    $580/week24 year old woman

Looking to find a 2-3 bedroom home for at least 6 months minimum, anywhere around heathwood / pallara / doolandella and forest lake surroundings our maximum affordability would be $580 a week. Applicants: Residing in the property would be Myself Faith, and my son Vincent who has just turned 2 and our cat kyba who sleeps majority of the time or lazes outside in grass. About us : We strive always to keep our home clean and take pride in it, making it a welcoming and comfortable family space. We love gardening and growing veggies! Faith: I love gardening with my entire heart, reading books, baking and spending time with family. I am currently in between studying community service and mental health to work as a support worker, as I’ve just had a child and am focusing on being a mum right now. Vincent: Your typical 2 year old loves getting out in the garden and going for walks along with dancing, oh and snacks! haha We are hoping for 3 bedrooms hopefully , so we can have a spare room but 2 bedrooms will also do depending if there’s a lounge area :). We are searching around the pallara area and close by as this is where we currently live, forest lake doolandella, heathwood and close surroundings are also in the looks. but happy to look at further surrounding areas if you have a home available for rent!! As I have to move within 2 months due to owners moving back in, ive resided in this home since before my son was born, so hoping to find somewhere stable and hopefully long term after first lease. I really hope you can consider us to rent your home and Thankyou for taking the time to read this ☺️ please feel free to reach out regarding any questions and if you’d like to request my mobile to discuss there you’re welcome to do so. Yours sincerely Faith Sparrow.

About me; Big Ol’ hippy looking for like minded people. I’d like to live somewhere I can really put roots down and form bonds, not super keen on co-living with strangers. I’m An incredibly social, excitable person. Despite my personality I’m definitely an introvert that deeply values quiet and alone time at the end of a long day. Are we a good match?; My ideal housemate(s) includes fellow bird/nature lover, as I come with three little parrots! Can be housed with cats & dogs- will need to work out a schedule for our pets to equally get ‘out of room’ time. My birds include; a special needs Eclectus parrot, and a pair of Indian ringnecks. They’re free flighted, very tame, and will 100% want to land on you for snuggles and kisses. Outside of their hour of good morning singing, my birds are surprisingly quiet too. They will cry if frightened though. Unless you try to grab them, they will not bite you- Although, I think I’d also bite if someone tried to grab me. 👀 I’m happy to pay a higher amount in rent than you for two rooms; one for me, one for them. I have a bachelors degree in Behavioural Science from QUT, I’ve been working as a full time support worker for the past year, I’m employed through the Australian Government’s NDIS. I’m ready to move out of the family home and closer to my clients. My moral compass is the primary driving force within my life, my political ideologies are entirely leftist. Love all things science, but also adore anything crafty. I taught sip and paint classes at night during my time at university 🎨
