I'm Eunice, a software developer working in Richmond, and I currently live on my own. I'm looking for a place (room with ensuite/own bathroom) to live in - in inner east areas like: Glen Iris, Camberwell, Malvern, Windsor, Prahran, South Yarra, Burnley and Richmond to name a few. :) Looking for a quiet place where there's tranquility, but also lots of fun and good chit-chatting with others. I'm looking for a place with a budget of $350 p/w and no furnishings is preferable. Preferably, I'd like off/or on-street parking for my car. Thanks, chat soon!!
