giving it. I also come with heaps of furniture (couches, cabinetry, fridge, dining table and chairs) and would prefer a place that is decently close to public transport and other amenities. If I sound like I'd be the right fit for you, shoot me a message and let's chat. Looking forward to meeting you!
