Hi, I'm looking for a place in the Geelong region. I've been renting in Highton, Geelong for around a year, and my landlord is selling the place hence my needing a new place. I currently study youth work at the Gordon city campus. I love animals, so if you've got one I'll be more than up for helping take care of him/her if you want. I'm financially responsible, and will make rent every week, fortnight or month. I'm a respectful, tidy and well-house trained adult, :) and you can rely on me to help keep the house running smoothly. I have no strict requirements - happy for your friends and family to be around as long as I'm extended the same courtesy. As mentioned above Animal lover - no issues with fur and looking after your four legged friends. I don't blast music or tv in my room, so you'll always get the sleep you desperately need. I'm a chilled, relaxed sort of guy, but I'm also pretty straight edge. I don't drink, and I'm normally in bed before 9.00, even on the weekends.
