Hey, I am a retired Lifeguard and empty nester who is looking forward to the best years of my life. Im a clean and respectful tenant, who values anyones opinion and will respect you, for yours. Life isn't meant to be hard. I 'get' the shared responsibilities of running a household, mortgage, or whatever the situation. I'm looking for respectful housemate/s that don't take life too seriously. Im social, but (no party animals), Special occasion's, of course, is more than fine. Love Movies, watching sport, Attending any outdoor Live Music. I love what life has to offer and looking forward to exploring more. I value a wicked sense of humour, anyone uplifting others, or anyone, just enjoying life to the full. Im Indépendant and have my sister and mum close by, to look after my dog, while Im away, so no dramas there. Ive started my journey into mediation, yoga (limited), love trying different alternative therapies, natural remedies, exercise and body strengthening techniques, mindfulness, anything that feeds the soul. Im extremely creative, love the art world, philosophy, natural therapies, etc. I love anything historic, recycled, up cycled or invented. My beautiful girl and I love the beach and take her everywhere with me. She's an absolutely stunning dog and could have easily been a search/rescue dog. We are happily retiring together... I look forward to seeing what's out there and meeting some new friends along the way. There are some pretty cool like minded people out there. **Teamups Only** Hello! I'm Alex, and am looking to assemble a rag-tag posse to establish a very healthy, mature, homely house share. I'm an introverted but seasoned share-house veteran, have anxious politeness being the majority of the fabric of my identity and am fretfully well domesticated! I'm a total nerd, I currently work at a not-for-profit (hybrid) and outside of that try to stay busy socialising, attempting to stay active, as well as never-ending culinary practice (I am obsessed with food and fresh produce; from growing my own vegetables/herbs or making my own wine/beer/kombucha, and sharing with people close to me!) I am quite a clean freak however, and am well practiced at anxiously panic-cleaning. I play guitar (very quietly and from the confines of solitude,) and veraciously read, and am always down for a little chat or gossip, or dinner party (see above food-obsession.) I absolutely don't mind the occasional non-dinner-party, but am more inclined for the quiet/intimate as opposed to raucous and explosive (with occasional exceptions!) I'm pretty well equipped, I've got most whitegoods, a relatively equipped kitchen (a good coffee machine, a gelato machine + the know-how to use it.) and a fair bit of furniture! Most importantly, I am about peace and quiet, and having a place where we all have our own lives, but get along and can have some form of friendly communal atmosphere.
